Kellen has been doing my balayage & cuts for about 2 years now. I live all the way in Oklahoma & I drive to Frisco to see him because that’s where he has relocated. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. He never disappoints. When I first came to see him he fixed my hair due to prior damage & unwanted colors. He’s always been super helpful in educating me on how to take care of my hair & recommending things others haven’t. Oh and the head massage is ammmazzing! Overall, kellen has exceeded my expectations - over time of course - for delivering quality results. Thank you Kellen for always making me look beautiful!!!

Natalie is AMAZING. I came in y’all and my hair was fried. I haven’t had natural color in 3 years, and decided to go back. Natalie was welcoming and so fun to work with. She sat me down, we talked about what I wanted, and she got straight to work. When I left, my hair was softer and healthier than it’s been in years. Will definitely be going back 🤍

I have been to this salon a handful of times, and each time I have left with a pounding headache. Its supposed to be an upscale, relaxing atmosphere. Upscale/relaxing salons DO NOT blast their music. I am hearing impaired, and even with my hearing aids removed, I cannot hear myself think! If you visit this salon, make sure you bring your headache medication or noise cancelling earbuds!

This salon is amazing! They made me feel comfortable and worry free while answering all my questions when getting my hair extensions. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Great quality, friendly and professional staff as well as amazing aesthetics!

STAY AWAY! Most unprofessional salon experience I’ve ever had. After wasting $300 (including a generous tip), my hair was orange and the cut was an uneven hack job. When I reached out, the stylist wanted to charge me $145 to fix his mistake... then he ignored me when I objected to that price. The stylists here are immature and inexperienced. With every cosmetologist knowing how to balayage these days, avoid Salon DiLusso. It’s not worth the headache, cost, or dealing with unprofessional service. I’ve never even written a bad review but my experience here was awful enough to warrant one.EDIT: The stylist was Kellen, but I would avoid them all. If a salon allows any of their stylists to underperform, I’d assume the entire bunch is rotten.

Brazilian blowouts- I had my Brazilian blowouts, I am very happy with the service but quite expensive. Before I go they said shoulder level starts $300 but once it was done he charged me $375 which was unexpected.

She nailed it. But what meant the most to me was how she was just as pumped to see it as I was. She really takes pride in her work and doesnt rush through the job. She even snapped some awesome pictures. Kailee is relatively new in town and Im so glad I found her before her schedule inevitably books up like crazy.

I walked in 6 weeks ago and was told by an employee that I needed to see ESTEVAN because he was the best at short hair and I was looking to go very short. ESTEVAN was very kind, friendly, and worked not only with the picture I brought in but with the feedback I gave him on the kind of maintenance I liked to do on my hair and how much time I liked to spend styling it. When he was done I had a very big sense of, Oh, there I am and felt like I was myself again. I made another appointment with ESTEVAN, something I rarely ever do - going back to the same stylist. Once again today he was kind and friendly. ESTEVAN tweaked my haircut based on my feedback from the first cut. He mentioned that he felt he knew me better now so could better give me exactly what I was looking for. This cut is even better than the last. I am so very happy with his skill in cutting, and extremely impressed with his client consultation abilities. Don Edward is AMAZING! I have quickly become a regular because of his amazing work. His attention to detail is beyond, and he doesnt just make hair look beautiful but takes the time on educating you on how to keep it looking that way. Rachel Samardjian is incredible! I used her to do my wedding hair and extensions. Id never had extensions before, but always wanted them. She was able to match my hair perfectly and I love them! Then, I had 2 days of wedding celebrations and Rachel did my hair for both days. We had completely different looks (down with waves one day and a formal updo the next). I couldnt get over how gorgeous I looked and Im so glad and thankful I found her! I never once worried that it would come undone or anything either! Shes so talented and has the best personality!

Matthew Dillard is AMAZING! He transformed my thinned out, extension ruined and bleach damaged hair to thick, shiny awesomeness and changed my whole outlook about my hair. Matthew knows exactly what he is doing and is super detail oriented and also cares about the health of my hair when he is treating it. He has taught me a lot about how to care for my hair at home and how to style it and his blow dry tips are the BEST! And Salon Di Lusso feels like luxury while you are there! The quality of the salon and the staff and especially Matthews work is outstanding.

He took the time to ask me questions and really look at my hair and developed a plan to get my hair in shape. After my initial appointment, I literally got compliments from EVERYONE, including strangers. It was amazing!Several years later and my hair is in the best shape it has ever been in. I no longer have a basic hair cut, but I have a versatile style that suits me. Matthew has a professional approach that incorporates maintenance with education. Ive been searching and scouring through a number of salons looking for a stylist in the Frisco area. I had a great one in Corpus, but we moved to Dallas last year and I hadnt found one yet. I have long, brown, curly hair (a few grays coming through along my crown area) and most stylists have no clue how to cut, color, or style it. Let me just say, wow! Estevan is without a doubt the best colorist Ive had the pleasure of getting my hair colored by, and he did such a great job on the cut and style that my ever-critical husband was impressed. In fact, he was so impressed that he said it was the best my hair has looked...EVER. Then he asked me how Estevan made it longer! Matthews work is among the best I have encountered. He does an outstanding job with both my cut and color. I get compliments on my hair all the time. My hair is thick, healthy, and shiny even after years of coloring it. I wouldnt trust my hair to anyone else.

I stopped by for a trim because of the high ratings this place had. I dont let just anyone cut my hair, but I was desperate. The stylist cut/curled/blow dried my hair so it was hard to tell when leaving the salon if it was even. Got home & flat ironed it myself --totally uneven-- I was very disappointed!! Thankfully I have someone who is able to fix it at a different salon in a few days. Lesson learned !

I’m very picky about who I go to because no one ever seems to get it just right but Cierra was amaaazzzzing! Very laid back, understood what I wanted, talked me through the process of what she was doing and gave me great tips of what she thinks will be good for future appointments. Matthew took over my disastrous hair nearly 5 years ago and never in my life has my hair looked so amazing. Chemo and several bad haircuts had left my hair over-texturized, frizzy and an odd color. He fixed it all, returning my color to something natural and closer to the beautiful color it always was. He doesn’t do weird or trendy – he just does beautiful. He also has an eye for what cut and color will look fantastic. He has never been wrong. Ever. If you want shiny, gorgeous, flattering, incredible hair call him!

The first time I went to Rachel S. at Salon Di Lusso, I had an awful dye job that wouldnt budge. It was so dark that no amount of lightening made any difference and my face looked incredibly washed out. Rachel took me through the steps to return my hair to its natural shade all while maintaining a systematic approach to keep the integrity and soft texture of my hair.Since then, Ive only gone to her. She explains every part of the process in terminology that I can easily understand and has always given me beautiful results. Even in suggesting products or reviewing products I ask about, Rachel is honest and professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend going to her.

I came in with a TERRIBLE balayage from a place down the street (I had gone to that salon for many years and was never satisfied). It was almost as bad as it could get. I had gone through 2 additional services to try and fix it- no luck. However, I came into Salon Di Lusso looking for help after finding some great reviews online and was not disappointed. The results are STUNNING and the service is wonderful!! The stylists truly care about you and what you want and will listen very well. Could not be more satisfied with my service and with Cierra who did a fantastic color correction and created exactly what I wanted to begin with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I saw Rachel at Di Lusso Salon for a cut and color and was blown away by her knowledge and talent. From the moment I walked in she was hands on, offering suggestions and advice on what would look/work best with my hair. After deciding on cut and color, she went through every stage of the process explaining exactly what she was doing and why. She did technics that I had never seen before - freehand highlights - who knew?! My color turned out amazing! No streaks or spots just a nice warm natural look. She taught me how to use all of the products to achieve the look I wanted. She even gave me a tutorial on how to blow dry and curl my hair and there may have even been a test. I have never been given so much attention, thorough instruction and guidance from a stylist before, it was so refreshing. I received so many compliments on my hair. If you are looking for a color/stylist, I cannot recommend Rachel enough. She truly is THE BEST and is so passionate about what she does. The salon is amazing as well. Everyone was super nice and the Oribe product is amazing. I will definitely be going back. In fact, Im already booked for next month!

I had an enjoyable appointment with Scott Saylor in the beautiful setting of Salon Di Lusso in Frisco. Scott is professional, talented and still passionate about hair care. One seldom finds such enthusiasm among seasoned stylists who have been in the business a long time. Scott did a phenomenal job on my cut and color and taught me a lot about caring for my hair and even gave some helpful advice on blowdrying techniques. He was right on time, was thorough but efficient and the outcome was marvelous. I am sending my daughter to see him as soon as possible for her Homecoming style. I enjoyed our conversation about his wife and kids and their move to Texas from California, Scotts dry sense of humor kept me entertained and I appreciated the environment of the salon, the other very polite stylists and clientele.

Matthew Dillard is a my hair genius! I like to think of him as my hair parent because hes saved my hair from its worst enemy which is ME! Yes Im the client who likes to ask for the style and color that isnt well suited for my hair or my personality! My previous stylists typically tried to carry out my unrealistic wishes, which almost always ended up a huge disappointing disaster. I met Matthew when looking for a Brazillian Blowout specialist to help resuscitate my over processed, lack luster, head of hair. I had been to multiple stylists trying to recuperate some sense of a natural color that would work for me without much luck. Matthew convinced me that he could get my hair back to being beautiful without shaving it and applying hair extensions ! That was nearly four years ago and hes still taking care of my hair and saving it from me and my hair brained ideas of trying something different! Hes not afraid to set me straight and patiently explain why a certain color or style would not work well with my personality or my type of hair. Came in with virgin hair never had dyed it, came in for a balayage with Cierra. She did highlights (?) and forgot about the bottom half of my hair which is still black. Couple weeks after I got super brassy hair, it’s fallen off in chunks and super dried out. Never going back, dropped $300 for this def not worth it and never going back!

They DO NOT cut MEN, nor mention it specifically. This is not a criticism, however, the receptionist did not mention this important detail when I called the first time and left my number. No courtesy return call. When I called a second time, was I told. This is a heads up to guys who read reviews before going further.

Matthew Dillard = hair genius and miracle worker!! This review is long overdue since I have been going to Matthew for over a year now. I have been getting highlights in my hair for the last 20 years (since college) and was flat ironing daily for several years. My hair is very thick and other hairstylists had been thinning/texturizing (at my request) to make it more manageable.Matthew turned my hair world upside down from my very first visit! He is very direct but I appreciated his honesty and knew he had the best interest of my hair at heart. I took all of his advice very seriously and now (a year later) I have a completely different head of healthy hair! The first thing he told me to do was to donate my flat iron to a womens shelter :) He never wanted me to use it again! I couldnt imagine how to fix my hair without the iron but trusted him to show/teach me his blow drying/round brushing technique. I was also shocked when he said he wouldnt be texturizing my hair anymore. When I asked what I was going to do when it got super thick, he just said, Im sorry, youll just have thick hair. Again, I was surprised but I am SO glad I listened to him!I have put into practice everything he said and I couldnt be more thrilled. Finally my hair has life again and people cant even tell that I dont flat iron it anymore. I have learned how to style it myself with just a blow dryer and round brush. I love knowing that Im no longer subjecting my hair to daily damage and even though it is thick, it is still manageable.My only regret is not going to Matthew sooner! I have also had him do a Brazilian blowout which also turned out amazing. I highly recommend him to everyone! Even if you dont live close to the Frisco area, he is well worth the drive. He has transformed my hair and I am so grateful!! I should also mention that I found Matthew on Google based on excellent reviews (rather than by personal referral). Everyone knows that changing stylists is scary and risky...but when I read the reviews on him, I decided to give him a try. Believe me when I say that he is worth every penny!

Im not a person who likes to leave reviews, but this time I have to share my experience with Laura Elizabeth stylist I thought and I felt I would do a good job with my hair as it has good reviews and I thought I had enough experience in color. Clarifying that I am also a stylist and I thought that I had finally found a stylist who would leave my hair as I wanted as the photo I showed (more than 5 times) because I have a balayage with my level 10 ends and my roots Natural, dark Level 5. Always I use a violet tone of ash, yes I love the cool tones! So I told Laura that I did not want to touch my roots and that I just made a hightights baby on top of my head, sides and back. I did not want to toner because I like the color I had at my ends. She is fine. We do not have to touch your roots if you do not want to. The results were completely different I expected different. I do not know what happened, but put the color in my roots (she uses Lightner on my lights because they were dark copper and she was trying to fix the color that makes them light, but this is not the Way I did all this in the sink.) I do not like warmer colors at all. I live 40 minutes from Frisco where the lounge is and I do not mind driving if I know they will give me good service. But this was not the case. For the second time I had to go to the salon with laura to correct my color because I showed him pictures of my hair that was copper colored in the roots and the lights so he told me that it would lower the color just to make it look even more. And I said I want it to look like the picture I showed you and she said yes, of course Ill do it. So far 2 months after waiting yet to see my highlights because she said it will take some days ... i keep waiting for my ashy baby highlights. I was totally disappointed as I thought for the good reviews I had found my favorite stylist but not. And the prices are not that they are comfortable. Pay 160 $. More tips 15 $. That I would not have minded paying 200 if I had done it the way I wanted. As a stylist she does not respect anything I told her that did not touch my root color and i wanted ashy baby highlights not cooper highlights.

OMG!!! Estevan is the most amazing colorist!! Ive been seeing him for about a year now and every time I leave, I swear my hair is more beautiful than the last time! My color is gorgeous-its auburn with highlights and lowlights-which is difficult to get right, but he has perfected his craft! My color lasts beautifully until my next appt-no fading or brassiness. Hes so knowledgable too. He doesnt just do my hair. He tells me the best way to take care of it, as well!! I And hes always upbeat and positive. I always leave in a better mood than I came with. feel soooo blessed to have found him!!

Gave Brazillian Blowout for Mothers Day gift. First off they acted like they never heard of a gift certificate before but eventually gave one. The cost was about 4 times what others charged but I figured you would get more with the price. I was so wrong. When she went in for her appt. the feedback was it was ok but nothing great. Not exactly what you want to hear after paying that much. Save yourself the money and just use groupon.

I have been going to the same colorist for years and was wanting a new look. I have medium length hair and I have gotten partial highlights for as long as I can remember. My natural color is ash/dishwater blonde. I have had everything from white streaks to yellow/gold tones when I get my hair colored. I normally walk out of the salon feeling fine with how it turned out, but never really liking what I paid for, or feeling that the color was flattering for my skin tone, until I met Rachel. She did a quick consultation and literally transformed my hair. Blonde is such a hard color to really master and pull off well. I have been in Dallas for 27 years and she is the best colorist I have been to, hands down.She places your hairs integrity as her number 1 priority using only the best products, Oribe. She turned my yellow, stripe-y hair into a natural blonde do with lighter, face framing pieces. She doesnt use heat lamps which is so important for preserving your natural hairs quality. She literally hand paints/foil pulls so that there are no spots or streaks. Not only is she a master at color, her styling was awesome. She does incredible blowouts and I will be scheduling appointments with her just for that service alone! Her pricing is extremely competitive and she does NOT push products like some other salons.I was really skeptical to try something new and I am so happy I did. I have referred all of my friends to her and will keep referring!

I got a haircut and free hand balayage by Rachel Samardjian. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a salon. She took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable. She understood the image I had in my head right away. Rachel obviously knows what she is doing. The appointment was so quick and easy I recommend going in for a quick hair do if youre in a rush. Estevan is literally a hair GOD. I called and talked to Estevan on the phone and he really asked a lot of good questions to get to know me and my hair situation. I was platinum blonde before and I went to a bad stylist that colored it too dark and really damaged my hair. I went in the same day to meet with Estevan after talking to him on the phone, so he could better asses my hair and see what I needed. I wanted Long thick, blonde shiny hair. My hair was like 4 different colors and a total mess, with breakage..I set up an appointment with Estevan and he worked hair miracles. He totally restored my color to a gorgeous natural warm blonde color, and the overall texture of my hair Its so soft, no frizz no breakage,...its perfect!!. I left feeling like a whole new woman. My hair is gorgeous!! Estevan listened and knew EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and more!! If you are unsure or have any hair issues, dont even think twice.. Estevan is a miracle worker. His skills and techniques are off the chart. I have never seen any hair stylist work as hard and know as much about hair as Estevan. He even explained all of his techniques and things so I could understand how to achieve healthy beautiful hair., He also gave me tips and pointers on how to style my hair and how to minimize damage while doing it. I cant wait to go back...and I cant wait to see how much healthier my hair will get. I have already received TONS of compliments on my hair. Haven’t used their service but I do find it odd that their website lists bayalage as upto $145 yet when you call, they say it’s $220. Maybe it’s time to update the website? Red flag for me!

Very poor customer service. I went a few days ago to get my hair done.High lights and a hair cut. They had a racist attitude towards me, since I was the only brown(Indian) customer. I will never go to this place again! If your not white, I would suggest not to go to this place again.
