Cruz and his associates went above and beyond expectations to accommodate me the customer. I originally came to Master Transmission based off google reviews, and they did not disappoint. All 5 star ratings are accurate. Good quality work, great value, and very professional. Rest assure the job will be done right the first time, and they show what wrong with each part before they recommend replacement. You know you are not being taken advantage of.

I found Master transmission looking at online reviews. This place had a 4.8rating out of 5. They had the highest rating out of four other transmission shops near me. I had to see what type of experience they had to offer. I was very impressed. I needed a transmission and Joesph and Cruz are the guys that made it happen for me. Joesph let me know that i had a couple of options I could choose, which i thought was great, considering the amount of money I was about to spend. Once i chose my option, Joesph then let me know that he was able to offer me financing for that transmission. Whaaaaat!!!! I instantly felt relief knowing that I didn’t have to pay the full amount for the transmission at one time. 100days same as cash. Unbelievable! Then Joesph sent me to Cruz then Cruz took care of everything else. The financing process was simple. I wanted to drive my car for a few weeks before i wrote a review and my car drives great and i saw you guys fixed my battery cable for free. This is my second time going to Master transmission, first time was for a regular oil change, this time was to get my rack and pinion replaced in my scion tc, so far really good customer service, they communicate with you before and after replacing parts,they explain the parts that need to be change, prices are fair in my opinion, I will recommend friends,and family. I arrived with no air conditioning and had everything tested and found I needed a new air conditioner compressor on my 58k mile car. 😳 I got estimate and went to dealer bc thought might be under warranty but it was not. Got total of 4 estimates and came back to Master Transmission bc of quote and quality of parts. A/c is now blowing nice and cold. They also fixed up another problem I’d been putting off fir 6 mos. Everything works and I’m happy.

Amazing service and staff!! Took my car in for a brake job and was thoroughly impressed. I called them first thing Monday morning and spoke with Mike and he was very informative and suggested that he could get my car in right away for an inspection of the brakes free of charge. I told him I could be there with an hour and as soon as I arrived, they pulled my car in and began the inspection. Keep in my that it was the start of the work week and they had a parking lot full of cars that were dropped off over the weekend ( all good signs). Long story short, quoted a great price with no up sale on services I didn’t need, honest guys doing great work, and lastly, out the door in less then two hours without breaking the bank! Went for my inspection, but unfortunately I didnt pass the first time due to my tires. They immediately told me the problem I was unaware of, and I was able to go get new tires, take my car back to them, and continue with the inspection same day. They also helped me get quotes on other problems I had with my car. I left satisfied and will be returning because I always love a one-stop shop that is affordable and friendly.

Very friendly staff. They sent me a very detailed report on what needed to be repaired/replaced after they did the full inspection. I feel the prices were really competitive. Once I decided what work needed to be done, they didnt take long to get the job done. Owner followed up with me a few days later just to make sure everything went great and I was satisfied. Would definitely do business here again.

I do not think they did a thorough job in fixing my car. I took my car in on 09/18/19 and got it back on 09/27/19 only to have to return it on 09/30/19 for the same problem. I had my husband pick up my car on 09/30/19 and he was told to take it on a test drive with one of their employees. The employee stated they forgot to put in a sensor on my original visit which is why I was still having car trouble. On 10/02/19 I had to take the car back because it was turning off on me. I am now being told my key fob was not programmed. Ive had this car for three years and have never had a problem with my keys. I called today asking about my vehicle since I had not received a call and I was told they were reprogramming my key fobs and my car would be ready in an hour. I sent my dad to pick up my vehicle and only 1 out of the 2 key fobs were programmed when they were both originally working fine. I was also told my oil was changed but when I took my car in on 09/30/19 it showed my oil level was at 39% and I got my car back today and it is currently at 24%. I have the same sticker on my windshield from my last oil change at a different place. I am now going to have to go somewhere else to make sure my oil was changed and to ensure my vehicle is even safe to drive. They have given me the run around with an endless list of problems that are supposedly whats been causing my car to malfunction. Overall, Im very upset with the service I have received and feel that they truly and honestly dont have a clue what theyre doing.

Went in thinking I needed a new torque converter bc the ford dealership said that was what was wrong and low and behold the great people proved them wrong with a way cheaper fix!! This place is awesome and the customer service is awesome!!

Dropped of my brother to pick up his vehicle from getting work done. After hearing the excellent service that was provided to him, I decided to mention my front brakes may need replacing. Automatically, the staff offered to take my vehicle in and immediately check the brakes. The evaluation was quick and they even brought me in the shop area to show how bad the brakes really were. On the spot they offered a quote and all that went with it. I gave them the go ahead. Service was quick and customer service was outstanding. Definitely will be taking Scarlett back for any future mechanical needs.

I was able to drop my car off at the end of the day so it could be checked out the following morning. By the next day my car was ready to go. Ended up not being covered under my warranty (battery) but they were great and didnt add the extra diagnostic charge that they could have. I just want to thank Master Transmission in Friendswood. My car broke down and I had it towed to a mechanic shop that did not do transmission work. I called Master Transmission and I have to say, it was the best customer service experience that I think I have ever had. Not only did they tow my car to their facility but they also diagnosed it at no charge. They also keep in great contact with me on the progress of what they were doing. Unfortunately is was too expensive to fix at this time, no fault of theirs but if/when I do decide to fix the car, I will for sure take it to Master Transmission to complete the work. This was my first visit. I have been dealing with brake issues for a month. I called on Friday evening and had an appointment set for Saturday early morning. They got me in and was able to break down exactly what was going on with my brakes. Unfortunately it was an additional out of pocket cost on my part since the original mechanic would not stand by his work. However, this time I was working with professionals who were honest and warranted their work. I will definitely come back and refer others.
