He came out to assist during my checkout process, and gave me a kolache for my extended wait - which really wasnt so that inconvenient being the only customer in the shop.

Great service department. Had tire damage, went to the dealership without an appointment. Within 10 minutes of arrival they had everything underway to repair my car.Set me up with a private ALTO ride home, and delivered my car, repaired, washed and vacuumed by the end of the day.

My partner bought my car from here and it was involved in an accident and we wanted to use them as a repair shop but couldnt get a quote the same day as other shops had, so we went to Swell Lexus and now were regretting that we didnt shop there. Now, dont get me wrong Dalton our salesperson was awesome, got us our price we wanted but the follow up service has suck. I think we have became Swell customers for life!!!!

I’m not fond of dealerships because of past experiences but John Chavez, my consultant, changed my view. I went in for a recall and an extra key. He never tried to sell me anything I didn’t ask about. He was upfront, concerned and actually listened to what I had to say. He even fixed a small mishap and turned my frown upside down. I’m glad he helped me out and I’ll be sure to return!!Guess who’s back with even more accolades for John Chavez and Angel!!!! These guys work well together and they get the job done. Communication is awesome and I have nothing bad to say.FYI: I have never really liked dealerships because I felt them to take advantage of the consumer and you’re left at their mercy ….. but these guys at Crest Infiniti; they just raised the bar. Ive been servicing my car with Crest for a few years now and I must say I am yet to encounter an agent like Omar. He explained everything in great detail, gave me options, kept me updated in a timely manner and even assisted me with my window when it did not roll up following my visit. The window issue has since been fixed and I feel more confident bringing my vehicle to Crest.***I would like to note though that my last review on here a few months ago was less that ideal and there was no follow up from the service dept. I was skeptical about bringing my car back again…but I’m glad I did because the car vibration issues were fixed and I received great service while at it. Thank you Omar for restoring my confidence in Crest.

Probably the only dealership I havent had any non-positive experience with. Staff is professional and knows its job. The price of a simple oil change isnt skyrocketing to the moon. People at the parts and service departments are super helpful, as well. They also have a nice launge area if you want to wait in the shop until your car gets serviced with a small cafeteria.

I want to give John Chavez in the service department and exemplary review as he has gone above and beyond to address my needs on my Infiniti that I bought from a shady dealership that needed a new transmission less than 2 weeks of buying it. He also addressed additional concerns and informed me thoroughly about how the process works and provided helpful details on how to maintain my high mileage vehicle. I love my SUV and love Infiniti, I didn’t expect there to be serious problems right after purchasing it but John has made the experience less disappointing and has accommodated me to the fullest extent either by texting him directly or calling, he is always immediately responding and ready to tackle whatever needs to be done. He deserves credit where credit is due and in this case is it overdue! Thank you John for helping me with my situation. I also would like to thank the service manager for his kind apologies for the wait and transparency he provided. First I want to mention my sales person Carlos Rivera. This guy is a class act. I never when to their dealership. I sent an email and Carlos called me back. I gave him my budget, my down payment, and what I could afford a month. I told him the car I was interested in on their website. He called me back with a video of a car he thought would better suit me. He believed it was a far better buy for the money. He was absolutely right. Then he dealt with the finance department for me (which I absolutely hate). After he got the deal done he then delivered the car to me with his awesome sales partner Lindsay Aguirre, more than 25 miles away. The car was detailed clean as a whistle and had a full tank of gas. I got a great car (2014 Mercedes Benz E350) with low miles and a golden Carfax! See Carlos and Lindsay at Crest. You will be surprised what a great experience you can have buying a car with them. Terrible experience. Had a 0715 appointment, dropped off my car at 0715. The whole day my car was not even assessed, and not fixed by the time i picked it up at 6pm. Advisor gave excuses stating that having an appointment doesnt mean my car will be checked or fixed, appointment times are only made for you to drop off your car. Terrible customer services. The people making appointments dont know if they have a technician to look at your car or not but they will tell you there is someone to assist you....probably 1 technician to 20 cars.

Crest really changed my perception! They offer 5 star service throughout. I purchase a 2020 QX80 last year and had no so good service from my dealership. I switched to Crest and I must say I love it! I feel valued and not taken advantage of as a woman. Communication, Education and cost effective are three words that stick out for me with Crest.I would really like to commend Jason our service manager as he was very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. So, I gave it four stars because I had take my car in twice after the first time. So my car stopped on my while I was driving. It was out of gas even though the gas meter was reading at a quarter of a tank. I was told the fuel pump and sensor for the gas tank need to be replaced, per diagnostics testing, so they replaced what needed to be replaced. The second time isn’t that big of deal, so won’t acknowledge it. But this last time was a big a deal to me (my stopped on me again even though the gas meter was reading a little over half of a tank). Since infinity cars are “made special” the sensor inside the gas tank needed to be replaced (it was kinda big because they get infinity involved) they had my car for a little over 2 weeks. It was a super inconvenience to take my car back up there because I felt like all of that should of been handle the first time, I mean that is why my car had to get towed there and stayed at the dealership for several days the first time. So of course I super irritated and upset. But Eddie (my service advisor) told me to bring my in, he got me rental right way, very communicative rather it was after hours or during hours, he made sure all questions answered. He really did make me feel like I was the only customer he was taking care of. I really appreciate good customer service. The end of it all I’m happy customer!

I was offered a same day appointment for service. This was my fist time visiting the dealership. I was impressed with the facility; a coffee and food bar, plenty of seating both inside and out, a putting green and a play structure for the kiddos. My service advisor Eddie was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car as I decided to wait in the lounge for my oil change. If you like the 5 star service experience and don’t mind paying a little extra for it, then I would highly recommend. It’s a nice place to spend an hour of your day.Update 10/19/20I returned for a major service today (new battery, all fluids changed). While I was disappointed that a loaner car wasn’t available, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready in just over two hours. My service advisor kept me up to date on the progress and even comped my breakfast. I was able to use a 20% off coupon on my entire service which helped bring the cost more in line with what I was willing to pay for this service. They delivered my car washed and vacuumed. Overall another positive experience here.
