Never go on a Saturday! Took my truck in at 7am for them to do an oil change, tire rotation and check the shocks. They had it until 4pm and all they gave me was an oil change. I called twice during the day and spoke to 2 different people and both assured me the shocks were being looked at. I get there at 4pm and the manager said no one told him anything about my shocks and they cant do those on Saturdays anyway. Interesting. I know I need new ones so someone else will get my business but I doubt that guy will care because thats the way he runs that this place, like he could care less.

Been using there service for many years, as has my mother. Great, quick turn around, friendly staff, never try to up sell you on unnecessary stuff. Trust them the most with my car.

Anytime I had to do any kind of maintenance on my car, I dreaded doing it. Not just because of how much it cost but the people you deal with usually are not very kind or just jerks. (My PG way of saying it)When I came here, I expected more of the same. That was 100% not the case! They were great the minute I came in. I had never been there before and they were talking with me, having a conversation and explained to me the process of what to expect. They set up the proper expectations and followed through with those expectations.Ive never had a specific place I take my vehicles because I always feel like they are trying to get you or they are just unpleasant people to deal with. I didnt feel that way here so now I have a place to take our cars if there is ever an issue. Great place with great people!

Philip is a great guy, he helped my wife when her car wouldn’t start! Her work is right by Friendswood Auto Repair and he walked right over to her work where her car was parked. He looked at her car right there in the parking lot of her work. He jumpstarted a car brought it over to the shop open up the hood I was able to find the problem just a corroded cable he cleaned it off and even put a quart of oil in her car. They didn’t charge us and they were very professional thank you again Philip Friendswood auto repair gets my 5 star review!!!!

Amazing customer service! Stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment figuring that they wouldn’t be able to get me in since they looked really busy and the Nissan dealership that I bought the car from couldn’t help me. Adrian was extremely nice and told me it was an easy fix but that it’d be about an hour before they could get to it. I don’t think it even took an hour to have it finished. I will definitely be bringing my car back for my next service. Close and convenient too.

I can’t give words on how wonderful Friendswood Auto care is. Women that are getting stuff done while their husband are at work is challenging especially finding a trustworthy place to change oils and etc for our vehicles. You know men rather do the oil change and stuff. Well unfortunately my husband has no time and works like crazy. I took our cars at Friendswood Auto care and then one time our engine light came on my husband took our truck to a dealership for a major fix but that’s was my husband’s decision not knowing about where I take our cars for oil change. I asked him to take the truck to Friendswood Auto care. Cause our engine light came on “again”!!!! My husband agreed and so we took it to Friendswood auto care and it was fixed. The price wasn’t expensive like those dealerships and “wow” the customer services is just perfect. Now we know. Take my advice please if you want the best, affordable, High quality and perfect customer service. You need to go to FRIENDSWOOD AUTO CARE! So get a quote and you will see. Oh! I got my 2015 expedition worked at here. I was certain that the control arm and the ball joint along with the front strut was bad, so i asked them to replace those parts. When i went to pick my car Phillip told me it was only the strut. That goes to say how honest these people are. I would have gladly paid for what i asked the to do. But he said trust me, thats how we make money but when there is nothinh wrong with it how can we change it i was totally blown away. Highly recommend this place.

This is the best auto shop I have ever done business with. I come here for routine maintenance like oil changes as well as for problems with my vehicle. They assess the situation and give me a complete description before beginning repairs. To my knowledge they have been honest on their assessments and I’ve never had to return for the same problem. They do not exaggerate problems or recommend huge repairs when something simple and inexpensive will solve the problem. The front desk staff are friendly and remember me from visit to visit. Service on my Chevy 2500HD was past due. Phillip at Friendswood Auto explained to me in detail what was wrong with the transmission and how much it would cost before I left. They were honest during the whole process. They definitely got my trust and I will continue to use Friendswood Auto in the future.

This was may first and want be my last service. Adrian and his staff did a excellent job replacing my auto bushings and a great alignment.

Mixed review. I called mid-week to see if they had a replacement for a AAA battery that was still under warranty. I was told yes and I made an appointment for a specific time on Saturday. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I didnt have one. When I explained, the guy said oh yeah, you talked to me I just didnt put you down for an appointment. Let me go see if we have the battery. Luckily, they did have it and got it done within an hour. But I drove 20 miles across town on a Saturday and made sure to arrive for my appointment. So it would have been very annoying if the battery wasnt in stock or if I had to wait a long time. But they were friendly and didnt charge me labor for replacing the battery. So, mixed review. Theyre not very organized, and dont have great customer service, but theyre pretty friendly when youre actually there. And they do carry AAA batteries, which is hard to find if you need to replace one on warranty.

My daughter’s car wouldn’t start, so they had it to towed to their shop on a Saturday morning. Called me a couple hours later to let me know what needed to be done, and the repairs were finished before closing that day. Phillip was very professional and friendly, and he explained everything to me and gave the price for the repair work. I was pleased with their friendliness and quick service. Definitely would use them again in the future.

They are very nice when your inside but as far as keeping you up to date with whats going on with your vehicle, they need some retraining done, I had to call for every update they never called me. Also when I first walked in and told the guy what was going on with my vehicle he said he could have it fixed in 2 days, well 10 days later I got my vehicle back. Im guessing they say that to get your buisness, not sure?

I recently lost my long time mechanic to a medical retirement, so I had to call around for a first time encounter. I spoke with Adrian at FAC who introduced himself asked me informed questions about my repair issue and indicated a fair and a one day repair. Upon arriving we were treated with courtesy and professional service and the price came in under the estimate. A job well done.

I have used Friendswood Auto Center for my multiple car repair and maintenance needs for well over ten years. With four family drivers, that means one or more cars needing service frequently during each of those years. My needs have been met with friendly professionalism and the utmost care has been taken by the representatives to make sure I understood the mechanical, electrical or computer issues needing attention. Every effort has been made to keep my expenses down to what was absolutely necessary and to perform the required services in a timely manner. Other adult members of my family with their own households have also used Friendswood Auto Center for their personal and fleet auto repair needs. I highly recommend this excellent service organization.

I can’t say enough how refreshing it is as a woman to go into a car shop and not be swindled. I needed new brakes but wasn’t sure the extent of the wear and tear and thus what exactly needed to be replaced. I also asked for an oil change and if they wouldn’t mind just peeking into the engine to see if they could determine what the occasional burning smell was. They texted me with updates and told me I only really needed front brakes and to consider rear brakes in about 6 months. They also told me where the smell was coming from and how much they’d charge to fix it. They’re an honest company and I will absolutely be going to them for my car issues and oil changes in the future! They also gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker.

Was looking for a good auto repair shop in the area and found this one. The car mechanics appear knowledgable, the pricing is competitive and fair, and they are open on Saturdays. The guy at the front desk, Phillip, is friendly, patient, and easy to talk with about car repairs. They also have a gentleman named Adrian who is pretty car savvy.

I went to Friendwood Auto Center recently in order to get my annual state inspection done on my vehicle. The front desk con man tried to trick me into buying a diagnostics testing package by telling me my car was heating to 3/4 of the gauge during inspection. I decline and go to my car (no later that 5 minutes after inspection had finished) where I see my temperature gauge is at less than 50% even after several more minutes of running. I would not recommend Friendswood Auto Con-Artists to anyone who isnt knowledgeable about there vehicles running state already.

This place is incredible and honest. I took my car to 2 other places and nobody could find the issue. Came to Friendswood Auto Center and they immediately found the problem and the best part was that it all was covered under my warranty. They called my warranty company and took care of all the paoerwork. They also dropped me off at my home and picked me up when my car was finished. I would recommend this place to everyone.
