We went in to get my 3 year old daughter her first pair of glasses. With the sale they had going on, we were able to get 2 pair for the price of 1. Malinda was great with her and we had both pair of glasses within an hour!

The staff at this store are all super friendly and helpful. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Janice, however, is exemplary! She will do everything in her power to care for each person who walks through her store’s doors- her smile never fades. Janice is amazing!!

One thing I like about this place besides having a nice selection of frames and service...its the aftercare that keeps us a satisfied customers! We always purchase the glass cleaner and was told that once the cleaner was almost gone...stop by for a free refill of cleaner! This is what I call excellent service!!

This was my first time at Eyemart Express, but it definitely wont be my last. I interacted with two employees. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and helped me promptly. The store was busy, but I was still helped quickly. Pricing was reasonable and selection of frames was plentiful. I was having eye surgery a few days after my visit, and was not going to be able to wear my contacts. I was so grateful to get both pair of glasses the same day! Left there very happy...thanks!

3 pair of glasses were ready in about 20 minutes! Genuinely friendly staff. I had purchased glasses from them shortly after I moved here 15 years ago when they we in the Glenbrook Mall. Last place I had purchased glasses didnt quite have them dialed in but all 3 of current pairs are perfect! Will recommend.

They were right on time with my appointment. I loved how they gave me my prescription on a little card and there was no pressure for me to buy glasses there. They were in network with my insurance so I was able to get two pairs of glasses with warranty for about $100! They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from! Definitely will be coming back every year for my exam!

All of the workers were very helpful and took their time helping me pick the perfect frames for my personal needs. Then when my order came in they again took the time to adjust and customize my glasses just right before I walked out of the door! The manager at the Fort Wayne, IN location is excellent in her leadership and customer service skills as well! I really enjoyed my experience there and will recommend this place to everyone I know!

This place has redeemed my faith in getting back to taking care of my optical care once again! It was an all around great experience, ea person I dealt with was personable, kind and efficient. You cant beat the prices at all for the nice glasses you get AND the yr warranty for even a slight scratch or worse... totally broken glasses (Even if you only bring in a piece of the glasses 😯). The lens werent correct at my first pick up and she caught the issue right away and had them at a 100% within an HR! Nothing worse than leaving an optical store with 2 pairs of glasses and they are incorrect, which is what had happen to me at Stanton optical yrs ago...hence why I had stopped taking care of my eye glasses needs for several years (6-7), along with a cpl other places prior to Stanton that had deterred me as well. Have you ever left an eye glass place where they just didnt seem to know how to fit your glasses? Now dont laugh too hard but when I had left Stanton yrs ago with my 2 new pairs of glasses...every time I took a step my new glasses would bounce off my nose or just stay mid stream in the air off of my nose!! Lol wtheck!! Funny now but not funny then. I couldnt go back in to Stanton to have them refitted bc the person had already quit trying to make them fit correctly with a shrug of her shoulders before I had walked out the door 🤷 See my point of going to a place that has employees with experience such as Eye Mart? Didnt mean to turn this into a Stanton optical review but I figured the example of quality of care is important. Dont hesitate going to eye mart, if its not right the first time they dont hesitate to get it right within a timely manner.

Edit: My other son’s glasses got broken so took him to Eyemart last night for a new pair. We got 2 pairs for him and the best part is that we got a text that they were done in less than 7 MINUTES!!! Once again, the ladies in there are quick to greet you and genuinely nice. There were quite a few people from multiple backgrounds in there when we were there and I noticed that they treated everyone like they had known them for years and were friends. It makes the experience much better and go faster in my opinion.Got 2 pairs of glasses for my son made in les than 20 minutes!! The ladies were very friendly and multitasked very efficiently! On top of that, the 2 pairs of glasses were LESS than the 1 pair that he got from Midwest Eye Consultants. I used insurance to buy that 1 pair, but I didn’t use insurance to purchase these new glasses. So that just shows you how much cheaper Eyemart is than Midwest. The new glasses are Champion brand and so much higher quality too! Highly recommend Eyemart!

My family went here for several years, bought the cheap frames, and had eye appointments. However, my most recent experience with them has left me with a resolve to never spend my money there again. I bought 2 new frames and lenses, but when I put on the new glasses, they both caused my eyes to go cross-eyed. First they remade the lenses because they messed up the numbers, but they were still messed up after that. When I told them, a few people tried to adjust them as if the tilt on my nose was causing the problem. One lady at the desk even blamed my bad eyes as if my astigmatism prevented me from wearing glasses like anyone else, which was quite unprofessional coming from a person who works to help peoples bad eyes. She essentially insulted me rather than accepting her and her teams own incompetence. My dad was a manager at another eyeglass place in town for several years, and was very disappointed with them. They didnt even get a precise measurement for my moms bifocals. I would say they are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and low quality.

Wow 🤩 I was able to get my daughter 2 pairs of Super cute glasses for under $80! Elizabeth and Danielle made my visit fun and fast. They were able to answer my questions about my daughters prescription and explain what’s included in the back to school sale. We will def be coming back to buy more glasses.

This was an emergency visit as the dog ate the wifes glasses. The store was clean and followed covid protocols. Selection was good and service was excellent. Both glasses and prescription sunglasses were finished in under 40 minutes. After fitting we were on our way. I would recommend this store to others.

I had to have an eye exam for DOT physical before the end of the month, and every place I called said sorry, 30 day wait, or more, for an appointment . Eyemart Express fit me in with an exam within the hour, and 10 minutes later, I had new glasses. They even had a nice selection in the value frames, two pair for under $40 ! Plus the exam was very reasonably priced. Friendly, safety conscious employees, professional and courteous.

Super busy during our visit and seemingly understaffed. For Covid, they have you put all the pairs you try on in a basket so they can be sanitized before they are returned to the displays. This is a good idea, if they are appropriately staffed and able to return the glasses to the shelves in a timely manner. But there were two buckets of glasses awaiting sanitization during my visit. This means that there was a large part of the selection we didnt get to see.Service was great. Jenae helped us and she was patient, pleasant and informative. She seemed to genuinely care that we had a positive experience and were satisfied with our purchase.I would definitely return--just not on a Saturday.

The wait was long, but well worth it! Janice was excellent, was able to save us a lot of money and took the time to pick out more frames for us to look at. She recognized us several days later when we came in for adjustments, and even though she had several people waiting for her, she continued giving excellent service to each individual with a smile. :-D

Janice B. was so very helpful, nice and explained everything I needed to know!! She had a gentle personality which I fill is very important when you are dealing with my child. She made sure my daughter took all the time she needed to try in glasses (even when we came in at the last minute from an hour out of town) and then had her try on some more after she had picked them out just to make sure they were the ones she really wanted. ( We had been at the eye doctor the day before and picked out glasses that the more she thought about it wasn’t happy with) I was was just very happy with our experience!!! Thank you!!!

Very positive experience. Eye exam was on timeand thorough. Glasses selection was very good and pricing was awesome. Not having to wait 2 weeks for glasses to come and also have to have a second visit was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend them.

The optometrist was very friendly and helpful. Right to the point and very direct about what she was doing during the exam. When it was time for me to pick frames for my new script, the employees were all patient and helpful. Elizabeth set me up with a pair of glasses and sunglasses and I couldnt be happier! She did everything exactly as I wanted and made sure I left in a much better way than when I walked in. I drove from Bronson, MI, and it was worth the drive to have quality care.

Had 3 pairs of glasses....my regular bifocals sunglasses and safety glasses all done in 46 minutes.The only place me and my family go for glasses and if at all possible we ask for Janice

I truly cannot thank the staff and the optometrist for going out of their way and helping me. They found I had bilateral swollen optic discs and pressure in my eyes. The staff and optometrist were so sweet and caring. The eye exams are extremely cheap compared to others and actually know what theyre doing! Definitely recommend this place!

I took my 11 year old daughter in yesterday, we have troubles with her glasses. She needed a new prescription, and with her history of craniosynthesis its hard to find glasses that stay on her face and she has been wearing them since she was 3. We needed something to stay on the bridge of her nose that didnt fall off. DANIELLE came over and explained everything she could do to get glasses to stay on her face something NO ONE has ever done for us. She talked to my daughter to explain everything instead of just handing the glasses over. Even showed her how to properly clean her glasses. (Im not a glasses person) Danielle made this experience for my daughter completely enjoyable and she was so thrilled to recieve them. We were quoted 2 hours since her lenses are pretty thick & they got done in 29 minutes! Thank you all for getting them for us in time for school!

Efficient and professional

Everytime my family goes into this store we are treated with the utmost importance. Janice the store manager makes sure that every customer is well taken care of. We have been going to the for about 8 years now. I could not ask for a better group if people. Everything is on site and you have what you need usually in the same day depending on how close you arrive to closing.

My progressive lenses are perfect what you would expect anywhere for much more money absolutely perfect. However the service was ghastly I walked in to pick up my glasses and she handed to me and said okay there you go so I said what can we sit down if thats what you want to do then she again just handing me my glasses I put much as though there you go heres your case goodbye no fitting no adjusting no nothing theres a lady there named Miranda whos very professional she knows what shes doing she gives good service the girl I had was an absolute Airhead should not even be working there just not want to do the job and did not do the job hence the four stars instead of five

Ive bought all my glasses here for the last 4 years. The staff is always professional and friendly. They have always helped explain what my options were that matched my budget and insurance. I am amazed at how quick and efficient the service is from the eye exam to having glasses in hand in 3 hours. Anytime I have needed to repair or adjust the glasses, I just stop in and they take care of it right then.

I visited this location because the doctor took walk ins. Great doctor, high tech machines, fast and affordable. The glasses were also a heck of a deal. Two pairs of no line bifocals for $75 or so. Great variety of frames. Best part? We went to eat and I got a text that the glasses were done... 26 minutes later!!! They fit perfectly and the bifocal was perfect.

Josie was absolutely amazing! She made sure that I used my insurance to the most. Her friendly and helpful personality was top notch. Probably the best customer service I have ever received! She is truly an asset to the company. Her superb service should be a model for all.

I tried to get an eye exam here because mine had expired but when I went to line up for one, one of the receptionists told me to wait and said we were busy. She was a large lady and told me “ sorry we are busy “ and the line wasn’t even long maybe just two or three people waiting, so I went to Stanton optical a place nearby to get my eye exam right away and I went back to eye mart express with my new prescription. I was happy with My new pair of glasses but not with the way the receptionist at the eye exam treated me.

They did an excellent job making my glasses. I actually was able to get the 2 pairs of regular lenses at the advertised price plus the upgrade to poly lenses for about $50 less than a competitor wanted for one pair of glasses. Im really not impressed guys... First of all, you advertise same day pick up for glasses but fail to mention that only applies to people who get the polly carbonate. Second, every time Ive been in the shop, it has been understaffed and the staff that was there seemed stressed out and overworked. Third, I paid quite a pretty penny for my lenses to be thinner and I still have about half an inch of glass on my face. This company can do better. Has all the necessary equipment TO do better. So do better.

Eyemart Express was an overall great experience for me. I didnt know what to expect on my first visit yesterday, but was pleasantly surprised with the absolute speed of everything. The doctor checked my vision efficiently, accurately and with great patience. The ladies at the window were very pleasant and helpful. After the eye exam, picking out glasses was easy and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful. When time to pay for them she whipped out a coupon, of which I wasnt even aware, and got me 2 pairs of glasses for a few less dollars than one pair would have cost me. I was impressed and pleased with the whole visit. I rarely do reviews unless Im either really happy or really ticked. Thumbs up to EE for the experience.

Dr Kahn and the entire staff are excellent. The process is quick and they make everything very easy whether you are a first time visitor or a repeat customer. Repeat business is very likely as the quality of service and friendly staff will keep you coming back

Quick and helpful. Did make a mistake on the glasses the first time but corrected it in less than half an hour and had me squared away.

I personally had a good experience! The nice ladies even helped me get a discount through my insurance the glasses selection is awesome and my glasses were done in 20 min! Love the same day glasses can’t beat it for that

My daughter and I visited on 7/2/2020. We had a representative named JaNae who was extremely patience. Our visit took longer than expected but I felt the JaNae went above and beyond to ensure that our insurances were processed correctly. Thank you JaNae your kindness has not gone unnoticed😊.

I found a scratch on one lens Monday morning. I was on my way to Ft Wayne so I stopped to see if it could be fixed. They said they would make me a new lens, they said they would have them ready in an hour. As it turned out the machine broke down but they massaged me right away to apologize for the inconvenience. The machine is fixed and my lens is waiting for me. Good job.

All i can say is Janice and Nick are the prime example of how customer service should be. They both are running all over the place in order to keep their customers happy and satisfied.As a 54 year old who just now started wearing progressive lenses they have been working with me through the whole process. They are awesome to work with. I hope you take good care of them so they are there for a long time.

I had a previous prescription from a different place and went in to get glasses. They had a large assortment and a nice variety of styles and prices. I was able to get 2 pairs without insurance for around $100 plus the customer service was really kind.

The staff was awesome and extremely nice and helpful. My glasses were made the same day and it was a short time until they were going to close. As I was getting fitted for my first pair the tech noticed a chip out of one of the lenses at the top. She informed me about it. She said that there wasn’t enough time to put in a new lens( my glasses were ready) in 40 minutes. She said they would fix the lens but I would need to come back. I live over an hour away and I feel they should have fixed the lens before I left. Even if they had to stay a few minutes later than closing I should not have had to walk out of the store in a new pair of glasses that had a chip in the lens. I paid money for new glasses and I feel that even though they are new they are not. I will go back to get the len replaced and in the future if I would need new glasses. Jen

I have tried 3 different providers, and I will not go anywhere else after finding Eyemart express. Saw that they had great ratings and now I know why. Fast, though, and got my glasses right on the first shot… not so with other similar type providers in the same area. There is a reason that they are rated 5 star by so many, they provide great service, and know what they’re doing.
