Sleep Specialist Bill Whitesides did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select the correct mattress for our sleeping positions. The store was very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Levitz to anyone as my preferred mattress company.

I purchased Tempur-Pedic Mattress in Levitz Frisco store. They say 180-night comfort guarantee everywhere but in reality its not true.I wanted to return Mattress within couple of days and called customer service. But they said I have to have it for at least 30 nights for return or exchange. I called after 30 nights and the representative explained me that I have to do exchange first before I return (Its mentioned in policies). So I exchanged by paying exchange and delivery fee. So now I am eligible to do return according to policies but when I called customer service they said its over 90 days and you can’t do exchange (YES, its over 90 days). But they always said its 180 night comfort guarantee and nowhere mentioned about 90 days. I spoke to 2 agents and the answer is “Manager is in meeting and will call back”.So the bottom line is they will make you to purchase these expensive Mattress with all fake promises. But there is no way, you can return it even though they promises 180 night comfort. So just think before you pay. I am happy to provide my order number etc. if anyone needs it.REPLY FOR OWNER RESPONSETHE exchange mattress i took it on 10/24/2019 and the 180 day period ends on 4/21/2020. Can you please let me know why i cant return this now? The only reason i took this one is, per policy i cant directly return the mattress unless i take an exchange by spending additional amount in the form of exchange fee and delivery.I walked in to Frisco store on Friday and representative mentioned my manager will call you. I called customer care today and same answer. Seems like representatives dont know answers and Manager never talks to customers. Please let me know if you need customer number or order number?
