Warning ⚠️ to all who may be considering using this repair shop. Be certain to get your estimate for repairs in writing because it will change drastically from what you are quoted and what you actually pay. For starters, I’ve never heard of an estimate that only include the price of the parts. Estimates usually entails parts and labor. That said, a family member of mine used this shop his estimated cost of repairs was $900. Get this, when he showed up to pickup his vehicle he was told his repairs was in excess of $1400. Does this sound fair? You be the judge. Make sure you ask the right questions and most importantly, get it in writing and request that you be notified prior to the repairs should the price change from what was estimated. Good luck!

I knew a person who worked there and was informed about the owner of the shop. Past employer admitted openly that he was a shady person and he knew what he was doing.He also over charged me 200 dollars for a simple weld.

I pulled into Cars Trucks Etc this week with a punctured tire losing air fast. They immediately greeted me in the parking lot and were able to repair my tire within 20 minutes. Im so grateful!! They even gave me a free coffee coupon to coffee shop across the street. Quick in, quick out, fair price, excellent customer service, great value!

Buyer Beware. This guy is back for some reason. He had the absolute worst reputation in this town around 10-12 years ago. Most knew all about it. And that was before the internet was this helpful. His goal is to get as deep into your wallet/purse as he can. Dont let his good ole boy persona fool you. I hope you heed this warning. Dont know what happened to the guy that was there recently. Wish I could find where he went.

We went there a few times. Both times prices were changed during the work needed, and services were not done right. Will not be going back to them. Do NOT take your services there. Over priced and shady service.

Ken has a lovely smile and handshake but beware of the façade. Charged me WAY too much for a simple repair and then tried to convince me I needed a new serpentine belt. I had just replaced the belt less than 6 months ago. But, the capper was his suggestion that I needed new windshield wipers. I had literally replaced them the day before taking the car into his shop. I wont be returning to Cars Trucks Etc.

I have been loyal to this place for 15 years, they take care of us. Even after the kids went off to college, they come back to see Ken.

“Warning” do not go to this shop. I went here with one problem only. When I get my car back there’s 6 more problems that went wrong. Ken & his staff broke my air coolant temp sensor on purpose, then tell me it needs to be replaced. I would NOT recommend this garbage place.

Ken and his staff have been working on my vehicles for the last few years in both of their locations. Every time I have a problem or even when I need routine maintenance it has never been a problem to get my vehicle right in. They are always very thorough when they work on my vehicles and its very nice that I can always count on them to find a problem before it becomes a major problem and leaves me stranded. They treat you like family and if you ever have a question or problem they answer it and they answer the phone versus sending you directly to a recording. I recommend this shop to everyone routinely.

Ken and his staff are very professional, fair, and back up their service. I bought a set of Cooper tires from him for my wifes expedition and had the four wheel alignment done. I am totally satisfied and would strongly recommend this shop.

Zero stars!!! Ken tried charging me 82 dollars for an exhaust hanger! And when I said I wasnt paying that high price for a hanger, he said then why come here and waste my damn time. Like wow Ill never go there everrrrrr again.

Dont take your car here. As a former employee I can say for certain that the owner is a snake. He ripped people off on a regular basis. He had me working as a mechanic even though I have no training in the field of auto repair. When I addressed my concerns about doing work I wasnt qualified to do his response was figure it out . He then ripped me off on my last paycheck. I worked 25 hours and he only paid me for 18. On top of that he dropped me from 17 an hour to minimum wage. I will be taking him to small claims to get my money that I am owed.

Dont let the nice guy act fool you. Tried to charge me $600 for my throttle body to be replaced. I told him no and he could put it back together and of course when i pick up my vehicle it never made it a block without shutting off. Got a second opinion and found out they crossed my wires and that made it shut off every time i hit the brakes and the only thing i needed was to clean the throttle body. the guy charged me 50 bucks and I havent had a problem since. Fair warning, do not take your vehicle here, just a big rip off and very shady people!
