Another awesome visit. I just moved to Frisco and changed my favorite Target store but the customer service that I received was great. The lady that helped me was great. I’m so bad with names.

This Target has my heart. All 3 employees I’ve met are so sweet, extremely attentive, always trying to find discounts for their customers, and making sure they’re happy with their purchases. My glasses just came in today with a cute note on the package with my college’s slogan on it (we had previously talked about me going to a new university). I simply love this location. 10/10 on the optical store inside Target, but I recommend getting eye exams someplace else (I get them at the nearby JCPenny’s, they’re very kind and helpful).

Lynn Fulton is very knowledgeable and professional with glasses. I would highly recommend anyone needing help with glasses to ask for her assistance. I had the best experience and will be telling everyone to come back to see her.

All 5 star goes to Sales Associate - Lynn. She is AMAZING. She helped me understand entire process from scratch. She is the reason I will go there again nd again. And of course the collection of frames was decent, so do speed of service and quality.

Great experience with Megan. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and polite. Didn’t get a pushy salesperson experience. Got exactly what I wanted at a great price. Great job!

Rude staff, the manager and staff show attitude, their manager before was very nice and courteous. They told us to wait outside due to covid, which I completely understand, but rudely told us she was the only one working, which should not be a concern of the customer. About 20 minutes later, another man comes along and walks in without waiting, and she lets him. Overall low customer service.

I have been using Target Optical for 2 years and Im very happy with the level of I have received. They are just too nice.

Horrible service rude people and very unprofessional I would never give them my business. Overall terrible experience.

Sales lady was horrible, will never do business here again. We were lied to and conned into buying an extra $65 worth of premiums that we absolutely didnt need and couldnt really afford, even after we told her that we only needed the basics for a boy who is likely to break them in a few months anyway. She told us the frames were what was costing, and we later noticed that it was extra premium lenses that we specifically told her we didnt want. We certainly wont be back here, and advise everyone to seek optical services at more honest places!

I dont know how people gave bad reviews. However, my family has been going here in last 4 years without any problem. Always received nice service.

Had a great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful with picking out frames and ordering contacts and making sure I saved the most money. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I also saw the on-site optometrist right before so it was super convenient.

I had a great experience from seeing the eye doctor in site to picking out my prescription glasses for the first time. I never felt rushed. I will be purchasing my next pair there as well.

I used to go to Walmart optical but since our insurance changed, we go to Target now! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Every time I went to Walmart, there was a huge line of people waiting for service (even just to pick up glasses) and 1-2 very hassled and tired looking employees.BUT AT TARGET... the customer service is absolutely amazing!!! The team of ladies there are so sweet and helpful. Charlene handled my order and just made sure several times that she could make it as efficient as possible for me (setting up my insurance while I was choosing my frame). I told her I needed my glasses and contacts in before I left to go back to college so she chose fast shipping for me, and promised that the store would ship to my dorm if they didnt come in in time. I called two days later for an update and she called me back several times to tell me my contacts, then my glasses, were in. She remembered me and was rooting for my glasses and contacts to come in as soon as possible! SO NICE! Also, she tried to get me all the discounts possible (through my insurance and creating a Target optical account).Customer service really makes such a huge difference! I had never experienced such great service at an optical store before.

If there were an option to give zero stars I would definitely be giving this place zero stars. Customer service is terrible. Debbie & Tara are unprofessional to say the least. I have always been impressed with Target Optical but this location (Preston Rd. Frisco, TX) is a huge disappointment. :(:(:(

Asked for refund on contacts I havent even picked up yet. Lady said no refund without receipt. I wrote a check for payment and the contacts were in their possession. So I have NO CONTACTS and they have my $75!! I see my check cleared so they should be able to reverse my payment. Have sent several emails to corporate and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED

Well trained receptionist to lie to customers about the charges and insurance coverage

Both Target optical and the on premises eye clinics are not covered by major insurance. They say some stories like discounted rate and all, but all are highly priced. The receptionist at the eye clinic wont say whether your insurance is covered or not, instead she will make you do the check up and charge the entire amount.
