All of the ladies in the office are very nice, always pleasant when Im there and really helpful!The doctor is good, he seems to have been doing it for a long time and hes a bit older, but he really seems competent. My prescription ended up being perfect.

Airielle and the staff are fantastic. Airielle spent a lot of time with my wife and I as we picked out frames and she made some great suggestions along the way. She showed a genuine interest in making us feel confident in our decisions. Arielle is very professional. Extraordinary customer service! Could not be happier.

After using a bigger vision care chain for years, but not satisfied with the service the last couple visits, I decided to research and try someone else. I chose Heartland and couldnt be happier! From scheduling my appointment, frame and lens selection, and speed of service to professionalism and knowledge of the staff everything exceeded my expectations. The glasses came in sooner than expected and the prescription was spot on! Will definitely be coming here for my vision care from now on.

My experience at Heartland was very satisfying. The doctor took his time with me and was very through. The staff was wonderful helping me chose glasses which was not easy trust me I’m very picky. Plus the selection was amazing. I will definitely be returning.

The doctor was friendly and to the point. The front staff were unpleasant and rude.

I had some difficulties initially (theres apparently something weird going on with my eyes that threw off determining the prescription), but they worked with me on it, and we ended up with a solution that is working well.

I usually have a different optometrist so I’m not sure who the new guy is but he made me feel very uncomfortable. I personally feel like expressing political views on the first encounter with a client is very unprofessional.

Dr. Robert Scott realized my vision wasnt right and told me to see a Ophthalmologist. I told him that I had to go to work, and he told me that my eyes were more important. He was right, and I thank him.

Horrible experience!! The manager was rude and rolled her eyes at me because we interrupted her painting her fingernails.

Wish there was a negative star. Will never ever step foot in the place again They tell you one price then charge you a lot more They commit insurance fraud by charging for stuff you dont get. The coating they put on peels off in time. Horrible place

They are rude and do not care about their patients! If you call them with questions or even simply wanting to schedule an appointment they will give you attitude and treat you like you are inconveniencing them!!

Horrible....could not wear the glasses they made for me....They made me dizzy and sick, the prescription was so far off.Employees didn’t give a darn about customers or service. Save yourself. Stay away.
