John and Dominic are both above and beyond in customer service and expertise at this location. Battery died on me while I was shopping next door and they both went well past what I was expecting when I went in for a battery swap. Highly recommend this location and big shoutout to the folks who hired them.

Our car battery died right before we left for our road trip. We called Advance Auto Parts and Justin answered the phone and helped us. He had a battery in stock and was able to install it for us.We were in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. This made was originally a huge hiccup in our road trip much smaller. Thank you!!!

Love my Advanced Auto! I needed a new starter for my car, called around and they had the part in stock. It was 5 minutes before closing and I was 20 minutes away. The salesman said no worries Ill have the starter ready and Ill open the door for you when you get here. Awesome customer service. They are always so helpful to me.
I carried a battery on a bike mile and half to replace it. Passing two other auto part stores. Unfortunately the battery was not under warranty but sold me a battery and gave me the inking discount. They even took me home so I did not have to ride back. So far so goodTo make a long story shorter. I was sold the wrong battery. Positive should have been on the other side. I did not notice/pay attention and hooked it up. Of course that is a big issue much less having to to ride up there to get the right battery but now I have more issues.Come to find out it fried wires so it took me an extra week and $410 to get my car fix.How does someone sell you the wrong battery when they have the battery in front of them and asked the make/model and year?????Some of this is on me and I should have known better but they re the experts.Saying all this James (which is not the one that sold me the battery) assuming is the manager is the one who asked his employees to take me to the house and did go out of his way to help me.

They didnt have my part they offered in fine print on the internet. James ordered it and had it there by 5 and gave it to me for 25% off. Customer service at its best.

1045/5000Good afternoon. This has never happened to me on this site before. I was waiting for about 15 minutes to check my car tires. When an employee finally approached, he told me: What happens is that the car tire check service is free, you should wait calmly. I was speechless and replied that if it is money I needed to pay it and show him my wallet with my cash and my debit and credit cards. I have been helping and providing services to clients and patients for more than 20 years and I would never have given that answer to anyone. I didnt hear a word of apology from the employee, nor did I see a smile on his face that would have mitigated my frustration. I believe that the team of employees needs better training in customer service, because the greater the customer satisfaction, the greater the number of customers attending this business. I think a change of business mentality and customer service is needed immediately.
I just noticed this evening that my cars right headlight had gone out, and I didnt want to get pulled over so I stopped in to Advanced Auto Parts to see if they were open. There were 15 minutes left before they closed and Amy and James were SO awesome and helpful! They helped me install it right before they closed and were so nice! I highly reccomend visiting them if you need any car help at all!

I needed a battery replacement. I was going to go to another auto shop but they required an appointment, and I would have been without my car for much of day. I went to Advanced Auto Zone and there was no wait. I was in and out with a new battery installed in under twenty minutes. The man who helped me was kind and efficient.I would definitely use again for in and out easy quick installation.

Talked to Daniel the day before yesterday for a replacement element for a 26-inch rainx latitude. She kept asking me for year make and model. I tried to explain to her that rainx is not an OEM blade for a Prius but she just wasnt having it.It was clear that her only priority was getting me off the phone.
