My Samsung Galaxy phone was not working. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and figured out that it was my screen that was the problem. They were able to fix it in a short period of time. After I got my phone back, it was still glitching and not working properly. They were very responsive and took a look at the phone again without any issue. They were able able to figure out that it was a faulty screen and replaced the screen quickly. Overall, it was great experience. I typically do not leave google reviews, but given their professionalism, I was compelled to leave a review. Would recommend without reservation.

Awesome guy… had a cracked screen and broken LED and he had the best price around town and said it would take an hour to an hour and a half.. did it in about 30-45 minuets. Also hooked me up with a case and a screen protector for a STEAL… will def be going back

Very nice people but id suggest to go here if you like to waste time and money i gave them my phone at 12 pm did not get it until 7pm. after wasting my day and spending 600$ with them one of my screens wasnt put together correctly and the other one popped out and stopped working very cheap screens they use which will continuously stop working and make you reset your phone just for them to work. gave them a call and they basically said that my issues were my fault and i can come in so he can show me where its broke and try to scam me another 150 for cheap repairs

The guy uses very cheap screens. After it being installed it wasn’t pressed down all the way and you could hear it when I pressed down on the corner. On top of that the screen cracked like nothing. Literally took nothing for it to crack. It slid on the floor with no pressure not even a centimeter and it cracked. On the reciept it says they don’t fix it if it cracks so I was out almost $100. Ever since the screen has fallen apart very easy. I’ve had it replaced by other people before and it took more for it to crack and break. On top of that while being there a former customer had showed up saying the screen wasn’t pressed down all the way as well. It was too late for me since I had already paid and everything. Definitely don’t go to this guy. He uses cheap stuff and charges more than others.

They aren’t a good reasonable resource for fixing phones I wouldn’t spend my money with these shady people

Be careful and read their policy I had a customer go their and they took the customer money to unlock a phone and after customer came to pick up their phone they could unlock it and they continue to say that theres no refund no exchange. They should know in advance to customer. Really deceiving to not let customer know in advance before they pay. I would not recommend this location. Not customer service what so ever and advertise service that cant deliver.

Very bad. I got tempered glass. It got broken within 2 days. When I asked them to replace it they said to bring receipt . I went with receipt and still they refused to replace it. They charged me $24.99 which did not even last for two days. Dont buy anything from these cheaters.
