They are all GREAT, very personable, welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about their very wide variety of products that they offer, exceptionally patient as I try on 50 frames because they have such an amazing selection, and mostly they remember all of their customers. The eye doctor was great! He spent far more time testing my eyes, asking questions, and explaining my vision problems than my previous optometrist and opthalmologist combined. He gave me a few options for how to make it less of an issue and didn’t rush me out of there. Will be back for sure.

Always professional help not pushy very patient Love them all. If it doesn’t look great on you they tell and help you find the correct frame. The frames are always up to date not old and out of style. Try them you will love them. Jeff is very particular you will not leave unsatisfied. I have been a customer for 25 years.

Great eye doctor however the female staff there always has an attitude and its ridiculous. Called regarding my prescription and told me 40 minutes before closing were closing so..... Did everything to rush me off the phone like I havent spent $1,000 between glasses and contacts. Terrible customer service. After this script, I will never be using them again.

I needed a contact lens exam ASAP (during COVID, no less). I called at 12:30pm on a Monday, was in the office getting an exam by 1pm, and was out the door at 1:30! The optometrist is awesome. Also, they were able to price match my normally very expensive contacts. Overall would recommend to anyone!

I have been going to Jeff for over 20 years you always shows his expertise and has the greatest inventory of style. always fixed free of charge my previous glasses when they need adjustments never asked for a penny very honest breaks it down makes me want to buy multiple pairs every time he does right by his customers.

Eye doctor is rude and unprofessional. He made me wait while he took many personal calls. I had no idea he was the doctor until he finally decided that he was ready to work. His appearance was also very shuffled. His shirt was untucked and his shoes were run over. Just not what you expect when you go to see a physician. On a positive note, this vision center has very trendy frames from various designers.

They are very fast in delivering my contact lenses, i have a very high prescription and they were very patient in working with me and going through many brands. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I brought a pair of glasses (MCM) it cost me about little over $600. Well today my genius husband sat on my glasses and left the frame flat and unfixable. Now, I am frustrated because I cant afford a new pair. Anyway, I get to vision world and they replace my frame in a matter of minutes without any charge. I was so greatful. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I dont think you will get that type of service everywhere.

Walked in with no appointment and walked out 25 minutes later with prescription glasses. Could not have had a better experience.
