Caleb was awesome. He was quick to answer my questions and very informative/helpful. I highly recommend if your vehicle needs service hit him up!
Jason Tarpley is an excellent Customer Service Agent. Im very happy with my experience today. And Charlie was also great helping me with the ride to Home.Always saying hi to John Frigon is something that I do every time Im there. He is very knowledgeable and kind.Thank you very much!Your Chevrolet Team is marvelous!
Greg and DC in the service dept are great! I bought my vehicle here and I cant remember the name of my salesperson, but everyone from sales, to warranty, to service are always helpful. More importantly, they dont push or treat you like you dont know your vehicle. I cant really say that for many other vehicle service businesses. I havent met an employee here who isnt glad to see you or help you out. Take your business here. It will be appreciated!
As a real estate agent with Century21 at the Frisco office the location of Stonebriar Chevrolet on route 121 was extremely convenient for me. I made an appointment and the work was done right the first time and with professionalism. Now I am a repeat customer! I have had maintenance performed at many Chevy dealers in Texas and other states as well. Compared to the others Stonebriar Chevrolet maintenance department is the best!Tandy Sloan
Maria always takes care of our vehicles efficiently, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Have never had to ask for something to be redone at pickup time and Maria always communicated quickly and clearly. I highly recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet and if you need service, Maria is the advisor to go to!
Brett helped us with our purchase. He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my husband. He also provided us concierge service when they were servicing and updating our new Chevy Tahoe 2021 and delivered it to our house. Very satisfied with our overall experience.
Just moved to the area and Ive been looking for a solid dealership to get some minor repairs done to my car. Ive visited Stonebriar Chevrolet twice now and I think theyre the best in the area. My service advisor is Jason and hes been nothing but honest and straightforward with me both times. A man of few words, he understands customer service and gets things done. In fact hes gone out of his way both times to accommodate me as a client. Its obvious that hes got a ton of knowledge about repairs, parts, and service. For a dealership, the pricing is about what you would expect. As far as the location and amenities, its right off the Sam Rayburn Toll which allows you to get on and off pretty easily without having to take a bunch of side streets. There is plenty of space to sit around the dealership if youre waiting for a service along with a coffee bar and open market style snack area where you can grab something and self checkout. There is also a small kids play area on-site if youre waiting around with a young one.
Caleb was professional and took care of everything I needed. I appreciate all his help. His customer service is excellent. Everyone is great and very helpful.at Stonebriar Chevrolet. You have a great team . That is why I will always bring my car to this location, nowhere else.
Went in due to my stability track light being on. They suggested the wheel bearing, after getting it fixed it still left all the lights on and even included a new light. They said that it wasn’t their fault and that I would need further repair. I hate when they’re not transparent and honest and let me know exactly what it’s gonna take a take care of the lights. Definitely taking my car elsewhere. I tried calling and they don’t answer my phone or a call back.
I had a high pitch sound coming from the engine area. The service department initially stated it would be 4-5 days before making the repair. They repaired it as well as two recall items within 2 days. Maria was very informative and kept in constant communication (daily) with me.
Maria was great!!! As I waited for my car she checked in and gave me updates on my car repair. I really appreciated the service I received from beginning to end.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would be at least 2-3 days just for a diagnosis. I had already had it diagnosed by a C.T. as my coolant pipes leaking. Then I was told I was going to have to sign a paper stating that I was liable for the cost of the diagnosis even though I was going through my Chevrolet warranty. When I commented that I needed to contact my car company, I got a condescending remark as to why and attempted coercion to sign paper without talking to my company. I refused and contacted my company anyways. After being informed I could take my car to another dealership, I reached out to Sherman Chevrolet who were able to get me in immediately. When retrieving my vehicle to go to Sherman, I again was met with rudeness as to why I was leaving.I took my vehicle to Sherman Chevrolet who had it fixed and returned to me the next morning. Well worth the drive to Sherman if you want you vehicle fixed in a timely manner without being belittled, coerced, or treated rudely.
Have not been impressed with the service or lack of knowledge from this dealership. In May 2021, they replaced my water pump, less than 2 weeks later the car overheated again and had to be towed because a hose busted, no way the hose didnt need to be replaced while it was there. Today, I called and spoke to Maria asked to check to see if there was any special coverage issued for a well know issue, she said she couldnt look it up until a technician had diagnosed it. I called El Dorado Chevrolet, they asked for my VIN, looked to see what special coverages were open, very simple.
I received excellent service here. I had them do maintenance and check my brakes to see if they needed replaced. They were honest and said the brakes would be fine after maintenance and not need replaced. This saved me $500. I am very satisfied!
$$$ for simple oil change on a 4 cylinder, price gouging on simple services. They didn’t wash car afterwards. Told me they don’t do it no more. 1st and Last.
First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriars Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. I purchased a used Chevy Cruze for my daughter. Since this car was for her commute to and from college, I also purchased the most comprehensive extended warranty that the dealership offered. Within one year, the air conditioning stopped working. When I took it to the dealership, they could not find a leak, so the service was not covered, and I had to pay $300! My service advisor said if it stopped working again, they would get to the bottom of it.Maybe 2 years later, the air conditioner stopped working AGAIN! She does not drive it much while at school, so it is still WAY under the mile limit, meaning it is still covered. I took it back to Stonebriar thinking that they would honor that promise, but when I mentioned this, my new advisor said, that was over two years ago!, and then mentioned that if they cannot find a leak, Id have to pay again. As you can imagine, that is exactly what happened. Technicians cannot find the issue, so I had to pay $300 again!!It is an indisputable FACT that there is a leak in the air conditioner. I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty, but since the technicians cant find the leak, I have to keep paying. In summary, extended warranties from Stonebriar only cover issues the technicians can figure out. If theres an issue they cannot figure out, the customer has to pay. That is pretty terrible service!By the way, with the refrigerant leaking into the atmosphere, that cannot be a good thing, right? I realize the newer stuff is supposed to be better for the environment, but its probably not a good thing that its leaking out.
Maria is such a professional and made me feel very appreciated. I could tell when I picked up my truck it had been in very good hands. Look forward to having my truck needs met by your staff in the future.
My service rep Nathan was professional and courteous. He made the experience seamless. I am very happy with the repair to my vehicle and recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet to all
This is my third bad experience with this dealership. I dont know why I keep coming back.I scheduled a service including adding 2 quarts of transmission fluid and a track alignment on Friday. They had an opening Monday and dropped it off at 7:00 am for what should have been a 3-5 hour services. They informed me they would need to keep it overnight, but it would be ready for my event by 12:00 pm Tuesday. Its now Tuesday at 1:00 pm and the car is not ready. After sitting there since 9:30 and being repeatedly told they were just finishing up, to be told at 12:30 they still had 2 hours left. The service advisor apologized for not knowing the car and what it would take. He was chewed out by the service manager that has yet to talk to me.Hopefully have learned my lesson and will get my car back in working order at some point this afternoon.
Service department was great getting the car in the maintenance sucked. My brakes kept locking up and when I took it back they cracked my antenna and window on top of the suburban. Had to call cooperate
I would give it a zero if I could! Horrible experience - dont waste your time or money!Vehicles are overpriced, extra charges were added without our approval, and when we went to pick it up the salesmen didnt even bother to be there even though he had over 6 hours of notice. The car wasnt cleaned out, the tank was almost empty and none of the features were explained as well as no introduction to the maintenance team (the car is certified and we added extra protection). Completely disappointed!
Very happy with my service advisor Nathan he is awesome, he listens and follows through. He definitely has that care factor for a client, which is rare. Thank you Nathan for making sure I had a good customer experience.
✅HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.✅RUNS CREDIT AFTER TOLD WE ARE NOT BUYING.✅LIES ABOUT EQUITY ON A LEASE TRADE IN.I took a few days to decompress to try and write this review. Let’s start at the first issue. In February 2021 we came in to inquire about possibly buying a truck and turning in our lease. We decided due to the lack of inventory, and unsureness, to walk away. We had found a truck we liked and ran the numbers, but ultimately told Christian we were going to take some time and we would reach back out. The following day my husband and mine credit monitor kept alerting us. He had CONTINUED TO RUN OUR CREDIT AFTER LEAVING WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. This was ran 4 times. He called my husband and said “we have the deal let’s do it.” My husband said we are NOT INTERESTED. He then ran our credit ONE MORE TIME and called with a new and “better” offer. We again said NO, stop running our credit we are not interested. He finally stopped, but DANG. Not okay. This was mentioned to a manager upon our next visit and he said “yes he only made it 30 days”. Clearly.Second issue: June 2021We returned to this awful place to return our lease. We were told in February 2021 we had $2,300 in equity to put towards a new purchase. We were also told by one of the managers (Kevin—super nice guy, wish we would have dealt with him the whole time) that we had equity and he didn’t want us to lose it. We were given to Bill Pace, the gentlemen in charge of leases. When I asked what kind of equity we had in the vehicle due to low mileage and condition, he laughed, took his glasses off, and said “you don’t get rewarded for low mileage. It doesn’t matter. Don’t know who told you that.” Being a female, it was clear he thought I had no clue I knew what I was talking about. I told him about our equity offer in February of 2021 and of the mention from the manager, and he continued to deny it, have my husband sign, and sent us away. I went to sales floor manager to get “educated” I put it. Turns out, I was COMPLETELY RIGHT and lovely Bill lied, and we lost thousands in equity.Let it be clear, we would NEVER spend another dime with these people, so I’d rather lose the equity than give them a sale of an overpriced vehicle (current predicaments).Beware 😉
Maria in Service is the absolute best. She has gone out of her way to make sure we understand everything, repairs, cost, time frame etc.. I would recommend asking for her by name in the service department.
Always have a great experience when I get my vehicle serviced! Excellent customer service!
Great quiet work space for me to work while they work on my car. I was also so pleasantly surprised that they washed and vacuumed my car! Talk about above and beyond customer service!
We always get fast attention from Stonebriar. We purchased a Chevy Volt in 2013 and have been faithful customers ever since. Mostly, it is routine maintenance (e.g. oil changes), but for the rare vehicle issue we always get fast appointments and excellent, high-quality service.
It was so easy to pick which car I wanted online. Sadegh Bairami emailed me right away to set up our in person appointment. He brought me my new car and I didnt even have to leave the comfort of my own home. Thank you for making it so easy, because my old car would not have gotten me there. Also, he explained all the cool stuff about the car and showed me how stuff works. He is really helpful.
Went to the dealership to get on list for the new corvette. The salesperson told me 50k over sticker to buy one. Called three other local dealers not one was even charging anything other than msrp. What a rip off. If they are willing to do that what else do they over charge for? Buyers beware.
Great service. Great customer service. I was kept informed during the time of my services on my vehicle.
Maria was awesome. She kept me updated on the progress of my repair answered every question. This is my new dealer.
The service and the attention by the service person was great got everything fixed in record time
Everyone was very courteous and I was greeted very quickly upon driving in for service. There was a recall on my truck, and I was able to book an appointment with ease. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I have a Chevy dealership closer to my home, but Ill be back to Stonebriar chevrolet for all my needs. Thanks again!
My Camaro had a flat tire near this dealership and went in for help, they refilled the tire for me so I could go and get it patched. Much appreciated, great customer experience. Thank you guys!
Researching for new truck online & found Stonebriar adding $5000 to price. Called to inquire what it was for. Sales Dept told me it was a premium they were assessing based on limited supply & large demand. Didnt find any other dealers in area gouging the customers for an extra $5000. Didnt buy from Stonebriar.
Went to parts to ask a few questions. The gentleman behind the counter seemed to not really want to be of any assistance. Was rude, overall looked like he did not want to be there. Hope customer service improves there as that is solely their job. Yes a brake controller can be installed on a truck without redoing the wiring. Not sure why a dealership does not sale the factory controllers that would be installed on the dash. My truck already has the wiring but the gentleman said that it is not compatible. Seems to be off as well.
Excellent service and customer service! Thank you Kaleb and Stonebriar Chevrolet for all your tremendous service all along the way.JG
Quick, efficient, polite & washed my car when completed! Doesn’t get much better than that.
My wife and I were there to buy new TahoeThe offer they made for our trade in was, embarrassing. What a waste of time.My advice. Use another dealership that isnt quite so Greedy.Ed Harvey
My past experiences with other dealership have not been favorable. However, this dealership by far exceeded all my expectations. I work in customers service and I felt like I was treated with respect throughout the entire process from calling to schedule the appointment to checking out. I would highly recommend this dealership to others especially working with Greg. He was transparent with me about the entire process and I felt like he was attentive and addressed all my concerns. I truly appreciate the service! Best wishes :) -Jeanette Alfaro
I’ve used Stonebriar Chevrolet for all the maintenance on my 2016 truck and have always had good experiences with them.
Maria was always there for me when I had my Colorado. Fast forward a few years and I upgrade to a bigger truck and she is still super awesome and always willing to help out her customers. Im so happy she is till there and will refer all my friends and family to this dealership because i know they will be in great hands in the service department while Maria is there.
Have tried to do business with these guys for years but every time I seem to think the service is getting better they take several steps back. At this point they have no means to rent you a car or take you home if you leave your car there for service. My wife has Alzheimers and I cannot sit there for an undetermined time for service work. They never complete their service in the quoted time. A Lady named Lena Cole is very nice and I have depended on her but no more. Just called Ewing Buick and the reply was completely the opposite. Stonebriar has a terrible history for good service. I have tried because the location is good for me. No more. I dont see Stonebriar Chevrolet as long term in Collin County - they cant keep it together. There is not enough space on this page to list my bad history. Lena almost made up for the poor history - almost! Jim McWhirter
I was quickly greeted by Bret as I walked into Stonebriar Chevrolet and he was helpful in showing me the vehicles I was interested in. He made the whole process quick and easy, and Jeff in finance was equally wonderful in getting through all of the paperwork. Both did a fantastic job and I will certainly be back for all automotive needs!
Purchased a pre-owned higher mileage truck from here 9/17/21, I wasn’t expecting the truck to be perfect since it’s pre owned and has higher mileage. I didn’t get to take the truck home the day I bought it due to it not having a inspection yet. I get the truck the next day and on my way home from work it went into a “death wobble” meaning the steering starts shaking uncontrollably and you have to come almost to a complete stop in order for it to quit. Upon further inspection the truck also needs shocks, and some other front end work to prevent the death wobble from happening again. If this truck had actually been thoroughly inspected like I was told the issues would have been caught by a technician. So now I have to spend another $3,000 I order to get the truck right. Also during the purchase I was required to finance with them, they told me they do not accept bank drafts and they gave me a ridiculous rate, so now I have to refinance the truck with my credit union which is another step I didn’t want to worry about. I would steer clear of this dealer since they do not inspect their vehicles and play games with your financing.
Moved to Texas late last year & needed a dealership for our 2 Chevys. The people here are wonderful. Our service writer, Lenah Coe, is great to work with and very knowledgeable. Waiting area has comfortable seating and isnt loud like at many dealerships. It was a great find for us!
I had to bring my Tahoe in for a brake recall, and Stonebriar Chevrolet were all transparent and communicated every step of the way!
Weve had excellent experiences with Stonebriar (much more so than with other Chevy dealerships/service departments in the northern Dallas area). We have almost worked exclusively with Lenah in the service department, and she has been awesome to work with. The tech staff does its best to have the work done in the timeline promised and its always been done correctly the first time. Service prices are commensurate with other dealerships and brands.
I just I just recently traded in a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 for a brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 and I dealt with Johnny as a salesman. He did fine he acted and treated me just like any other salesman I’ve dealt with in the past. That being said I will never come back to this dealership and spend my money or my time ever again simply because it seems like if you deal with their finance departAnd have any questions or concerns and you ask any questions more than once they start to lose patience and become very very rude. The day I picked my new truck up from them I had one other question that I had not asked and confirmed with them at my previous visit and the finance manager that I dealt with said to me When I approach him about a warranty question And he instantly got a very arrogant attitude and said to me he’s dealing with three or four other sales today and he doesn’t know why he is discussing the term of this deal again. Keep in mind this was right after I just paid my deposit and officially purchased the truck. With all that being said it’s extremely disappointing to see what kind of workmanship/ attitude that people have in the world we live in today. I am a business owner myself and I had never and will never talk to the customer with the attitude that I was talked today it’s extremely disappointing to see that people act that way when they are representing a company they work for. I will never come back to this dealership 100% because of the finance department they are absolutely rude and unprofessional and I’ve never dealt with anything like it. I know it’s one of my employees ever talk to customer like that they will be fired immediately. I am glad I bought the truck and my sales person Johnny that’s fine but outside that I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
It Took a while I was able to get my F150 Pickup Truck fixed My Truck Even though it still brand New brand New Pre own Thank You I am a United States Army Desert Shield Desert Storm Veteran 🇺🇲
Elijah in sales and Bryan in finance, were THE BEST!!! I cannot believe how easy the process was!!! Will definitely be back for our next car!!! And not to mention we have 3 drivers that are going to need cars!!! You all have earned our business forever!!! No pressure for us and gave us the space to think!!! BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!
Had an excellent experience. My service tech was friendly, knowledgable and helpful in listening to my concerns. My service was done in timely manner and the entire atmosphere and environment was pleasant, quiet and very clean which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place for servicing your car.
I bought a 2020 Traverse LS from them and I love it. Christian was our sales associate and he was amazing. Super professional and even gave us some advice that he didnt have to give, which we appreciate very much. After all the financial stuff, he stayed late to help me get my vehicle setup properly (OnStar, etc.).Also, today, went to the service department to get an accessory I ordered installed for my Traverse. Even though it took a while, it was installed and works great! DC was the service person i worked with and he was great on keeping me updated.
I had a great experience with everyone at Stonebrair. Salesperson Andy Richardson was professional and went the extra mile . Always keeping informed on my vehicle. Technician Kevin did a great job putting my parts on. All in all a fantastic experience
I had a very good buying experience with my Sales Representative Mr. Andy Richardson and Finance Representative Mr. Austin. I found Stonebriar Chevy via cars.com and was redirected to check out their website for more special deals. I was immediately contacted by them and was invited whenever I can to swing by and test drive. The place inside the new car department is very clean as far as the vehicles. After test driving two vehicles for comparison, I have decided to pick one that I wanted. Between the two vehicles, I have driven; both differences and features are carefully explained by the Sales Representative. However, I was undecided on that day and decided to shop around but after a week of finding a lower price it turned out that Stonebriar Chevy have a better price for me using my GM Military Discount and store specials on the top of Manufacturer Rebate. My overall experience makes me want to come back and bring my family and friends with them because I trusted the fair and honest deal that they provided to me. The Sales Representative is very knowledgeable on the vehicle unlike some Salesman that have no idea what are the features of the vehicle and it helps a lot whenever a representative drives a Chevy! I look forward to doing business with Stonebriar again and hopefully, I can get another discount on their special. I am thankful to all the staff who helped me at Stonebriar Chevrolet.
BUYERS BEWARE OF GAP INSURANCE FRAUD!!! I purchased a vehicle here 5 years ago. I was extremely happy thought I got a good deal. After paying off my truck a few weeks ago. I received a letter in the mail stating that since I paid my vehicle off early I might be able to get some money back from my gap insurance company. Contacted the gap insurance company to find out they had no record of me ever having gap protection. I gave them the policy number and vin number and was told this dealership never sent the paperwork in or paid the premium. I called Stonebriar and spoke to the manager. He stated that there is no record of me ever purchasing gap insurance in there computer system. I told him I have the receipt showing that I paid for it as well as the policy signed by one of there employees. I told him I would fax a copy over he said send it to the insurance company. The insurance company says the premium was never paid by the dealership. I dont care about the money its just the thought of knowing this dealership stole from me. I will be pursuing legal matters!
So battery had issue took it in and since I previously had a issue with my battery advised the service team it could have been disconnected as it was the issue the first time. Ended up signing a form that guarantees 169 to them wether they fixed the issue or not. I feel like this was unfair seeing as I was just really wanting to make sure it was connected. Second guess was needing a new battery but ended up having to pay that on top of normal service for a battery. So make sure you don’t talk to much or it can raise your bill 30% so a routine repair that should have been 300 is now 450! Unfortunately that’s the last time I do this with any Chevy dealer. Got made fun of pretty hard for this one. For reference this is how I thought it would work. I’ve always know about the service fee but expected it to be one of those things where hey battery is disconnected wel need 169 for reconnect as it happened last time. If battery was wrong okay it’s not connected do you want to do a battery replacement. Normal price of battery replacement. Verifying it was connected cost 169.
In the process on buying a used Jeep and very impressed so far with their staff.
Maria was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She is a great representative for this dealer and we will do all our business from now on with Stonebriar Chevy.
Excellent service. Very detailed response to all my questions. Justin was extremely helpful
Everyone was nice and attentive. They not only checked my recall for the front control arm but replaced it and the one in the back as well as an alignment and a cleaning inside and out all at no charge! When choosing a Chevy dealership for service this one is great!!
I love bringing my car here! They are quick, honest and the customer service is above and beyond! Lenah has helped me from day 1 on my car service for the last 3 years, and John still calls and texts on holidays and birthdays to send well wishes!
Nathan Rocas was very professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Because how pleasant he made the experience I definitely will be coming back!
Jeff got me in and out as promised. Tahoe was nice and clean when I picked it up. Thank you!
Was looking for a new truck, got a decent trade offer but when I got numbers at the dealership they said there is a $5000 markup because they cant get the trucks in stock.. So you are price gouging. What a crapy practice, this is why people despise auto dealers.
Worst service ever!!, Please Do not take your car there for service, it took a month for me to get my car back, it was supposed to be one day service to change struts. They will not answer your calls and treat you like if they were giving you free service, actually the service labor price is way too high for the deficient service they give to the customers. They kept giving me the runaround every time I called to ask about my truck being ready or not until they started ignoring my calls or texts until I had to get corporate involved and was the only way they took responsibility of the damages the causes on it and delay on fixing my vehicle.THANKS TO GM corporation who got involved in my case if not my car will still there!!!!
X-Post from Yelp.I sold my 2019 Corvette here two weeks ago and I havent received my check yet. My credit union just released the title, and Stonebriar Chevrolet said they have to receive it in the mail (which could take another 40 days). They had to have been able to already verify transfer of ownership because theyre currently listening it on their website. I think that this is a dishonest ploy to maximize cash on hand to help maximize inventory. It shouldnt take me six weeks to get my check for selling my car. The longer they hold onto my money the more nervous I get.I was planning on buying the 2022 Corvette here but thats not going to happen now. Ill be sure to drop by and show it off before never letting yall service it.
Absolutely disappointed this is the place I purchased my car from. The first red flag was catching an extra $1,000 added to the selling price compared to what was listed online. They denied that the vehicle was ever listed at that price online. However, I had a screenshot with proof from their website. They were very unorganized and there was lots of back and forth and confusion throughout the entire process. I truly expected more from a Chevrolet dealership. There were a couple of issues I found wrong with the vehicle and I told the agent Daniel about them prior to finalizing the deal and informed him I would not purchase unless they were fixed. He agreed! I even signed a paper that stated those things would be fixed if I purchased the vehicle. Daniel said that the tech who fixes things was out of town and would be back on Monday. I called Daniel to get these items fixed Monday morning as agreed upon and he answered and said he would call me back in 2 minutes, he never called back. I called back on Tuesday and they told me the agent was off and to call back on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and the agent was out but was told someone would call me back to help me out, never heard back. Thursday morning I called and was able to reach Daniel and he told me he would be able to get me in the next hour and that he would call me back to confirm and you guessed it..... I never heard back. I then called and asked to speak to a manger and was transferred but no answer so I left a voicemail. Tried calling a couple more times and once was told Daniel was not available and he wasn’t answering his direct line. Finally got a manager on the phone but still no solution. The manager is now saying that there is no evidence showing they promised to fixed these issues. Let’s hope he actually calls back though!Bottom line... I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. However if you do double check everything and if you get a bad feeling RUN!**Side note.... The next day I purchased another vehicle for my wife and we went through EchoPark and that was a great experience. Literally night and day!!
Got Great service today at StoneBriar Chevrolet for my 2019 Z06 convertible. Fast and efficient service appointment.
Great Team! Its been over 2 years of excellently and mutually beneficial relationship with Stonebriar Chevrolet. A big thank you for your excellent services.
Overall great experience with Stonebriar Chevrolet! Elijah and finance guy Bryan made sure process went smooth and made sure any questions I had were answered.Truly made me feel like a valued customer, definitely would do business with them in the future!
The attention the team gives is great! I personally dealt with John Frigon. He is very professional and has great customer service. All of our questions/concerns were answered/addressed. Our overall experience was amazing! The car selection for us was perfect. The whole process was smooth. John was prompt following up with us. He kept us in the loop about where we were with the purchase. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
I am very pleased with Stonebriar Chevy service and sales staff. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and do excellent work, regarding my pretty, safe and convenient Equinox LL! I love my car!
Great customer service! Lenah always goes above and beyond for us and our vehicles
My feeling from this dealer ship was terrible.I left details on the site and Jeff Allsop the salesman immediately called me.It bothered me for whole days until I got to see the car that he told me is avilable. When I got there he told me he was in a meeting right now and let me wait half an hour even when he made an appointment with me.After that he made me walk around the whole parking lot on the pretext that he could not find the vehicle and then let me drive another vehicle at all. Then something went wrong with the esteemed Mr. Jeff Allsop and then he just stopped answering my calls and messages.I encounter daily not the best customer service but I have never experienced such poor service
I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and TJ (Tabias Jackson) walked right by and asked if I needed help. I am so glad he did! He was so kind and helpful and easy to work with! He worked hard for us and was down to earth and friendly! The sales manager was super helpful and kind as well! And I cannot express how much I appreciate the business manager, Stephen. He was respectful of our time and wishes beyond measure! Thanks Stonebriar Chevy!!
I made an online oil appt, for an Oil Change on my Pickup. Appt was set for 230 pm, I rushed at work, and drove 25 min to make my appt 10 min early, only to get there and be told its going to be a 3 hr 45 min wait !! First and last time there. Get it together!
Inquired about a truck online. They sent me their online price (roughly 43k). I replied back and talked to the director asking for their best price as Im shopping multiple dealers. Director replies with a higher price (roughly 48k) and says the internet price doesnt include the added accessories. This is false advertising and is illegal. I pointed out that theres nothing on the website stating that options are not included and that Im no longer interested in doing business with this dealer.Ill be reporting the dealer for the false advertising. Dont even bother shopping here
We purchased our new Tahoe @StonebriarChevrolet in December of 2018. There was no issue with the purchase process and Andy in sales was great however their Service Depts lack of customer service is the reason we now leave this review. Since purchase we continued to have our regular service done at Stonebriar and while it was never anything to write home about this morning June 17th, 2021 I was hung up on in service and when I called back (trying to schedule a routine oil change and maintenance check) encountered one of the rudest individuals it has ever been my misfortune to come across. I did not catch their name or I would included it in this review however they have lost the store a customer for life. We will gladly drive further to work with a service dept that is helpful, cheerful and understanding. We will unequivocally never do business with Stonebriar Chevrolet ever again.
I have nothing good to say about my experience at this dealership, so I will hold my peace. Guess it depends on what day you go. However, Went to Chevy Dealership in McKinney a few days later and purchased a brand new Malibu... only 5 miles on it.
I hate buying cars all because of the shady behavior exhibited at most dealerships. Working with Stephen Booth at Stonebriar was the opposite. He was upfront, very thorough, and made the experience enjoyable. He also kept me informed while waiting for the C8. Highly recommend!!
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. From sales to service, it was a great experience! I love my new car!
Absolute worst buying experience Ive ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2 year old used car with 15,000 miles on it. They couldnt find the spare key so they said they would keep looking. It was never found and they charged me for a new one and acted like they were doing me a favor then. Once I got home I realized I hadnt checked the spare tire and the spot for it was empty, which is my bad I shouldve checked and never trusted a dealership. I called and they said it came that way, which of course is a lie, if you look up my vehicle and year model it comes it a spare. And fair warning, DO NOT BUY THE ZAK TEK PROTECTION! They only apply it for 3 years, it does not cover any trim on the car and the warranty only lasts for 5 years. Its good for nothing and they push it HARD when you get into the finance office - same with the extended warranty. Youll pay thousands for something youll never use and it all goes in these guys pockets. And if you try to turn something down, like I did the extended warranty - they then act like its a personal offense to them. They start huffing and puffing and acting like theyre wasting their time with you. Which of course, they just lost free money so I can see why theyre angry.I realize overall, this is just the car buying experience with pretty much all dealerships but this one was particularly bad. Avoid at all costs.
Very disappointing. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 8 am. When I arrived the advisor (Jason Tarpley) advised that my issue wouldnt be covered by warranty even though I had already been told that it was by the gentleman that scheduled my appointment. He was very confident that it wasnt covered even commented to another advisor there and she agreed. I was also given the Ive been doing this for 20 years speech and stated they would charge me $169 for diagnostics if I wouldnt get the issue repaired so I ended up leaving. A few minutes later Jason sends me a text, not a call but a text, advising that he had checked with a warranty advisor and they confirmed that it was covered if I wanted to go back and drop my vehicle off so there I go back again and dropped my truck off. So this advisor advised that they would need a couple of hours to diagnose the issue (tire pressure sensors). I sent him a text at 2 pm to get an update he replied nothing at this time so I asked if it had even been looked at and he replied I advised when it was dropped off that it would take a while to get it looked into, dispatch is essentially working on getting it done by the end of the day . or at the very least parts ordered. So what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I immediately called and he advised that they were extremely busy and had not gotten a chance to look at my truck. 5 hours there and they hadnt event looked at my truck. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This advisor was very inconsiderate of my frustration and all he said was do you want to pick up your truck or do you want me to try to get them to check it? If they hadnt done anything in 6 hours what would they be able to do in 1??? So needless to say I advised him to have my truck ready for pick up. They had my truck from 9 am to 4 pm and were not able to diagnose a tire pressure sensor issue. Not sure why they didnt check my truck but it seemed a bit fishy to me. VERY unprofessional and VERY poor customer service. Oh and by the way, I went to Friendly Chevrolet the following morning (today) and they repaired the problem in 15 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Stonebriar Chevrolet for anything.
The service department, especially Jason, are fantastic. They explain everything to you and answer all of your questions.
This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet and I will continue to come back! The entire team made the process so easy and stress free. My salesman Jeff Allsop went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I wanted. He was patient and actually listened to my needs. I felt no pressure and he helped find the best deal to stay in my budget. I am so thankful to have been taken care of by such an awesome team!
Stonebriar Chevy did a great job in great time on my Silverado. DC in the service dept was very informative and responsive. Great job!
Greg was very welcoming and engaging. He listened and was helpful on all services available. There was a call to inform us of issues and updates for each visit we’ve had. I was also able to get a loaner both times. Each time I picked up our Tahoe it was spotless! The service has been top notch!
Service was great and as timely as expected . Prices were steep for 30k service
Great experience and you can trust that they take care of you.
Let’s face it, getting your car serviced sucks. But when you need it done, you want it done quickly, accurately and with no surprises. Our Service Rep, L. Coe is a knowledgeable, experienced and skilled communicator making the service transaction run smoothly with no surprises.
Everyone here that I came in contact with was very nice. I have had no problems. Would return to this location for future purchases.
Jeff Allsop was very professional and ensured I got the deal I was looking for. DC in the service department is very professional and kept me informed of status of my vehicles status.
Always right on top of making sure everything is handled quickly and in a professional manner. Thank you!
We have a excellent costumer service!Ross gave us an great experience buying our carr!! He was so respectful, friendly and patient!! Thank you for all the help!
Good for service. Sales department weak. Hard to find help or people interested. Its not because of covid nor chip issues, they are like this way back. I went to another dealer to purchase a Silverado.
