The crew that works here is super friendly and helpful. They are always there to help you find the right part and maybe impart some knowledge to help you trouble shoot your problem. They have parts for all brands and years of cars. From my 71 Vette to my more modern SUV. They even offer a military discount. What more could you want.

I choose this autozone over the other parts store because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Went in today yesterday and same great service! Went today and the old guy is an a$$. I won’t be back. He is rude and derogative in his speaking to me. My son was with and said yes he has had the same experience with this guy. Everyone else super helpful.

Had bad customer service experience here. I returned some fuses because I got the wrong size. The agent helping me was very friendly. Another agent went through the box for about 2 minutes. This gave me the perception as a customer that I returned it with fuses missing. I am in customer service myself, and the customer should never be led to feel this way. Will never return to any auto zone.

I trust Autozone and they are 5 stars, but I am giving 4 stars, because they were not wrapping the new battery with the nice wrapping my old battery was wrapped with. That wonderful wrapping was from Accura as my vehicle always goes to dealership for services. Upon my insistence, they put the wrapping back without refusing.That said, I trust Autozone as a company, and will come back in future for battery for this vehicle. Thanks.

This rating is solely based on my experience this morning. I arrived at 8:01 and the door was open but I was asked to wait because they were not ready yet. I sat and watched employees stroll in and finally gave up at 8:10 and went somewhere else. When you say you open at 8 you should open at 8.

I just went in to purchase new wipers for my car. Not only was the staff super nice, they actually showed me how to place them. Jack the manager is hilarious. I also liked that everyone was patient with the new staff member.

The service was extremely good.I bought a pair of windshield wipers. The girl at the counter took her time to put them on my vehicle, to make sure they were the right fit and for me to be satisfied with the product.

I drive past an oreilly to get to this location but may stop doing that. Last time I was there buying my wipers guy seem really bothered to put them on for me. He asked if I would like to try to put one on I told him no and he replied its not that hard with a rude tone.

The store on Parkwood would be the only reason I would even continue as a customer. Dont go to the Pearland stores. You get horrible service.

The manager was suppose to help me out I explained to him what I needed. He need to go back and do more training.

Terrible customer service, I walked in the door 5 minutes before closing with my vehicle in the parking lot and the manager on duty refused to allow me to hook up the loaner AC gauges to see if I needed to buy freon. I would highly recommend new management/customer service training!

I purchase alot of parts here and I have always been happy with the quality and selection. I ordered coil packs at the store at 10am and they called me the same day to come pick them up.

My battery died and it was 9:20pm, I got a jump and drove to the Friendswood Auto Zone and got there about 9:30pm. Great 30 minutes before they close, but hold your horses I drive a 06 Pontiac solstice and that battery is tricky to take out. Had to watch a YouTube video on how to take out the battery. The way the car is engineered, you need to take out the passenger side panel in order to get the battery out; so I did (I borrowed some tools from auto zone). It was now 10pm and auto zone is ready to close but Luis and Joseph stayed late and helped me out. To make thing worse one of the nut from the negative post was corroded and Luis and I had a tough time taking it out. After borrowing a couple of more tools from Luis we finally took it out, put in the new battery and nut and closed the whole thing up. It out now 10:24pm but Luis stayed there helping me out till the end while Joseph closed up the store. I dont know how many people/companies would do that now a days, but these two guys did that for me. Thanks a billion

Absolute crap. Had 2 guys working and both were helping people buy batteries. I came in to get valve caps that cost all or 2 dollars and I waited at least 30 minutes to check out. 4 people after me because they took too long and just threw what they were holding in the aisles. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR OVERPRICED PARTS

My cars alternator died in their parking lot and they allowed me to do the whole swap there.
