I had my first appointment on the 14th of August. Great service! It was not much of a wait time and they were so welcoming. They were joking around so easily with me and made sure everything was making sense before making any final decisions. Nick was a great person to ask questions too and had such a great attitude about everything!

We had two appointments scheduled. We were 10 minutes late, so they canceled one of our appointments. For the one appointment that they honored, we had to wait for 35 minutes. They were super pushy about getting my eyes dilated. I refused, so they said instead they would measure the back of my eyes for $40 more. They refused to give me my prescription without this extra exam. I have never had this done before in the past 10 years I have worn contacts. We were charged for a contact AND glasses exam even though we only came in for a contact exam. The actual eye doctor did the absolute bare minimum and seemed annoyed with us. The staff person at the desk was very polite, Ill give them that. I will NOT be coming back

After having visited two other eyewear locations and being very unimpressed (wearing a white coat doesnt make you competent), my husband and I came to Pearle Vision in the Glenbrook Mall. The gentleman who helped us was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave thoughtful opinions rather than just trying to sell me a pair of frames and get me out the door. He had answers to our questions. My glasses arrived earlier than expected and the same gentleman adjusted them for me. I will return here in the future and hope the same employee is still working there. Overall, an excellent experience.

Nick is one of the most professional and genuine Manager I have ever worked with his attention to detail and memory of his customers needs is second to none. His employees mimic the same which shows not only the culture at this store dedicates them selves to customer service they represent the brand to a very high level. I would recommend the Fort Wayne Pearls Vision to anyone who is shopping for glasses or sunglasses for the summer time!

Great staff and service and quality of most important.

I went into pearle vision a few months ago and wanted to wait to see if my initial impressions would have changed after a period of time. Well, they have but in a good way. I have a weird script and a big head. I also knew I had to get a bifocal for the first time.When I got there I immediately was at ease. The store was very clean and everyone was taking the proper precautions and I could tell they were serious, not just a show, about covid 19. I had an exam scheduled and had a couple minutes to look around. Nick introduced himself right away and I gave him a 10,000 ft view of my needs and he handed me a frame and said this should work. Well, no stranger would be able to fit me in 30 seconds so I said ok thanks and keep looking. I did my exam and came back out. Nick had a couple pair of glasses on a tray for me waiting. Well, once again thank you but I know how picky I am so Ill browse. After about 20 min of trying frames on I went back to Nick and said I think I like these (the original frame he picked out after 30 seconds of talking to me). I figured hes going to hand me the most expensive frame first. I was wrong big time. They werent high priced at all, they were the right frame and he knew it.Nick explained how a bifocal would be different and took alot of time explaining every little detail to me so I would feel comfortable with my decision. I learned so much that day not only from a vision perspective but a customer service point of view.I have always said in retail you have 3 categories, you have price, service, and quality. You get to pick 2 of the 3 because you cant get all 3. Well Nick totally changed that for me. I got a great value for my glasses with excellent customer service and very good quality frames and lenses. It is so refreshing to know you can go to someone who is very knowledgeable and has great customer service.If I could change one thing it would be to get out of the mall because well lets be honest, the mall sucks. It is however easy to get to. Just go in by the food court and up the stairs by the elevator. Its about 3 stores down.Nick and his team have made me a lifelong customer. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They gave me a great price and the customer service is outstanding. I love being able to comfortably see.

The staff at Pearle Vision in Glenbrook Mall went above and beyond to help me access my vision benefits before the end of the year. I have terrible vision (-11), and I struggle in glasses. I just dont see as clearly. I also pay a lot out of pocket for contacts, even with insurance. Although I have had this prescription for a long time, no one in any previous optometry or opthalmology office had ever mentioned to me that I may be eligible for medically necessary contacts. The staff at Pearle Vision brought this up right away. They were able to help me get better lenses and used a medically necessary benefit included on my insurance plan, which saved me a substantial amount of money. I cant thank them enough for their knowledge, expertise, and help. Everyone in the office was fantastic.

Dont get me wrong everyone is friendly there. Problem was they were an hour behind schedule. They also did not give me the paper sunglasses after I had my eyes dilated. And the doctor was kind but she felt like she did not really care to be there.

I booked my appointment right through my Facebook fast and easy. Dr. Looked at my eyes thoroughly. Glasses took 2 weeks to get. It was worth the wait. Nick and Ryan took very good care to make sure the glasses fit. Only people in the store @ my appt time was me, receptionist Dr. and Nick. I felt safe even in the mall.Just wish it did not take 2 weeks to get your glasses but this is 2020.

We have been using Pearle Vision in Fort Wayne for years.. Nick and his team always do an amazing job taking care of us, making sure we get exactly what we need, and keep coming back!!

Great experience!!! I had to reschedule my appointment time on short notice and the staff did an amazing just of rescheduling for a later time in the day. I was promptly greeted when entering the store and after a very short wait was seen by the doctor. All of the staff was very friendly and the manager, Nick, took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some great recommendations on glasses. I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I came in for an eye exam and we both felt the doctor was very nice to work with. I was ordering new glasses; my daughter her first pair. Erica was absolutely the best to work with! She spent quality time with us, helping us find something we liked and that looked nice. She was especially patient with a nervous teen picking her first pair of glasses! Erica was phenomenal!

My experience with this store was absolutely painless. They had frames that actually fit my massive head, in a price range my insurance covered. I had a much easier glasses purchasing experience than I had at a more expensive store. Even more, and this surprised me, I found the correction and the glasses were right the first time.I will return to this place. I feel I was treated generously and I didn’t feel I was treated more fairly than I would have been with the other vendor. Don’t let “employee discounts,” bamboozle you into spending more than your insurance covers. This place got me into a nice pair of glasses that I’m happy with and I didn’t have to drop another stack of cash into the mix.

The staff was friendly and very generous with their time today. Dr. Lisa was very thorough throughout my eye exam and even took time to discuss my current health conditions and how it had manifested itself in my exam. Following the exam Erica and Nick provided me with many eyeglass options and were patient as I took my time with the decision. The customer service and kindness were second to none and I highly recommend their shop to everyone.

2nd time here i wont ever be back first visit wasnt good they automatically tried to charge me for the most expensive lenses they have 2nd visit I walked right back out told me I had to have my eyes dilated and I drove myself refused to give me a exam without doing it

Terrible, worse professional office ive been too. Go to Walmart, youll spend less money and get your exam nd contacts (without insurace) cheaper than only the exam at pearle vision

I had the best experience with this office. They were excellent from the beginning. I have been having eye problems so I called in (on a Saturday) to get a same day appointment. I was worked into their busy schedule. The technician was friendly and very personable. The optometrist was very helpful and informative. She wanted to help patients. I LOVE that. Then the manager was outstanding. He was very helpful when I needed a little advice on frames. Also, was wonderful when we sat down to go through the payment process. This was a truly wonderful experience. Give them a try!

My wife and I stopped in to have her glasses repaired. There was a lady, Erica, helping another couple. There were two other customers waiting for help. Erica was very nice and told us she would be with us as soon as she could. She apologized for the wait. What my wife and I couldnt understand was there was another employee sitting in the back corner playing on her phone not helping anybody! I think her name might have been Amy. This made my wife so mad that we left. Very disappointed.

Dr Chaudhari gave my eyes a very thorough examination after listening closely to my explanations. She was very easy to talk to and I didnt feel like I was being rushed through. I saw her after walking in and meeting Erica. Erica gave me a great description and a little background on the docs and helped me schedule an appointment. Erica spent a great deal of time helping me find the perfect frames, both everyday and sunglasses and helped me get the best price on both. She was so patient and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. I didnt feel pressured to get something I didnt want. I would highly recommend this office and definitely recommend Erica and Dr. Chaudhari. Erica even got Nick, the nice manager to give his opinions on frames to. Big thanks to these guys, esp. Erica!!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye exam! It was my first tine here and not only did they get me set up with an appointment the same day I was in and out within an hour. I didn’t feel rushed at all, but for an exam and picking out new glasses it was a very fast process. Which I appreciated since I was on my lunch break! Not to mention this is the least I’ve ever paid for glasses and I’ve been wearing glasses for a really long time!!! Everyone was so friendly here I would recommend them hands down.

I was running late due to Black Friday craziness, and the ladies working were so friendly and understanding! I walked in and they got me going right away. The Dr. was informative and efficient. They helped me pick out the perfect frames from a wide selection. Didnt try to talk me into anything extra I didnt need and made the whole experience perfect!I will definitely recommend them!!

I was in today for a checkup and eye exam and was blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Each person that i encountered seemed to go out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Having a background in customer service I was inspired by how they treated me. As I was strolling through the mall I stopped in only to try on a few frames. The attentive and patient customer service that I received from Erica and Nick resulted in me purchasing a new pair of glasses that I have put off for over a year, and for a lot less than I paid the last time at my last eye care physician, for basically the same thing. EXCELLENT customer service. When I went in for my eye exam the first time Pearle Vision went above and beyond to get me fitted in a pair of contacts. I have been to so many places here in Fort Wayne, and Pearle vision is hands down the best out of all of the places I have been. I will never go anywhere else as long as Pearle Vision is there.

I have 3 rowdy kids. They got all them done taken care of and very patient. Nick is hiliarous and is honest if something doesnt look nice on you. The lady that helps him unfortunately I forget her name but she is great as well those 2 on the sales floor rock!

I called to set up my 1st visit and the call and the call center set me up in Glendale, AZ instead of Glenbrook Mall Fort Wayne, IN. Next, I was upset that a service (test) was offered and it was not advised up front that there was an additional cost. Slimy sales tactic. I was not impressed with the Dr. I got my exam from and felt she really pushed through the exam. After the exam I got a trial pair of contacts and absolutely could not see out of them. I was told after I had my eye dilated it could take a couple hours for the vision to return and that was why I couldnt see at that moment. I waited and I could not see anything! My vision was worse than when I went in. I went back to have another exam and try to get the vision corrected. The Dr. acted like it was a hassle taking care of my and didnt seem to care that I couldnt see. No apology, no empathy, I was just a waste of her time. She did a very brief exam and changed the contact script. I couldnt see that well and I expressed that to her and the store manager but I was told that they didnt have a sample of the exact script that I needed so I was given the closest script and that the new contacts would be much better. Unfortunately, I took their word for it. I got the new contacts in the mail and I still cant see. I have headaches EVERYDAY and its hard to perform my job duties because I cant see. I actually got reprimanded at my job yesterday because I couldnt see what I was doing. I am out almost $300.00 and I cant see STILL and have horrible headaches because of my vision!!

The optometrist gave a thorough examination and answered all of my questions. The other personnel who worked there were very polite and kind. I would highly recommend Pearl Vision.

Amy and Ellie are and have been very helpful to Our Family. Their service has been straight forward and awesome. Not much good I myself can say personally for the General Manager. In which he really disappointed me with not being knowledgable as he should be in his profession. For it took Amy and Ellie to recognize and correct a large mistake that consisted of my lenses not being properly cut and installed. We, meaning myself and Family, will continue to come for eyewear and care etc.We strongly suggest to ask for Amy or Ellie if and when you visit for up front, honest and professional service.

I went there Saturday so get a pair of glasses. The doctor was amazing and explained everything. The sales women was nice but LIED about pricing. I asked what the difference was on the changing lenses and she told me there was NO difference (20 dollar difference). She also added upcharges on a warranty I didn’t want but had no idea it was 40 dollars (didn’t tell me she even put the upcharge on there until I handed her my card to pay.) This was my first time there. Once I pick up my glasses, I will not be going back. I also informed her I didn’t know what my insurance covered. I feel like she took advance of that information. I spend 60 dollars on upcharges I didn’t need or want.
