Great Service Had A Tire Replacement...
Tried coming in at 1:10pm for tires. They are looking at me no1 came up to me or said anything for about 15mins. till I walked inside than some1 came in to ask me what I wanted. I said I needed tires. They proceed to say we are not doing any more tires today. There was no other car in the the tire bays or even in line. Even if they werent taking any more customers wouldnt the common sense hing to do is go tell the customer right away instead of making them wait 15-20 mins. Do not recommend this place at all for anything.
They wouldnt do my oil change because the filter was on there too tight they said. Not their fault though. More my bad luck. It is what it is.
1062 - 150 W El Dorado Blvd, Friendswood, TX 77546This store completely botched my order, has some of the worst customer service ever, over the phone when they (answered) were somewhat polite and they wanted to refund my order #5382017-227861, because of all the inconvenience I had went through. First of they delayed my order when it was at the Walmart, Walmart.com delivered one wrong tire out of the 4. The auto service at the Walmart didn’t want to put my tires on at 3 o’clock because they had lunch an closed the shop. Second go around I get there and the guys who apparently puts on tires leaves at 4. Third go around I get there and they say my Valve Stem was broken and they can’t put on my tires, I go to another Walmart Auto Center and they put them on #3510- 1710 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581 no problem. I know for fact that they profiled me at the #1062 location, because my name is Patrick and what black guy orders tires online and is actually polite. I go up to the service desk and they treat me like a second class citizen. All the promises they made on a recorded line now has disappeared and they don’t want to refund me for my inconveniences. This was a horrible experience and Maurice the assistant manager needs to own up to his promises and reprimand his team and auto shop for horrible customer service.

They need to get new management in the lube and auto center. I waited in line for 10 minutes without being attended. At that time i decided to drive off but couldnt because there was a car behind meSo I drove through the empty shop and 6 employees came out of no where to stop me. Where were these people when I was waiting in line.
Christopher and Tim where Lifesavers!!! Tim because he went to go get and help Chris. Chris because he was quite the quick professional. I just came from another auto center, another Walmart. Wasted an hour and a half of my time, just to tell me they did not find a leak WHEN I KNEW there was one!!! I politely explained the situation to the hard working people here and they IMMEDIATELY found the leak and repaired it. Never go anywhere else. Seriously, youd be shooting yourself. Thanks to the people here our Sunday was Saved!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at 12:30 and was told 90 minutes that there were 2 people in front of me. I did my shopping and went back to get my vehicle at 2pm. It hadnt even been started on. At 2:30 I let me wife know and she called to see what was going on. She was placed on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a manager. She hung up and called back and was responded too quickly when she threatened to call cooperate. The time before they put in the wring oil filter that caused our van to loose oil pressure and the check engine light to come on. They told us the check engine light was on when they pulled it in the bay which it was not..they Also said they noticed the filter looked different when they were replacing it but thought nothing of it. The time before that we couldnt even get an oil change there because noone was there to work. So if you want bad/rude customer service and to be lied to this would be the great choice.Oh and the manager and the other person inside were just sitting at a computer doing nothing. He promised my wife a discount but of course I was already checking out by the time they actually spoke to her.
Super slow even after returning the next day per associates advice. 3 hours for a tire and then they took someone before us when we were killing time shopping. Best part was Judge Judy in the lobby.
Very helpful staff! Answered all my questions and then walked me to my truck so I didn’t have to lift the heavy batteries. Thank you very much!

Brought my car here at 1:15 today to get 4 new tires, currently 3:55 and still havent even pulled it in the bay and I barley made it here or I wouldve went else where car was shaking bad because of a ball in one tire. And they wont sell me jus 1 tire and mount it because other tires are not the right size from factory. Wish I couldve made it anywhere else. Do not come here unless its your last resort.

The people are nice enough and the price is okay. Wait was pretty long - about 1.5 hours. Could probably do better elsewhere.
It’s currently 8:37 and there’s 4 other cars waiting outside. Don’t have “open at 7:00” if you’re not even open by 8:40. This is ridiculous. I swear, I would leave but my sisters getting me for lunch so I can’t go to my Walmart because it’s 30 minutes from her job, as I’ll probably still be getting my oil changed. I’m also late for work but it’s my fault for doing this last minute, still doesn’t help any though.Update: 2 cars left.
So slow takes 3 hours for tires if u buy online they send you to the back of the line even if u get there before others, its supposed to be first come first serve, so doesnt make sense to me, due to the way they set up online and pick up, very inconvenient. Just know if u get tires ur waiting three to four hours n oil changes about two from what I noticed.
SLOW... Dont go if youre pressed for time. One car ahead of us for an oil change almost 2 hours. Ridiculous. Workers just walk around talking to one another. They need a supervisor to get them actually working. I dont recommend coming here.
I didnt have anything done on my car or anyone I know. I was only here for training and happen to have this pop up. I dont know if these workers are competent or not but its worth a try for a cheap oil change.
I got there at 8am and had to call the store to make sure they were open other wise I would’ve waited more than an hour for acknowledgement. And they wonder why they get a bad wrap. Just rude !

So I came here at 5:05pm and in here they say auto car closes at 6pm. We just had a flat tire and needed air to be put on. Staff refused and said they were doing their last tire work of the day. They should update this time frame if they are just not willing to put air on a tire which takes less than a minute..
They neglected to tell me up front about an additional charge for an oil filter that they dont normally use and had to pull from the shelf. They told me the oil change would take about 40 minutes but it took more like 1 hour and 40 minutes.
One of the worst customer service at a retail store I’ve ever gone to. Management has absolutely no communication with each other. Nobody has any idea how to communicate with customers there from the start of the process to the end of the process. This location is rated so poorly for a reason.
I went there 4:30 pm on sunday guy said its closed we cant take any more customer and shutter was open i show them timing on webside they said we are not upgrad our new timing i complaind manager about what going on manager said we closed 6:00 very lazzy no care about customer time and service
They need to hire more staff.Other than that, they did a great job.

Im so glad I get to leave my opinion about this Auto Center at Walmart okay, the hispanic guy there I believe his name is Sebastian I could be wrong but this guy is so professional he told me exactly what I needed not to over pay and also he telling me for future references what I would need for my car super cool dude did not overcharge me did not try to get more money from me was just a totally respectable person five stars to you Walmart you need to give that dude to raise amen
Went for four Tires. Told us an hour and a half. So we browse for an hour and come back. Apparently he couldnt get the hubcaps off. Took the car down the road and all four hubcaps are off with in five minutes of arriving. Apparently not only is the service slow and bad but the mechanics cant even remove a hubcap.

I took my car to do an oil change and they messed up my Oil Drain Plug and now my car is leaking oil. Dont take your car there!! They dont know how to work on cars and also very lazy staff.
They are fine as far as job get done and prices are very affordable, but they are slow, it takes long time to do it. I dont know maybe theyre short of employees, but it has been like that for long time.

Terrible customer service. I took my car to get a tire plug. I waited 20 mins before anyone asked me what I needed done at service center. By the time they asked me what service I needed they were almost closed for the day. The first thing the guy said to me is were closing in 10 mins. I had to remind him that I had been here waiting for a while. He reluctantly checked me in. Over an hour later I walked back there to see why a 10min repair was taking so long since no one was in front of me in the line. At that point the assistant manager tells me that my tire was not repairable. I dont understand why they couldnt or didnt call me over the loud speaker and explain that to me. I walked arounx the store for an hour aimlessly. We wont be going back to this Walmart in Friendswood.

Long wait hours without proper management. Although Walmart provided a discount in lieu of wait, I would not recommend if you need a quick oil or tire change.

Just talked to these guys over the phone. Sound like the most incompetent employees I’ve ever heard at a Walmart auto center when asking for information about an oil change. Not able to give straight answers and were quite rude.

They had 4 people in the bay doing nothing and one car ahead of me. All I needed was a tired mounted and they told me 45 minutes! First off that is a ridiculous amount of time 5o mount a tire even if they were busy, but I waited anyways and did some shopping. I come back almost an hour later and they say another 15 minutes and there is no other cars in the bay. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very helpful for the most part except for some of their policies I dont feel the same way about I lost my warranty on my battery there because I I bought a battery and tried to return it because I found out it wasnt the battery it was my amps in my car and they didnt want to return it

Took forever to change tires. Gave me a hard rime about the warranty of a battery I bought.
Website says they can replace a brake light. The staff was unwilling to replace a brake light.
