This is seriously the best Sephora I have ever ever been to! Every other Sephora that I go to just doesn’t cut it - I don’t ever get help, nobody seems to really care about, you know, what I’m looking for or any skin concerns I have, but this location is absolutely phenomenal! Everyone is so nice I’m always very satisfied with my purchases and this is why I continue to come back! ❤️

Quickly helped me find a good replacement for what I needed and showed me how to use the new product, since it was a little different than what I had before.I grow to love Sephora more and more all the time, and Ive only had a bad experience at one of their locations (Ive been to at least half a dozen of them in 3 different states, now), and that one was in a JCPenney in a sketchy part of that town, so Im sure that had something to do with my negative experience and the numerous negative reviews from other visitors to that location, as well.The best thing about Sephora? You can try a product for free, and you can even buy a product and return it if it ends up not working out... No hassle. They are also very knowledgeable and can help you find what you didnt even know you were looking for just by you telling them what your concerns are. And they also carry several vegan brands. The only down side? That they arent as ubiquitous as Walmart. I have to drive a ways to get to one (and have had that same problem at each of my last 3 homes). But its worth it.
I went in today to purchase products that I normally use. I was greeted by Jade, who actually went out of her way, and took the time to look up reviews for a new product that recently came out from a product line that I love. Great customer service at the checkout counter, from a woman ( didnt get her name, but she was in training) she was excellent! Ever sales associate in the store is wonderful!

Worst Sephora experience ever !!!!Today I went to Sephora to return some of the items I had purchased online. The girl at the register at first tried to talk me into getting other products in exchange for my return. When I told her that I would like to get a refund she said that this was over 30 days. I had purchased the products online and it had not been 30 days since I received them. I asked to talk to the manager (Jade) who was very rude and confrontational to me and she said that unfortunately she can only give me store credit and if I had any concerns I will have to talk to corporate. Once I called corporate, they said that if the manager had not issued the credit, I would have been eligible to get the refund. They were willing to help me and give me my refund only if the store hadn’t issued the store credit. This was hands down the worst in store experience for me as the staff and manager especially were extremely rude and uncooperative. Also, I was informed that when you shop online, your 30 day return period starts on the day you purchase and not on the day you receive the items, which in my case was a week later. I will not be giving my money to Sephora any more.
I had a wonderful experience with Rachel helping me choose the right products and she didn’t try to upsell me to most expensive products but she listen to what I want and need in an eye cream, moisturizing cream, lip scrub and the Sugar line of lip balms. She is by far the best Sephora Sale person/product expert that I have ever encountered at any location. I really appreciated good customer services, and Rachel went above and beyond for me. Also Cana was also very sweet at check out and also asked me if I want to open a credit card and explain the benefits. I thanked you all for the super positive experience and I definitely will return to see y’all soon.

Employees are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Every time Ive been here there have always been plenty of staff to help me find things, and theyve always had good recommendations. They are very understanding about price points, and I love their personal knowledge about products as well. I had a full makeup appointment with Brandon, who completely rocked my makeup! This place is incredible. I pretty much only go here for makeup now based off of everything about their products and customer service.

I visited the Stonebriar store to find some makeup. I was barely greeted. I noticed 3 employees laughing and having a great time. I continued to shop but was never offered assistance. I might mention that I am 60+ so i guessI am invisible to your staff. They clearly spent time with the other younger customers. Very disappointing!
I have been to this store before and walked out very disappointed. Today was a repeat of extremely poor customer service. I stood by the Men’s Fragrance section, which is very close to the cash register area, for at least 7 or 8 minutes. They had not acknowledge me or married couple in that area. I finally ask one of the sales associates for help, he ignored me and walked away and began chatting with one of the other sales associates, she was no help either, she was too busy dancing and laughing. I was shocked by his disregard of customers. I wish I had got his name, so he could be fired (He was an older white male). His rudeness was appalling. I did not purchase the item I had intended to purchase. Most of the staff at that store should be re-trained or FIRED!!
I went to Sephora yesterday and bought $60 worth of products. Today I decided that two of the products that was not going to use so I went back to return it. I told the cashier that I would like it back in either cash or all of my debit card. I told her that it was paid three different ways a gift card cash and debit card. She told me. The computer figures at how to tally the money back. The return would have went to the gift card. The return totaled $30.32. I used the $25 gift card $30 cash And $5 and some change on my debit card to make payment yesterday. the return is for $30.32. I should have been able to get this back in cash like I paid or back to the debit card. But the employee told me my only option was to get it back in a gift card. I declined the return and let her know that I would come back with all of the products so that I can return everything and get my money back in the way that I paid. Then I would rebuy the one product that I actually want with the gift card. this is insanely ridiculous the closest Sephora to me is 30 minutes away. So Im wasting my time and my gas. But I dont want the gift card because theres nothing else that I want from Sephora. Sephora is not getting more money from me. I just want my cash so that I can spend it at any other store the way I want to spend it
I walked in and was nicely helped and quickly! The ladies know their stuff and are kind. They also, upon me telling them exactly how old some of my makeup is 🤦🏼, let me know a good timefame for when to replace product which I found super helpful! I will definitely return to this Sephora 😀

I have been to this location a few times and have never been color matched successfully. This last time, one of the retail associates pretty much stated its your skin, not the makeup. This is false because different products work on different people. Her delivery was incorrect.
Staff was being smart with my wife and i. they act like they are professional makeup artists, when in reality they aren’t. learn proper customer service etiquette and how to properly blend your foundation before you come for customers.
This was my first time shopping at Sephora and I did have to go to the register to ask the girl to help me find someone to match a foundation to my skin. Usually Id assume the staff were just asked if I need help with anything but I didnt mind going to ask for help. Brandon helped me find a foundation and concealer good for my skin and he was so sweet and so helpful. When I went to check out I had to wait a while because they only had one cashier but Im very patient so I didnt mind but for other people this might be an issue. The store is also very clean and organized which is a big plus.

Ive always found this store to be clean, well-organized, and with a great selection. They have a customer service problem though. I have never been in and out in under twenty minutes because there are never enough cashiers, even when the floor is crawling with staff. On Fenty release weekend they only had one cashier despite there being six people in line, who was doing both sales and returns. Likely a management issue, whether its scheduling or training. Extremely disappointing either way.

Im always super anxious shopping in sephora stores because i feel the employees get judgemental when youre needing help.But this is the 3rd time coming and getting help despite my lack of knowledge of high end brands. Went in looking for an eyeliner that they didnt carry and Johnathan helped me find an amazing dupe. Helped me ease my nerves. 5 workers helped me out but the folks who worked evening shift today deserves some extra cash.Thank you Johnathan for not making me feel dumb and helping me!

Honestly, the service is pretty bad compare to the Willow Bend Malls service. However, theres a skin guru here. Hes super busy so it is hard to get a hold of him. If you happen to track him down (very pale skin guy) you will see why I give this store 5 stars. He will show you ALL the products you need. Its a lot! But, you have to do it. I listened to him on the K-beauty regime and my skin has never been more clear or radiance in my whole life.

I would have to agree with the comment below. Well organized, clean but the staff is a joke. The first time I experienced this was two weeks ago. The sales rep who I later found out was a manager passed me 3 times before she offered to help. I asked for the Laura Mercier baking powder. She looked at me and said we dont have your shade. I smiled, said I prefer the white powder, and explained that I mix it with another product and was pleased with the finished look. What she did not know is that I do make up for a living, therefore I would also need it for clients.At that point she walked off and attended to another customer. Yesterday was the same, I was looked over 4 times. I wanted to try some of Rihanna new products from her line. They did not have my shade which is (out of their control), rather than advertising the highlighters and lip gloss the rep walked off because he had other things to do. The lack of customer service has forced me to drive 20 minutes to Willow Bend Mall.
Everyone here is soooo nice! Best service ever. Alexis and Kenny helped me throughout my entire visit. The sephora employees dont make you feel forced to buy anything and they are more than happy to give you free samples of whatever you want! Love love love!!!
This location has the worst customer service, but they have a bigger brand selection and always have products in stock. The location at Willowbend is way better, I try to always go there even though this one is closer. The staff is beyond rude.

I was trying to get someone, anyone to help me get a lipstick that was out of stock on the shelf. I know that looking underneath in the drawer is frowned upon, but I waited 10 minutes with no help. I even walked up to an associate and with complete disregard, she puts a finger towards me in a dismissive sort of way and walks away. Ok... Well, without saying, I felt the need to take matters into my own hands and I opened the bottom drawer for the lipstick, but the drawer was just in complete disarray. I did not want to dig in that so I shut the drawer. TELL ME WHY, the same girl that dismissed me walks up to me and asks me if I needed any help and then instructs me to not open the drawer.Needless to say, next time, whenever I visit this specific Sephora and dont receive help, I just need to open the drawer and someone will come to me. I guess thats the only way to get some attention at this specific Sephora.
I visited Sephora at Stonebriar Mall. I had never been to a Sephora and had a thousand questions. An associat named David; who was there as a product rep, helped me with all my many questions on multiple products that were not even his products!! Every associate there was friendly and helpful, but David was extremely knowledgeable regarding my specific haircare needs. Thank you for making my first in store Sephora experience a pleasant one!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, as a business owner seeing how they approached and talked to me was so unprofessional it blows my mind. Everything I asked and questioned about products seemed like such a bother for them to answer. Same person at the register didn’t even want to give me a bag for the item I bought I had to ask for one.. like sorry, don’t mean to bother you while your WORKING.
Very rude staff! My friends and I were looking around for a product that one of them had wanted. We intended on spending money at the establishment! One of the girls I was with, was testing out a product, she happened to have used it the wrong way so we were laughing. We hadn’t been loud or disrespectful to any of the workers or customers around us and we’re aware of our volume and kept it low. An older woman with short dark hair came up to us not even two seconds later and yelled profusely at us. She said “you are in an establishment you can not be yelling, you are so disrespectful this is a professional place of business, we will remove you.” My friends and I stood there in shock that is not how you should ever treat anyone I simply responded with “yes ma’m” and she had ruined her chances of me ever handing my cash over. worst public experience of my life. Will not be returning.

This old lady came around and said that we were not aloud to sit and take pics, who does she think she is, she came around for 5 seconds and we can’t just stand still. I guess having a group of people in a store is no okay. Someone come be her valentine because I think she in a mood cause the last one left her.

I had an appointment for make up in Sephora Stonebriar mall a month ago and I received a confirmation, when I arrived today they found the appointment was taken in California and I don’t know how that happenedI was very upset and worried, the manager of Sephora in Stonebriar was really very cooperative and gentleman, he tried to calm me down and he found me a make up artist to do me nake up for the wedding i am heading to, i am really very thankful for him, he is such a great person.
Horrible customer service. Asked one of the girls a question and she acted like I was stupid and she had an awful attitude. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude.
The worst customer service ever! Never had any problem at the other sephora stores. I walked in and asked for help looking for a right foundation. The male worker was friendly and asked what I was looking for. Then I told him I wanted to try out Nars and he suggested me to do the skin test that they have in store, but only one person could do that in store he said. So, I waited until she was available, patiently. Finally after about 15 minutes she came and took me to the machine. She never explained about the result and when I asked her, she simply said its sent to your email. Then walked me to Nars (because I asked about Nars) and gave me the right colours. Then I asked if she had other advice, other brands, etc. that might be good for me? I asked for her opinion and she simply said NO! Ok, so I asked one more time, no other foundation will suit me than nars? And again I got a NO!. Just a NO with no explanation or other words than that. So, summarizing, I walked into sephora to ask for their professional opinion and about Nars. Coinsidencely the ONLY foundation is the foundation that I asked? And I am really not good with make up! It was very obvious that she just wanted to be done with me asap. She did not even smile at me once! Her face showed clearly that she was annoyed or didnt like me or I dont know. She was just very unfriendly. I dont know her name, but she was supposed to be the only one that could use that machine in store. I hope that sephora will do something about this. Lately I hear more and more stories about the bad customer services at sephora and this time I happened to experience it.
I was very offended when an employee came up to me and my friends telling us that a customer told her we were stealing. I offered her to check my bag but she refused and she also told us that there was security cameras and that security has came to the store to check on us. When she said this it felt as if she was threatening us as if we have stolen products without evidence. It frustrated me how she did not even bothered checking first only beliving in the clients words. This would have not gone this bad if she had made sure this was not true. Never going back

Im so glad I read the other reviews before contacting the district General Manager. If you are spending your hard-earned money you should expect good customer service. As a mature woman I find it extremely disturbing and offensive to be treated like a common thief and a nuisance when Im handing over my money. Why offer samples if you ask for one some of the clerks act like they are giving you a free full size bottle, then you get a lecture about how smart they are on product knowledge but they look like they just crawled out of bed and didnt bother to even wash their faces - or the other extreme...more makeup on than a glittery circus performer. Sephora youre not Neiman Marcus or even Macys for that matter, some old-fashioned common courtesy and down to earth customer service with a smile goes a long way. Ill be returning to redeem my points but wont ever shop with your store chain again. 10 thumps down Sephora
Im going to be honest, I cannot stand having makeup smudged everywhere. On the walls, displays ect. However this isnt the stores fault. Women bring their unmannered children and let them touch and ruin the displays. They always have broken lipstick sticks hanging off the tube and there is a lot of employees that watch you pretty close. Im a bit disappointed that they dont have more lipstick colors and eyeshadows by KVD. But there is about 4 employees their that i adore. One I think named Brandon? Hes the bomb diggity. I always stop in there and float around swatching things.
Every time I go to this Sephora- they are out of what I came in there for. The online system stock check is incorrect every single time- I don’t know how many items they’ve been out of and how much money it has costs them bc I have to go somewhere else. When I ask someone they always tell me- we’ve been out of that for a long time- makes me wonder how many other people have tried to buy it. Not sure if it’s poor management to not check and get those issues taken care of bc it costs the store/company lots of money or if it’s a bigger issue.

I was very offended by an employee who came up to us asking if me and my friends stole anything from the store. Her saying was that one of her clients had told her that we were stealing some products from the store. The part that angered me the most was that I could tell she hadnt even checked any of the security in the store which tells me she believed the client that told the false truth but not us. If she had made sure in the first place that it wasnt true, this upsetting incident wouldnt have occurred. Even more, she kept on repeating the store had all the securities to prove any false guilt out of us. That false accusing offended us very much and ruined the shopping experience.
I have been a VIB Rouge for about 4 years or more. I use to love coming here to shop beauty products, but this past year or so customer service has just gone downhill. I go out of my way to go to Sephora in Allen because I love the customer service there and their willingness to help! Or I just shop online.My recent bad experiences at Stonebriar. I bought a Becca Foundation when I got home it had already been opened and used... I immediately exchanged it because I really wanted to try the foundation out. Only to find out I was not crazy about it and tried to return it only to have the girl give me a dirty look and say I already returned it and she would not do it. I did not make a big deal even though the first time it was not my fault since theyre leaving out used products. Another recent bad experience I did a makeover (which VIB Rouges get for free) I purchased about $200 worth of makeup still, but wanted to return a highlighter palette. I let the cashier know I have my card and handed my VIB Rouge card so she could easily look up my receipt ( which I have had no problem with them looking up my receipt with before). The cashier ( which Im pretty sure is a skin specialist) b.c I have seen her at the store for the past couple years the lady with short black hair ignored my card on the counter and sternly kept saying I needed to show her proof of receipt so I pulled it up on my phone on the site then again in a stern manner said it was a makeover so I could not return it. I then said as I picked up my card she chose to ignore I am a VIB Rouge I do not have to purchase items if I do not want to after a makeover ( which I have not done in awhile)She made it so much more difficult and did not apologize avoided eye contact and then credited my return as credit even though I paid debit ( which they always do even if you pay cash) She has been there long enough to know this. This has become my least favorite location which sucks because it is the closest to me. Online shopping it is! Or waters creek in Allen!!
