I went to Caliber Collision in Fridley after my car was rear-ended on the freeway. I am very happy with everything about the visit. Everything went smoothly. My Impreza looks like new! They took care of everything. A loaner was there from Enterprise in minutes. Matt called me the next morning with the information about the work needed, coordinated with the insurance, called with updates and the car ready in less than a week. Staff are careful to do things right. When putting parts on underneath the car the staff noticed something didn’t feel like it was fitting quite right, when they investigated they found another part in the exhaust system needed to be replaced. Staff was professional and friendly. I recommend them highly!

Ive used them twice now for body work and both times it came back within the same week. The receptionist made sure enterprise gave me the correct size vehicle for my childs carseat. They communicate well with daily updates on the progress. They return the vehicle cleaner than they received it.

I wanted to get a written estimate and told them I wasn’t using insurance but I wanted them to take a look at my rear bumper. I was told I could only get a verbal estimate. They were pushing me to try to make me go through my insurance and told me we deal directly with insurance. Well, ok, it was not a huge repair so I didn’t need to make a claim anyway. Won’t bother going back to this place. I’ll take my business to a shop that wants to actually help me!

Honest, hardworking and talented. I have been going to the Fridley, MN location long before it became a Caliber Collision store, and the tradition of excellent customer service and outstanding craftsmanship has continued all along. Some of the work was insured and some was not; the damage varied from fender bender when someone hit my SUV at an icy intersection in my neighborhood, to my minivan being sandwiched between 2 cars during rush hour (which nearly totaled my vehicle). Every time the workmanship has been outstanding and the cost very reasonable. I just returned from my latest visit, seeking an estimate for work that I would have to pay for out of my own pocket. The estimator asked me to wait a few minutes, and voila! He removed the paint transfer left when I scraped my new pickup on my garage door frame and polished the damaged area. Wow, what a great surprise! I am never going anywhere else when I need repairs to my cars, trucks and SUVs.

They were very courteous and helpful and the repair was excellent. they also help me plastic the window until they were able to get it fixed thumbs up I would recommend to anybody that needs glass repair or otherwise.

OH MY WORD! I could NOT even believe the Wonderful service I received! A friend was trying to put on my new license plates, but the screws in the old ones broke in two and he did not have the means to get them out - BOO! Someone suggested Caliber Collision Center in Fridley; SO, I drove over there - first time I had ever been there. .......WELL! They were SO kind and SO understanding, and they got out the messed up screws and put my new plates on, lickety split! AND, charged me NOTHING for their time and work!! I could NOT believe it! God Bless them! .......One thing I DID notice while I was waiting for my car is that All the employees seemed to get along SO well, they really seemed to support one another (unusually so). We have used their services multiple times even before they change their name from Abra. same quality customer service as usual. Just after they recently fixed my daughters car,I had an odd request this time and asked if they would look at something mechanical for me that was not related to my accident from two years ago. They told me to bring my car in at my convenience and they will take a look at it but since it was not accident related there is no guarantee that they could fix it. I was very fine with that. I brought it in today and to my surprise they fix the small issue without me having to bring it to a dealership and get taken advantage of at a dealership. Do you want lady there was very professional and treated me with respect as usual.This is a fun location and the staff there also show it.

I had a great experience at this location. I came in having had my friend’s husband back into my car, so I wasn’t thrilled that I needed it fixed. They ended up doing an amazing job, and I was thrilled with the outcome. I feel like my car is brand new on one side! They also buffed all of my lights even though only one had been damaged, and cleaned my car for me. I am thrilled with the experience I had, the daily communication, and I am overall very satisfied. I would use this location again if needed.

I was rear ended and took my vehicle to get the repairs done. Not only were the repairs made in a very timely fashion, they made sure that they sent me regular updates about the status. When my vehicle was returned to me, I noticed an issue where the trunk would randomly pop open. I assumed it was related to the repairs and asked them to take a look at it. The were very polite and asked me when I could bring it in. Turns out, the issue had nothing to do with the repair but instead a defect in the vehicles sensor. Because it was a very easy fix, they made the additional repair even purchasing the new part all delivered no charge and with a smile. I really appreciate them for the work they did!

Needed to get an emblem replaced because the one I had was scuffed and dinged up. Brought them the part and they replaced it for me free if charge because it didn’t take long. That showed me that they care about their customers and they take good care of you. Very friendly and very customer focused.

Car had some work done recently from Caliber’s Fridley location. Turn around time was amazing, everyone I talked to was well informed and helpful, and I didn’t have to sell any organs on the black market to afford this. If I need anything fixed again, will be back for sure.

I had some trim on the door coming off. They recommended some quality products, had me in and out the door in short order and haven’t had any concerns about my door trim flying off my truck on the highway since!

Had my car fixed from hail damage. So far so good. It was fast and they arranged the rental car for me.

I wanted to fix the rust that was bubbling my paint on the bottoms of my doors. The only option they have me was to replace all four doors. Went to another place that told me they have this spray stuff that stops the rust from spreading and they can bondo and match the paint. I just wanted to stop the rust at an affordable price.

Ryan was very helpful and kept in touch during the entire process. Very helpful and courteous.

Miserable quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I had my entire windshield replaced by these guys and only 3 months later it cracked starting from the edge of the windshield, and they blamed it on a teeny tiny rock that you cant even see instead of taking responsibility for their work. Dont go here if you want good quality materials and work. They dont guarantee their work and youll be left to foot the bill.

Had a deep scratch on my car door...they recommend reprinting the entire door, no blending wit the front fender and rear door necessary...now the front door is way brighter, dont match the front fender or the rear door...amateur!
