Good experience overall. The salesman, Kevin, was responsive and worked to make sure we were set on the deal before I came in to test drive. The deal offered was fair and did not include any obscene markups or an additional dealer markup. I was also able to put a deposit down remotely, as I was out of town when we made the deal and they honored my deposit and held the car, despite being offered a higher price. The sales experience was smooth, as the numbers we agreed upon stayed the same and the finance manager did not pressure for additional add-ons. Overall, I would recommend and had a good experience.
The very personalized attention given to us by all staff was first class. We are so pleased with the GV80 Prestige and the enjoyment was made top notch by the extended time spent to teach us how to interface with the very high tech features of this vehicle. I have called twice to schedule an oil change but no one will answer the phone or call back. Guess they don’t really have the staff to address the needs of a customer. I received a call first thing in the morning and schedule my oil change immediately. They also help schedule a time to get some recalls addressed. I’m convinced it was just a bad day for them yesterday.

I have purchased 3 vehicles in 4 years from Charlotte Price. I could not be happier with the service i get and the easy of my purchase. No negotiating and no gimics. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with her at this dealership. My wife and I have purchased a ram, chrysler, and now a hyundai. Every time we have had a good experience. We were out and in within about half hour and on the way within an hour after the walk around.
I called Hyundai SanTan dealership in hopes they had 1 specific vehicle I had my eye on. Kevin Sproul answer and responded with “I’ll get to work for you and call you back.” Sure enough, not even 10 minutes later, he said he had the car. My boyfriend and I went down and Kevin was kind enough to let us test drive the car, lay some knowledge on me and even test drive another vehicle I had my eye on. Kevin had so much patience that I greatly appreciated. After I decided to get the car, Kevin also took the time after the car was already signed for to sit with me in the car and go through literally every function of this high tech vehicle. We have a new GV 80 that the trunk lid will not open I called for appointment and was told by service department that the 1st appointment will be in 6 weeks. This unacceptable type of service for a new vehicle..

Service department took time to review and establish a good baseline for future service visits for my recently purchased pre-owned G80 3.8 Ultimate. Absolutely the easiest car leasing experience Ive ever had and Ive been leasing cars since 1978!
Genesis is a brand that is trying to build themselves a spot in the luxury car world. Sadly making a luxury car is not all that takes. It requires a strong support team after I purchase the car. Sadly Genesis has failed to provide me the service I would expect from a luxury manufacturer.I bought a brand new g70 3.3tt sport 3 months ago and they have already managed to lose one of my payments. I have all the proof including bank statements, tracking numbers, etc. that the money has been received by Genesis Finance, however the money is not being posted to my account. After wasting hours over the last month on the phone with Genesis Finance going through their missing payments department they stated they see that the money has been sent to them, but that they cannot find the money. Apparently in their own world they are living in over there, that is somehow my problem that they misplaced my money and would not be posting it to my account. After hearing this I argued with them and was basically told there is nothing else they can or will do and gave me the address of their legal department. Feel free to send a law suit. My jaw dropped at this point.So, before I went down the lawsuit route I figured I would go into the dealer where I bought the car and have them get this squared away as I have done all I can, which was already more then I should have needed to do in the first place. They did of course assure me of a luxury experience and I expected to be greeted with such. They are the ones selling this finance and should know how to get this taken care of immediately. I have now been in the dealer multiple times (again wasting my valuable time) to go sit and chat with finance who assures me they are on the case and will get it squared away. All of this has now happened over the course of a month and no solution has been found. My money is gone and there is no solution in site. Save yourself the heart ache and go by a BMW or Audi like I planned on doing and now regret. Guaranteed this would have been taken care of by a real luxury manufacturer. Guess this brand cannot break the Hyundai stigma after all.
I would not recommend going to this place. I went here to take a look, a look at a genesis cars they have and compare them to my BMW and maybe get one after a test drive. So a genesis specialist comes up to me, and asks me are you looking at our genesis and I reply with yes, I just have a few questions. How are they compared to a BMW, or a Mercedes, or even Lexus? I am hesitant to get it because it has the Hyundai stigma and all of that he turns to me and says why would you get a genesis if its a hyundai and leaves me, standing there, dumb founded. I did tell the manager and he said he would fix everything and make an appointment with me the next day, but no one calls me the next day for appointment confirmation or any of that or even a text message or email. I was going to take a look at buying a genesis because I was approved by the IRS for my tax refund of 180k.
