Could see rice bag price is on higher side. The same brand I bought it for 12.99 in Indian Market and Apna Bazaar. But I was charged 16.99 here.

Items without any manufacturing or expiry dates are present all over the store. Please watch out what you are buying I accidentally bought a sweet without any manufacturing or expiry date and ended up having a bug in my belly. Its frustratingly ridiculous

A
Review №3

Nice store, they have wide range of grocery and vegetables. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little scope of improvement in terms of veggies - need to organize better also the prices were not available for some of the products. But over all good experience.

A
Review №4

Nice grocery store but needs some spacing inside.

A
Review №5

Good place for produce and Indian groceries! It’s a smaller store but good service and selection!

A
Review №6

Very bad customer service the. Women working at the cashiers counter today was in a very crabby mood. She was on her phone the whole time complaining about parking. Things are order or kept in its place. Over priced I will never go again.

A
Review №7

Has all the stuff you need but the place needs cleaning, very gloomy environment

A
Review №8

I get ingredients for our Amits Mission Masala vegi pizza at Mission Pizza and Pub in Fremont.❤

A
Review №9

Well organized easy to shop lots of options.

A
Review №10

I used to go there a lot, but found the place seems to be managed poorly recently: I saw bug running underneath the shelves! At this challenging time, please keep the place clean!

A
Review №11

Its good, you get all things you need

A
Review №12

It is an excellent store for indians especially for south indians. Caters all. Best and cheap and reasonable price. Keep good with groceries and veggies and all items

A
Review №13

Large store prices good

A
Review №14

Worst place, no. 1 in price gouging, specifically they are taking advantage of Corona pandemic. please find another better store, there are many near by in 1 mile radius. Please STOP going here in this store.

A
Review №15

Organized, clean and quick service.

A
Review №16

Regular customer for 6 years

A

Good grocery shop with reasonable prices

A
Review №18

I just moved to Fremont this month, and Ive been looking for a good Indian grocery. This place, I will come here before I go to the Smart&Final in the same mall. Their prices and quality are very good and they often have a half dozen brand choices of anything Id need. Really a change from the little Desi groceries in Boston!

A
Review №19

We could get almost all items which a south Indian needs for his/ her cuisine here. Smooth, comfortable and easy shopping.

A
Review №20

A good quality, standard Indian grocery store with a nice array of Indian snacks. Vegetables are good quality, so are the other products like lentils and rice. Staple spice powders and ready to eat Indian food are available in plenty variety. Parking is tight on Friday evenings, else manageable on other days. Good store in the neighborhood!

A
Review №21

Indian grocery is very unique. Especially in Namste Plaza Indian store. Some typical things you can get only in Indian store like Namaste Plaza. No other non-Indian store can provide you those things. So to visit Namaste Plaza has become a religious routine in my life.

A
Review №22

Excellent service. Veggies are very good.

A
Review №23

Good collection of indian grocery.Vegetarian + dairy only.Decent savory snacks

A
Review №24

Neat & managed well Indian Grocery Store. Reasonably priced compared to the other stores in the area.

A
Review №25

They have the basic necessities you need for other Asian cuisines despite focusing more on the Indian culture.

A
Review №26

Big and spacious. You get almost everything that you look for in an Indian grocery store. Although this is not my usual place to shop but whenever I have been there it seems they stock up on time. The checkout section is often confusing. I am sure they can make it better.

A
Review №27

Have been going here since it started in 2002. Have all the things that one needs in an indian household & more! Its clean, vegetables are fresh and prices are competitive. After reconfiguring the isles, and freezer sections, the store looks more open and clean. Thankfully all the card readers work at the checkout!! They also have snacks like samosas & vegetable curry puff.Yes, have been going and will be going here for all my south asian/indian groceries & vegetables.

A
Review №28

Good Indian Grocery store. Need better management however still have lots of options. Found bit costly compared to Bharat Bazar.

A
Review №29

An okay grocery store. Cleanliness can be better, the fruits collection is not the best. There are certainly better stores around the area for grocery other than Indian items. It has a decent collection of items for India specific grocery items.

A
Review №30

Good store but the interior looks pretty old and outdated, which would make you think about the dates of all the products. We but fresh vegetables from this store.

A
Review №31

This is the everyday needs Indian grocery store in the central Fremont neighbourhood.Pros: They are well stocked with grocery, condiments, produce and most of the common household items. Some of the cons of this place: most of the items are not price tagged and not classified well.So finding items take a long time for those who are unfamiliar with this place and some brands cost more than others and theres no way of knowing it without price tagging. So do check the receipt for pricing. The produce here is not consistently fresh, so it helps to go on days they get fresh produce.

A
Review №32

You get almost all indian food items here..

A
Review №33

Decent place

A
Review №34

Recently I have compared the prices with near by stores. Nearly 30% cheaper. For example, I have compared Deep brand Gram Masaala powder & vegetables like Snake guards, etc., You can also cross check it.

A
Review №35

The best Indian grocery store in Fremont! Prices are cheap, quality & selection of produce and other items is very good. Would highly suggest this place

A
Review №36

All kinds of Indian groceries are available here very convenient store for Indian groceries

A
Review №37

Good selection but a little higher priced than other markets. Reasonable parking. Good spice selection.

A
Review №38

Been going to this plaza for 20yrs, good mix of Asian shops

A
Review №39

Found everything in grocery and vegetables. Good inventory and quick service. Keep it up

A
Review №40

You get most of the indian items here. Its not that big as Bharat bazar but equally good.

A
Review №41

One can find almost everything Indian that Indian family may need. Also cheaper as compared to other Indian stores in the vicinity. Could be more neat, hence reserving one star

A
Review №42

Management do not take any responsibility, bought peants a month ago, it got fungus an turn green. Went to store to tell them they would not exchange or even give me refund. will stop going there now on

A
Review №43

This is a great store for Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern, & ethnic groceries. It also has really good quality fresh fruits & vegetables. They have a great selection of organic items & vegetarian items. You can also get a variety of spices & lentils, besides dairy & frozen items.

A
Review №44

Fresh produce and the usual Indian grocery staples. Clean and well organized store. The ready made aaloo and methi parathas are delicious (usually available late afternoon).

A
Review №45

Very badly designed small store. Non existent parking. They do not even have shopping carts and yet they carry many items which require a cart. Customers use the carts of Smart and Final and even park in the lot of Smart and Final. A friend of mine told me that they charged tax on something which is not supposed to be taxed. The checkout line is very strange.

A
Review №46

All Indian related stuff including vegetables are available here with reasonable rates

A
Review №47

Great shop. Carries some items not available at other Indian groceries.

A
Review №48

This small plaza has everything. From groceries, restaurants, convenience store, laundry, hair and nail care salons, music shop and couple other things.

A
Review №49

Price is never posted. When posted, it is often wrong.

A
Review №50

They need to work on their service and cleanliness. Some of the items are really old stock. Quality of groceries is not that great

A
Review №51

Lots of things it’s expired and bathrooms door not working and bathroom was very dirty all the time manager also not goodFront two lady working morning its very helpful

A
Review №52

Good variety of Indian and Pakistani grocery. The store needs renovation. Looks really old.

A
Review №53

It has a lot of food at a cheap price!

A
Review №54

Smart and final is a good place to shop.Decent prices.

A
Review №55

Good place you will get all in one place 👍

A
Review №56

A store which is not clean and maintained properly. You can see the leafy vegetables not fresh, products have no price tags, they don t clear off the expired products and at frozen section too!

A
Review №57

Stores like this are taking advantage of these uncertain situation. Doesn’t display prices and charge double the actual price

A
Review №58

Good collection of indian spices and grocery items with fresh greens and fruits

A
Review №59

Good place for a quick stop. Parking can be a small problem sometimes

A
Review №60

Customer service is HORRIBLE here. The manager is VERY rude and incredibly unprofessional. I simply called them to ask if theyre hiring. The manager said theyre not hiring students and she hung up on me thrice without even letting me finish my question each time.

A
Review №61

Good! I used to buy beans, India tea, pea, vegetables when ever I arrive...

A
Review №62

Great selection of Indian groceries and fresh vegetables.

A
Review №63

Variety of Asian food and good for Burmese as well.

A
Review №64

Good place to find Indian groceries, but they use carts from other businesses.

A
Review №65

Decent place to find indian groceries. not too crowded

A
Review №66

Expanded store, good selection but not all prices marked.

A
Review №67

An ok Indian market with high price and sometime no place to park. I would drive to icc on Mowry if i have time and option

A
Review №68

Fresh veges and big frozen section of Indian meals

A
Review №69

Be careful and always check the bill. I was charged for the stuff that i didn’t purchase.

A
Review №70

Great little grocery for specific items... Great price...

A
Review №71

It is a good place to buy Indian stuff. Not a great collection of items compared to other places but it is sufficient for weekly purchase.Pros:Has most of the items that you need.Small place so no running here and there.Located in a place where you also have restaurants and super market.(So if you are missing something here, try for it next door)Cons:Small & Clumsy place. Not much of choices when you choose an item.Fruits & Veg are not fresh.Cleanliness

A
Review №72

Namaste plaza has always been a favorite spot for Indian groceries at times it gets little busy with long ques due to lack of space but still they have everything you looking for

A
Review №73

Items are not very pricey so liked it

A
Review №74

Good place to buy Indian groceries

A
Review №75

I returned a product at the check out counter as soon as I bought it as it was not fresh. The girl at the counter asked for my card, swiped it and told me that the refund will be credited into my card. However, instead of applying credit she had charged me debit for it. She never told me her mistake and I came to know of this only after seeing my statement. I have taken up the issue with the card provider. But it just shows their incompetence and attention to customer service.

A
Review №76

DO NOT buy sweets here. They taste like “imported from museum”

A
Review №77

Hate Namaste plaza, I bought mango basket and when I was buying they looks to be very good color, came home and when I cut them to eat out of 16 mangoes more than 8 mangoes are bad inside gone, i call them they said they are not responsible and gave rude answers. prices also very high compared to other namaste plaza. Will never visit them again, and recommend others to do so.

A
Review №78

You can find almost all Indian groceries. Even the cosmetics that you usually find in India.

A
Review №79

Good for Indian grocery and vegetables.

A
Review №80

Fresh supply if Indian vegetables is not always there on Friday

A
Review №81

Huge checkout line even on weekdays... frustrated and snobby cashiers.... prices are not competitive with other stores. Only good thing is that you have tons of readymade food.

A
Review №82

I mostly shop at this location but the store environment is not so clean and the little indian lady cashier with darker features is very rude and does not know any thing about the customer service. She put your receipt and change on the table instead of giving it to your hands. this is not india and you live in usa and you should treat customers with respect. if we stop shopping at your location than you wont have any business.

A
Review №83
