The Lady that served us was fantastic. I enjoyed my choices of the strawberry chip, mocha chip, and strawberry sherbet.

The Gelato here is amazing as well as the mocha. Also bought the tiramisu coffee cake and was a 10. Definitely coming back soon.

The 1st time I tried Gelato was in this store in the mid-80s. Ive enjoyed Gelato at other locations since then but this store has the biggest selection and is always stocked. The store is always clean and the servers are always pleasant.I live in SoCal now but when Im in the bay area visiting family, I make my way to this very special store for the best Italian Icecream.

This is a great location with such beautiful vibes. The new owner has done a stellar job with making it so warming and adding new products to the menu. The tiramisu cake is made by her and I tried for the first time, so delish!

I love this place! Freshest gelato in the East Bay! All the amazing flavors that they offer are to die for! Some of my favorites are; crème brûlée, tiramisu, strawberry fresca, honey lavender and birthday cake! Yum!!The lovely lady that’s always there is so sweet and nice and has the place clean! What a major difference from other old grumpy man that used to be here! ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to her customers EVEN when some people aren’t too nice/friendly to her (I’ve seen before)! And the other ladies are nice and helpful as well. Will definitely be going back!

The ice cream here is really yummy! I always go for the Cappuccino flavor. Its amazing!! BUT everytime Ive been there during morning opening hours, (weekdays its 12pm) they are never open on time. Ive waited until 12:30pm but no one shows up!

Would give this place six stars, if I could.I went in earlier today (Saturday, June 27th) at the peak of hot temp, when it was about 95 degrees. The inside of the place is quite cool and relaxes you from the hot summer sun.Gelato is a tough thing to get right, and boy does this place do it right. They have one of the largest collections of gelato I have ever witnessed- it had to be around 20+ gelato flavors, maybe 30. I had a hard time deciding- there are very exotic flavors as well as classics such as vanilla, rocky road, and cookies/cream (area favorite).After some time, I finally decided on getting the coffee mocha, a delicious, light coffee-flavored gelato with hints of chocolate flavor from the mocha. I also got the chocolate covered strawberry flavor, which was just the right amount of fruity sweet, and had a great complementing taste from the chocolate flavor as well. Each of their sizes (they have 4) comes with a waffle! Their small waffle that is added is SO GOOD OMG! Im not even joking. The waffle chip literally MELTS in your mouth, and isnt overly crunchy and hard like a lot of other waffles.One added bonus is the customer service- the servers are all so courteous, and make you feel at home. They dont rush you, and are not moody. I was treated with respect and enjoyed my experience as a customer from them.I highly recommend this place over all other gelato or even dessert places in the area. I will definitely visit again.

A lifesaver! OK, OK... Maybe a slight exaggeration, but if Im going to be on lock down for 3 weeks I need comfort food to get me through it. The Gelato places near me were either closed (which I actually do get) or in the case of one shortened their hours (again is fine) but closed even earlier for no reason. I was having a serious craving by that point so on the hunt for good Gelato I went. I called ahead and the nice woman assured me she was open until 9. I pulled up a little after 8 and was greeted by a super sweet woman. Under the restrictions of everything she was complying with keeping distance and keeping everything sanitized. I was so happy to walk out with 2 pints of wonderfully delicious Gelato (in some of the most unique flavors Ive had), at a much better price than everyone else, and while all of this uncertainty goes on around me. I can now happily self-quarantine for 3 weeks with some Tiramisu, Birthday Cake, Bavarian Mint, and Coppa Mista by my side. A faithful customer for life!

I love the Italian Gelato both with or without cream. Great taste ! However there I saw only one person serving it customers on Sunday evening, causing a little delay. But the warmth in wide range of Icecreams, Tea and Coffee compensates for it.

Good place. Good service from the person who works there. She was very nice to us and explained well about the flavours. She was very patient with us. 4 stars are for good service and the one that we tried. Try ginger gelato if you wanna try something different.

Deliciously unique flavors and the quality of gelato+wafer is great. The store is too small for lingering with a crowd, but they also have some outdoor seating, if you dont mind the parking lot and trash bin view. The folks are always willing to give flavor samples if you cant decide what to get.

Love going here. Its been a Fremont landmark for a long time. I hope it will be around for a lot longer as the city grows. Some of the best gelato around. The man who runs it is kind and welcoming. I always recommend this place to my friends and people visiting from out of town. Definitely worth a visit, especially after Italian food.

Okay so I have been going here from when I was a kid and there was still a movie theatre in the same parking area. There has been a real decrease in the number of good ice cream shops in the area... but these guys are still open. It says under new management and I think many people were turned off by the owner who at the time could be rude. Gelato in the supermarket just never seems as good as what they have, so get your steps on... walk up and down the office stairs a few extra times and give it a try some time!Forgive the occasionally grumpy man and appreciate a unique desert I cant find with this type of selection elsewhere in the area. Its gelato you must smile.If you like coffee or chocolate they have some really rich flavors. Though the vanilla bean is wonderful in its simplicity.

Friendly service and clean. The gelato is good I especially enjoyed the Banana and Walnut, and Double Espresso Bean flavors. I would of liked it more if they offered shakes.

Me and my wife love their gelato flavors. I’ve been to both their outlets in Fremont and Mountain View. My personal favorite is their pistachio and lichee flavors. Don’t forget to get their wafer that goes along with the gelato. Yummy

Ice cream is very flavorful but the wrong consistency: Italian ice cream is supposed to be light and soft, not thick and sticky. Im looking forward to them getting better, I really want a good ice cream spot close to home.

Tastes just like gelato in Italy! My favorite flavor is the Honey Lavender. You can also purchase by-the-pint. Canned and bottled drinks are available as well as shakes and coffee/espresso.

This is my all time favorite gelato spot in the Bay area. I grew up coming here and now that Ive moved, every time I visit, I make sure to stop in. They have a lot new flavors now, but my go to one is Copa mista.

Good ice cream but this is definitely not Gelato. My husband and I lived in Italy for 2 years and we are pretty familiar with what gelato should be. This ice cream is not smooth or fresh enough to be gelato.

Love this location, weve been to the Palo Alto and Mountain View but this one has something the others dont, when you get your gelato they add a crumbly cookie that is both delicious and adds a nice touch to your order.Other than that the quality of the gelato is consistent with the other places.My personal favorite is the honey lavender, the ginger is great but can be a bit over powering if you are getting other flavors so keep that in mind if you get the ginger flavor.

Today was the second time Ive visited. The first time I visited was more than a month ago. I had originally gone with a friend to try the gelato but when we arrived the shop was uncomfortably hot, more than that all the gelato was melted and yet they were still giving this soup to people in cups? Suffice to say, we left. I arrived again today, thinking by now they should have fixed their problem but the gelato continues to be melted!! I bought a small cup of half melted gelato for 3$. I tasted what i believe was to be a cherry vanilla flavor and it had no flavor. I ended up getting lychee which was alright. Im most likely to avoid this place in the future.

Truely awful. Oversweet almost a sugar syrup instead of ice cream. No diary flavor to speak of. One flavor had hugh ice crystals. I threw it away as it wasnt worth the calories. So sad because this place used to be wonderful.
