Amanda at the Frederick location made me fill like I was a valuable customer when I contacted warranty department and got sent the wrong phone. Amanda got me another phone instead of not having a phone for a week or longer. Warranty wanted to send back my damaged phone and the wrong phone and them to review my claims and then decide my claims and then possibly not send me a phone and dealing with not having a phone. This is very unprofessional.

First of all, this Cricket store is located in a sketchy part of town that is not safe. Secondly, the Cricket employee gave me the brush off when I explained what I needed for my phone. She refused to help me, she didn’t know what she was talking about, and she tried to sell me another phone instead. I don’t understand why everyone thinks this place is so great, it’s not!

The girls at cricket are super intelligent and friendly, they defiantly gave me something to smile about! Laura helped me get all my apps and data onto my new phone, very fast, very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

Cricket is always there to help you with your phone. Every time I have problems with my phone I take it in to Cricket. And theres always someone there to help me I dont know the girls name but theres two of them brain nice generous considerate and also patient. Thats why I choose cricket wireless phones. And when you buy a phone there thats not too bad neither. That is always good to have two employee there to help you and that is very good. They always there for me and they do not take long to wait on you, and also they always try to explain whats going on with your phone oh I should have gotten their name but they was bear Wednesday on the 15th November about you so you can guess what there name is can you,? I hope. They are our own 40 in Frederick. A nice play to go but I wish there was one on Thomas Johnson Drive because thats where I live I catch the bus out on 40 just to go to Cricket. The distance is Mom for me because I ride electric scooter and I have to catch stop to go out there. But thank God its never cold when I go thats the only thing Im worried about. Went in today to transfer from Verizon. Music was playing loud enough that it was difficult to hear the agent but we managed. The agent was not helpful in explaining plans but the plans were simple enough that we managed. We had to leave however when we were told that payment was cash or debit card only. Credit cards are not an accepted form of payment so be prepared.

Genesis was so helpful in activating my phone! Will come back!
