I have been coming here since I was little. The environment is so friendly and clean. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Dr. Pack was truly a wonderful doctor and now Dr. Alisha truly wonderful as well. Thank you for always making my eye exam experience great!

I took my 86 yr old mom, who is handicap and suffers from Aphasia. This was our first time at Pack Optical, and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pack. He was wonderful with my mom. He took his time, very patient and thorough while doing her exam. He took time to talk to her, plus calling her daring and not hurt either. He suggested she go see a Surgeon and get consult on cataract surgery, He did not feel her script changed enough to spend money for new glasses if removing cateracts would better improve her vision. The office staff, everyone I came in contact with either on phone or in office were just wonderful!!! They were helpful, nice and thats hard to find these days... GOOD Friendly nice customer Service. We will definitely be returning and referring Pack Optical.Thank You, we appreciate you all!!

Great service. Dr. S. Was very thorough in examination of my eyes. She explained and reviewed with me the results of my scans, plan of care and process/options for prescriptions. Technician who did my intake and screening was very good in explaining each step of her procedures. It was a very informative and pleasant experience.I would recommend the staff to my family and friends.

From the receptionist to the optometrist to check out was such a great experience. Everything was explained to me and also hand written so I don’t forget. They make sure to wipe down equipment before use and make you wash your hands which I appreciate!

The whole process was wonderful. Easy, friendly check-in. Minimal waiting for the Doctor. Pre-doctor check was good. The techs were great. They explained everything before they started. Dr Pack was fabulous. She took time to explain all the results and options and spent extra time explaining new options that might be available, the pros and cons. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice and staff. Highly recommend.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Safety protocols were in place so you didn’t have to worry.The doctor explains everything to you so you do t have to try to figure out what was said when you leave.Really like going Pack Optical fir my exams.

Dr. Poonawalla is a very good doctor. But the front of the office is ran by very rude and inefficient ladies. They have little knowledge and it shows. I will be changing doctors because of them.

This is the first time I have been Sense Dr. LEANORD PACK retired I new in advance that DR. PACK was would be working and for me that made my day Dr. Pack (LEANORD) go back to preschool days and I only been to him or his dad my hole adult life so yes I think he is the BEST.Would rate him way way over a 10.The staff they have were very good I will say the lady that help with me to finish up did not no there inventory very well nor did she offer to adjust my current glasses clean them she did nothing after she decided I was not going to purchase new ones today. Dr. Poonawala genuinely shows care for my overall well-being, and takes the time to address my concerns (being able to wear contacts) as well as her concerns (my eyes).Overall, after my countless affairs with other eye doctors during my travels, I always try to come back to Pack Optical.I wouldnt trust my anyone else to handle my eye care.

Dr. P. was great! She made me feel extremely comfortable and she absolutely nailed my prescription. She was fast and thorough. I have never had a better pair of glasses. She talked me into a slight bifocal that I didn’t know existed and it is great. It’s only the very bottom of my lenses. I would recommend her to anyone.

Every visit was good beside my last one.The doctor (who shant be named) felt like she was trying to rush everything through and telling me that I have the same prescription as the last time around, despite everything still looking very blurry and not as clear as they can be.Was claimed also that were done, to my surprise I replied with are you sure? thats it?Covid19 and the year 2020 got people acting funny huh

Pack Optical is the place to go, y’all.I first went and saw the original doctor, who told me he would be retiring soon. He was nice, kind. Then the next year, I went back for my annual and got to meet Dr. Poonawala. Y’all, she is amazing. I’ve seen her twice now, and she remembered me! She is warm, professional, engaging, and I have never met an optometrist like her. She asked questions to know me as a person. She answered questions I never had the guts to ask an eye doctor before.My husband and I are moving to Phoenix, so she won’t be my doctor anymore, but that is the ONLY reason for the change in eye doctor. Since she knows I’m moving, she emailed me my eye records so that I can pass them along to my new eye doctor in Arizona. How helpful is that?! It was her idea!!!Please, go see her. The staff is great too—no issues whatsoever. I will miss y’all and hope I find someone like her in Arizona.

We decided to transfer to this office from another doctor, yet we were treated as if we were long-time patients.The doctor and staff are professional while being very personable, they explained each step they took, and gladly took their time to answer any question we had. Love the new technology that takes the place of dilation! The frame selection is vast, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this business.

I was looking forward to be seen by Dr Poonawala after seeing all the great reviews she had. However the day I decided to check the place out to see what kind of coverage I had and their frame selection the girl in the front was not friendly and was kind of rude, I asked if they took my insurance and was looking forward to her explaining to me about the coverage I would have she just looked up at me and said “she would have to look it up” and simply went back to whatever she was doing without even attempting to look it up. I ended up going somewhere else where the staff was more courteous and welcoming and obviously more helpful.

Dr. Poonawala is one of the best optometrist’s I’ve ever seen. She spends quality time in the chair and explains all her findings throughly. You can just tell that she really cares for her patients. Not only did she do great job with me but also did fabulous with my daughters first eye exam. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Poonawala is AMAZING! I called last minute to see if she can squeeze me and my children in for an exam. She ended up staying late just finish my youngest sons exam. She has a a little toy section for the kiddos while we waited for each one. I got to browse a great selection of glasses too! I highly recommend this practice and this doc!

Best experience at an optometrists office I can say that for sure. They have a very friendly staff and great at answering any questions I had. Dr Poonawala was amazing also, she was very patient with me when I couldnt decide which lens was clearer while testing my eyes. Also they have a great selection of frames and I am not exactly sure which lenses I got in my frames but I can definitely say that they are the best ones Ive ever had. They are extremely clear and sharp. Ive always worn glasses to work and I work at a office where I am sitting behind a desk on my desktop for 8 hours and this is the first time I can actually see everything clearly without any glares or having to squint a little. Thanks Dr Poonawala Ill be back next year. 😁

I came here when Mr.Pack was still the Optometrist and I was always content and treated amazing. I was sad to find out that he had passed away. Miss Poonawala is just as phenomenal, she was very thorough and made my appointment easy for me to comprehend what she was referring to in regards to my eyesight. My one star is not for her nor her knowledge. Unfortunately her staff is less than one star. Being lied to about the status of my glasses was not funny to me. I was told it would take 10 business days for my glasses to arrive. I called on 2/11/18 to check up on my glasses and Veronica said “Oh your glasses are still not here. I don’t know when they’ll be here and the Optometrist isn’t here but I’ll call you back when I speak to her.” Safe to say she never called back. So I called back again today 2/13/18 and I get told a different story by Diana that my glasses have been in their possession since January 31st and that they left me a voicemail; I never got a call so obviously there’s no voicemail either. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I also don’t appreciate that I had to wait for my glasses to be here a month later... Miss Poonawala I really hope you see this and take the concerns of your patients serious when I say that you need to find more HONEST!!! RELIABLE, and RESPONSIBLE employees because you have none right now. I will definitely not be going back and I will not recommend anyone here.
