We were traveling from Phoenix to Houston when our fuel line broke just before getting into Houston. Some people we were working with recommended we try Mustang Auto Repair. They fixed the car quickly and for way cheaper than we expected. Scott and Greg were awesome to work with!

I had a problem with a rear brake drum to disc brake conversion on my ‘73 Grand Am, I read many posts on websites as to what would be involved. The shop in Dickinson that installed the conversion basically said “ we have done lots of these” I was left out $800 and brakes that did not work right. I went to three more shops ( Gear Jammers in Alvin, John’s Auto repair in Friendswood, Kemah Classics in Kemah)very high end establishments and received poor results as well and still brakes that were iffy at best. These guys got it right first time and for a decent price.

They refused to do an alignment on my truck because their technician didnt like the camber adjustment kit I had purchased for it and wanted me me to install the kit that was double the price. I went down the street to Christian Brothers and got it aligned perfectly with zero hassles while I waited. If you need work done save your money and go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

These people rescued a damsel in distress when the alternator on my truck went out on Friday afternoon (black Friday!). They were quick and really saved the day for me while I was visiting from 1000 miles away. Cant thank them enough!

Why would you take your vehicle any place else? Mustang Auto in my opinion will always have the best customer service and pricing around. I have no clue why somebody would not give them a shot. Scott is by far the most honest person when it comes to vehicle services.

These guys know their stuff! They dont suggest work unless its truly necessary. My dad is great with cars and when he couldnt take care of an issue himself, they were the only ones he trusted to get the job done right and for a fair price. So, of course theyre the only ones I trust.

In my limited experience Mustang Auto has been very friendly as well as efficient. I trust them completely. A great place to go for oil changes and auto repair and maintenance if you live in Friendswood, Pearland, or elsewhere nearby.Recently they got me in on Monday, July 3, 2017--what many consider to be a holiday weekend. They diagnosed and fixed the weird sound my car was making AND changed the oil all in a few hours and for less than $50, although to REPLACE the offending part would have cost me about $300.However, the most important thing I could say about Mustang Auto does not come from my experience. It comes from my familys: Multiple generations of my family have trusted Mustang for their auto needs for decades!

We have taken all of our cars (at 1 point we had 5) to Mustang, They do only what is neccessary. They do it quick and as cost effective as possible.Now we have only 2 cars at home. But my kids and their spouses take their cars to Mustang. There is no place we trust more!

Very upset with the way we were treated! Car had been there in years past for several maintenance/minor repairs...with no problems...but recently when the car was taken for an estimate, we were charged $140 for them to say they cant help us! They never contacted me to let me know there would be a charge for this estimate, and the amount they are asking is more than triple the cost of an estimate from six other shops in town!!! Absolutely, horrible customer service, owner was extremely unprofessional, and I will never recommend them again, and hope to get my car back as they are holding it hostage.

These guys charge $38 to look at codes on a car, when any auto parts store will do that for free. Furthermore, they charged this $38 to a single mom with a part-time job whose only vehicle is an old minivan with transmission problems, and all they did to look at the problem was hook up the computer and look at codes, no other work done nor offered. How confident would you be if your mechanics diagnosis was, well the computer said so. And hooking up the computer to see what codes the vehicle is throwing, is such a labor-intensive skill they charge $38 for it? Cmon. 5 stars on 5 prior reviews? I suspect those are plants. Buyer beware.

If you ever need car or truck work done, I suggest Mustang Auto Repair in Friendswood. I was referred there when I had some truck issues. Been back there 2 more times because of new truck issues. They do the job right, and Im not sure other places can beat their prices.
