There timing on completing their work was grate as well as the part that they replace. But when one of my brackets from my bumper that they had to take out broke they were not willing to replace it, so I pay for the replacement part and moths later that same area were coming loose. Then I brought it back and one the guys said the bracket were broken. That makes wonder if they even replace the brackets. I am very disappointed with honor system on fixing simple part of a car like a bumper bracket. So instead of them replacing the brakes they ask me to buy another set again. I don’t do this but I am not coming back to this shop again. I like to support small shops and but at this point I don’t trust them and their work.

We needed body work on our 1995 Camper Van. NOBODY else would even look at it. Not only was City Collision willing to do the work, they took no liberties in the quality of work they did. Tom was so nice to work with; I can’t tell you how much he went above and beyond. The places that were damaged seemed like they would be a challenge, and due to the age of the vehicle, they were unable to find replacement parts. However, they were able to repair the van to like new. We were blown away by the quality of their work.I highly recommend City Collision for any of your bodywork needs.

I was rear-ended by someone and my car needed work done to it. I found City Collision based on what shop my insurance company recommended. (Although the other insurance company was footing the bill). Tom and Jeremy were absolutely fantastic. They were both friendly, professional and had great communication with me throughout the entire process. The other insurance company of course was dragging their feet and they only wanted to pick and choose what they were going to pay for. Tom and Jeremy made multiple phone calls and emails on my behalf to the other insurance company, even for issues that werent related to my vehicles repairs (the insurance company didnt want to pay for my rental car). I was also very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle when it was completed. Tom and Jeremy absolutely offered full-spectrum service and made everything go so smoothly. I will highly recommending them to anyone who needs work done!

STAY AWAY! This shop does not use OEM procedures. After they completed my car I hadthe insurance company come reinspect. They approved replacing the parts the shop decided to repair. I sent it to another shop to fix what they have done. There is more structural damage that they missed. No computer scan, did not mesure the frame, did not take in process photos. The new shop has another $8k estimate to fix the work they did and what they missed. With more to come. I put my kids in the vehicle. It was not safe. There is no excuse for what was done to my vehicle.

I recently had my 2014 VW Jetta repaired after a side collision that destroyed my driver doo, mirror, and a lower rocker panel. These folks were nice, upfront about all the cost, how it worked with my insurance and how long the repairs would take. They did a great job in the repairs and matched the paint color of the car perfectly. I was very happy with the results!

I unfortunately got in a bad accident this winter. Someone rear ended me pushing me into another car. City collision took my car right away and got me into a rental asap. They were really good about being in contact with me! When I found out my car was totalled they helped me get my belongings out of my car and were very kind. I am fortunate to have been reccomended to them because the other auto places I googled werent very nice when I called. Jeremy was great!

That would depend on your definition of customer. I called in advance to make an appointment, and the woman who answered my call said I could just bring my vehicle into the shop with no appointment necessary. Upon my arrival, I was told that I should have made an appointment and that I must not have made it clear to the woman over the phone. He said I should make an appointment and come back when I had one. I intended to be a customer of this business, but I didnt feel too awesome about City Collision & Glass after that, so I went somewhere else.. along with my cash.

Bob did an estimate on my car which was about $1,100 less in comparison to Heppners body shop which was about 2,700$ . The difference was him using an old accident I had a few years ago, which caused cosmetic damage, to deny payment for my dented fender that prevented the drivers door from opening after a hit and run from a week or so ago. The damage from the hit and run was obvious, it was on the front bumper, the wheel, the drivers door, mirror is gone, but somehow he managed to claim that the fender was not a part of it. The owner proceeded to tell me that they were even paying for what wasnt a part of the accident and didnt make any sense by pointing at the damage which I didnt ever claim was apart of accident. Maybe he thought since I am a female with an accent he could just bs me without being questioned. Disgusting crooks.

If I could give zero I would. Incredibly rude staff and make it very difficult to get things that are already hard enough to take care of. Have to jump through hoops just for an appointment and when you finally get one all of them act like they hate their lives. From the lady that answers the phone to the incompetent staff that did my estimate. Only went here to get estimate for my insurance. I will never come back and would never allow my car to be repaired there!
