My son tripped and fell at school breaking his glasses he just got a month ago. I brought them into the store to have his glasses replaced. I knew getting the insurance coverage was good idea. Once at the store we were greeted with smiling faces and I told them what happened and the first question they asked was asking my son if he was okay. Saying that was the most important part to make sure he wasnt seriously hurt (tiny cut on the eyelid from the frame totallyfine otherwise). I thought that was very nice. I always feel like we are among friends when we visit the store. They replaced his frames and within five to ten minutes we were back on our way with new replacement frames. My son age 11 even made a remark WOW THAT WAS FAST AND EASY! I fully expect him to be without glasses for the next 2 weeks waiting for new ones to come in but they had the frames there. Awesome! My advice to everyone ALWAYS GET THE INSURANCE PROTECTION! Its totally worth the extra few bucks. Also this group of people are the BEST!

I just needed a simple readjustment for my glasses, heavily overdue. Basically been walking blind. As soon as I walked in Monica came right up and began to help. Amazing attitude and super friendly. Her work ethic alone makes me want to come back! She tightened the frames around the nose and recommended newer frames I would enjoy since I need new ones. She completely understood why I couldn’t walk out in new glasses today, but when I can afford them I will be returning and giving this location as much business as I can. Thank you so much Monica! Amazing start to finish. I did a lot of research, what places offered and reviews filtered by most recent. Anthony greeted me as I came in, I chose my frames and he took over. I wanted polycarbonate, the best progressive, best anti glare and scratch coating and Transitions in Gray. I was told 2 weeks, it took 1 and they are perfect! Kim fitted them for me and I couldnt be happier. Thank you both so much!

Wow...customer service was great. I was a walk-in, was greeted by both sales associates immediately. Anthony was able to make an adjustment to my glasses and now they fit perfectly. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Ill definitely be going back to that location.

Went in for just an eye exam and contacts, but I stepped next door to look at frames while I waited on my prescription. This nice woman named Monica approached me and talked me into these gorgeous Versace frames I didn’t even know existed. She was super patient as I kept going back and forth between two pair, then she helped me decide which ones suited my face better. I didn’t know blue light protection was a thing either, so we got that and thanks to her my headaches have lessened! Been going there ever since, and Monica also helped me when my daughter body slammed my face one morning breaking my glasses. Replacing them was super quick, and I had my replacement frames within the same week. Excellent customer service and excellent care all around.

The staff is friendly and the store is well organized. I went to get my prescription sunglasses adjusted. I was greeted by Lauren and she made it the most enjoyable experience Ive ever had at a LensCrafters. I also have two pair of Silhouette frames and have had difficulty finding a store to adjust them. She told me that they do adjust drill bit frames 😁 and to bring them by to see if she could assist. She gave me her schedule, I came back and indeed she was able to adjust them. I have used Lenscrafters for many years & have always been satisfied with their product & service. What puts them in the top of their field is their response when a problem arises - whether it is just an adjustment that is needed or something more significant. I recently expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of a pair of designer frames that I had purchased 5 months prior. I was quickly offered options to resolve my issue that were beyond my expectations and much to my satisfaction.

This place will charge you duplicate times for the same product. I was charged 3 times for blue light protection. I also ordered the top end progressive and they still charged me for scratch resistant and AR even though its included in the XVP. 0/10 shady practice. Stay away from this location.

I went to order glasses and Moriah provided us great services. But her co worker was rude and unpleasant. I was immediately greeted by a woman named Myriah as I walked into the store. She was very helpful and patient with me. She showed me several lense options for my prescription and recommended another frame for my second pair of glasses that worked better for me. Thank you so much for all your help. I spent about 45 minutes in the store mostly waiting even though I found the glasses I was interested after the first 10 minutes. When I arrived to the store I was the only person in the shop and was greeted by Chris. We chatted about my preferred style and I showed him two frames that fit what I was looking for. He continued to take me around the shop to show me other frames that did not fit my description. He then proceeded to assist 3 other shoppers while I waited for him to complete my fitting and order. After waiting 20 minutes I told him I would come back at a later date. When the gentleman he was helping said Im sorry, did I interrupt? Chris replied to him no, no, no. As if I had not been waiting this whole time. I guess I was just taking up space in the store. I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff are awesome! I was the only person in the store and both ladies on staff assisted me! One helped me pick out glasses and the other got my information ready to go. It was quick and easy! I loved talking to the staff and really made my experience wonderful! I will continue to come to purchase my future glasses from this location.

The staff seemed really nice and the store was well organized. I went in hoping to set up an eye exam, get a pair of glasses and contacts. Im really indecisive so once they got busy i figured Id leave and get more shopping done then return a little later when someone could help me better. I came back and they were empty so i filled a white box with the frames i was curious about. When i was focused on frames i wasnt too sure about one of the women that work there came up and began putting away the frames i had in the box and said she thought i was set on the frames i had in my hand. I didnt find her attitude very helpful since she knew i had set those frames aside. I left without purchasing anything and will be trying a different location and hopefully i get treated better and find someone who is willing to help.

At Store #5159. Going back and forth with my Eye Insurance about purchasing frames as part of my yearly allowance. Eye Med agreed that I can purchase a Sunglass frame as part of the allowance. Gave instructions to LensCrafters to remove the sunglass lenses out of the frame and ring it. Now LensCrafters are keeping those sunglass lenses. I don’t have the dummy lenses to use it as a mold to turn it into a Prescription Lens. Very time consuming. I can’t even return those frames if I want too because your Lead kept the lenses!!! Very disappointed about your lack of knowledge on Insurance Plans and Benefits. Never will shop at any of your locations again
