Stay far away. Very little respect for the customer. Was working with Richelle to get a car purchased. She hounded me to get financing through the company when I was already approved. I was ready to buy the car and she instead sold the car to someone else after running my credit. Mind, I was ready for deposit and all!I understand that the dealerships job is to sell cars but I cant in good conscious buy a vehicle from anyone that cant even pick up the phone to let someone know that theres another buyer.
Crooks charged me to do service that I later found out was a recall repair! Also, did not fix the problem because they used the wrong part. Upon return to fix it for real they fixed it as a recall, billing manufacturer to do the repair. They got paid twice, had my car for 3 days total. Rip off! When it was time to buy a car that Horne sells I flew to Salt Lake City to get it elsewhere.
My parents have had some good experiences with a couple different reps here but my personal experience with Joe was awesome. Hes quick and efficient, no pressure and set some great expectations that did not disappoint. Id recommend this place and Joe in particular to any one if theyre serious about getting a good vehicle
I purchased a vehicle from Horne Motor Co. and worked with an employee there to resolve an issue. He relocated and without hesitation, Todd Navarro of Horne Auto Group stepped up and promptly handled the issue. He was very professional and committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mr. Navarro and Horne Auto Group for any vehicle needs you may have. You will not be disappointed.
Worked for the Horne family for 7 weeks and sold 30 cars in that time. Came because Billy Wittman was the new GM and felt there was going to be a fair and equitable environment. Wow was I wrong. Soon after I started I found that they had put a salesperson in to the Internet Director role. Dale Roddy was immediately power hungry and exhibited some of the worst interpersonal skills I have ever seen. From day one he showed double standards, unprofessional behavior and rather than building his team of 3 employees he created a huge divide by bad mouthing each one of us to the others. Even when I went to him in confidentiality he almost immediately blurted it out to the majority of the dealership creating certain embarrassment for me and furthering the hostile work environment which he continued to perpetuate. His inability to properly desk a deal cost me and the dealership thousands in profit and opportunity. Although I brought this up to management and was reassured that it was being dealt with I continued to watch this monster grow. With several employees quitting and others wishing they could but without opportunity, I couldnt understand why he was being allowed to continue this harassing behavior. Items like telling his staff that they arent doing their jobs when we delivered a record breaking month. Listening to him brag about his 5 year plan to be the General Manager just made my stomach turn. All the time Im being told that this was being addressed I saw no change. In order not to be insubordinate I continued to bring documented examples of how his behaviors was costing the Horne family dollars and customers but yet nothing was done. The nail in the coffin is when my efforts and communications brought customers in to the dealership and then these deals were taken from me and given to other sales representatives. Why was I being punished for achieving my position duties? I felt victimized and felt forced to leave a job and people I enjoyed working with just to escape the environment.I can not recommend this place for any reason except the great product but there are plenty of Mazda dealerships in the area. Such a shame that what could have been something great turned in to a nightmare not just for me but for so many employees there yet Dale remains in his position while others either endure or leave. Something is very wrong at Horne Mazda
I purchased a car from Horne Autogroup a few years ago. They worked with our less than stellar credit and helped us get the vehicle that we needed. Since then I have visited every few months for oil changes and maintenance on my car and I love the service. They get to know you and treat you like they actually care whether you are there or not. That feels nice and I appreciate it. I also appreciate that they tell me what my car needs and doesnt need. Trust is an important thing with car dealerships and maintenance.
The service dept was fantastic. They were very helpful to my wife helping get her car serviced.
Regarding the Show Low location; Joe promised us a vehicle that we were approved for and then sold it from under us. We were shocked and heartbroken and even my 12 year old daughter was so sad because we really needed this vehicle. We made a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Very bad customer service!
After the sale, no finance person would return my call to get sales tax issue taken care of. Tried multiple phone calls. Issue is still not resolved after 2 weeks.
Dealership cars are always cutting through our neighborhood and speeding horrible people work for Horne and I would never recommend them.
Facility and staff are nice. They took way longer than stated though
Great experience!
