First time cracking my screen on a cell phone which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but I’m flying out in the morning & couldn’t risk my phone not working while traveling. Stopped into Verizon off Camp Bowie & Justin helped me out. There were several customers in there & he appeared to be working alone. He was very professional & efficient which we all appreciated. Thanks so much! Unfortunately we’ve gotten to the point we can’t live without our phones

This is the only store I will visit. I travel from Aledo just for this location. Something about the employees has always made it easier. Justin even helped me set up my phone to my car!

It was not busy when we went. We were able to get our questions answered. The guy was very honest and we appreciated that. We dont have Verizon as our carrier but it looks like we may change because of our experience.

Millennials with no sense of proper business communication or etiquette. Slovenly, unengaged, young millennial the only employee there, didnt greet us upon entry, and ignored my elderly mother and I for a good 20 minutes. What waste of time. We ended up being only offered a too-high monthly price. This kid was so gross and shouldnt be working in customer service. Verizon is another evil corporate monster with zero concern for customers it just eats up money from with everchanging offers...all the time wasted here and we ended up leaving with no purchase. The guy just has no cares for anyone who enters. Going through the motions. Nothing more. *shudder/cringe*

Came in on a Saturday to upgrade to the S10plus. Justin gave me a great bundle deal for less than the phone cost by itself. Super simple! Fast! Great Customer Service! Since we have a business account, Justin showed me the hum GPS setup for our business trucks. Definitely will consider it as an option and looking forward to dealing with Justin on future purchases.

Though there were several complications with my order, Asia was patient, knowledgeable, and diligent in assisting me. Overall I had both an easy and pleasant experience thanks to the excellent customer service. I would definitely use this location in the future, and would recommend it over many of the other locations.

They were very helpful and did not make you feel like just another number walking into the store. OK, first of all, JOSE is the best customer service rep of ANY kind of establishment that Ive ever encountered....even my Lexus service agents cant beat him! The newish store on Camp Bowie is so close and accessible to our home, and then to have service like this as well?! WOW! I needed to add a phone to our family plan and not go too much over our current bill. Jose showed us a way to add the phone, get more minutes, and actually end up with a cheaper plan, all with no long term contracts!!! He was patient, focused on getting us the most for our deal ($gift cards as well$$$), and just a pleasant guy to hang with. ALSO, the next day, we had some additional questions and then ASIA stepped up to the plate to assist. SAME THING! AWESOME customer support, and it felt like we made a new friend! SO, if you live on the west side of Fort Worth, and you need ANYTHING phone related, this is THE location to come to, or call it and ask for Jose or Asia.

Best Verizon store in Fort Worth!Update on this location.Im changing my review based on my experience today 9.21.19In June I purchased a tempered glass screen protector and was told if/when it breaks just bring in back in and they would replace for $5. Well it took a while but on 9/11 I cracked my screen protector. Went back and was told they no longer carry it for my phone. I can go online to the manufacturer and order one for $5. Ok so I did but I couldnt order it without the original package and it needed to be registered within 5 days of purchase. I called to the store on 9/13 and was told they would order it and would have it Friday 9/20. I showed up this morning and they dont have it and no one knows what Im talking about. I was told that Vincent was probably who I spoke with and I asked for him to call me with what they are going to do. Its been an hour and no call. Like I told the girl at the store today - 25 year Verizon customer and willing to leave over this. Its not the $40 I spent and will need to spend again its the fact that I have been promised something twice now and been lied to. Ill take my chances being lied to by another carrier now.

Raylah was GREAT! She was very genuine, has so much integrity, she is so thoughtful! She helped me achieve what I came in to take care of and I will definitely come back to her!

Went to come in @ 3pm today to upgrade my damaged phone. Note on door said on lunch be back at 4pm ... do you not employ enough people to handle lunch breaks and shift changes? Retail should be accessible during all business hours.

Phone was not functioning. Zach and Jose spent a long time getting all up and running. Walked out with a new phone and all of my contacts and photos and apps. Got some other good stuff too! Come by and visit them at their new store on Camp Bowie.

I have recently purchased a new I phone and Verizon service. I went in today with a handful of questions met Justin he was able to take care of all my questions I had and he is very polite even came out and help me set my truck up so my phone would work through it. I have nothing but good things to say about Verizon on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth.

I came in looking for a couple accessories for my iPhone and found everything I needed without any hassle thanks to the wonderful help of Asia.

I first went to the Verizon store off of Alta Mere, and they did not seem too interested in helping me. I almost went to another company to check their prices, but I have been with Verizon for over 10 years so I wanted to try another store. As soon as I entered the door to this location, Salil Khoja greeted me and treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Because of employees like Salil, I will stay with Verizon for a long time.

Just swung by with some general questions regarding my options with a faulty IPad, and the sales representative there completely made my day. You are typically not so happy when your device isn’t working and Verizon can’t do anything about it but my salesman, Zach, made my day! He went above and beyond and helped me understand what may be wrong with. You would think a salesman would stop after finding out hey aren’t taking your money but Zach said “I believe in helping people and good karma will return to me.”
