We had been thinking about trading in our Chevrolet Equinox, this past April 2021. Then one day my husband says get dressed were driving to the Valley. My experience here has been the best I have had ever buying a car from a dealer. My salesman on the first vehicle I bought there, Craig, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Highly recommend Tim Hatem at MB of Gilbert. He provides a personal experience that I haven’t had in a luxury dealership in some time.It’s very surprising that in my 10+ years of buying high-end luxury vehicles (my last 3 cars were a Porsche Cayenne, Audi S7, and Mercedes CLS) that many salespeople have a snobby attitude as if they don’t need or want my business. Maybe it’s a strategy that works for some but it immediately turns me off and I go elsewhere or try to get in touch with the fleet manager. This attitude was even worse this year with the shortage of cars.Tim was completely different in that he provided almost a personal concierge-like service, constantly in communication and even replying to texts from his personal number on his day off. I was probably not the ideal customer, working on a very tight schedule and purchasing the vehicle from out-of-state, but Tim was always happy to accommodate my million questions and made me extremely confident about the process of buying a car from out-of-state and especially without ever even seeing it in person.He personally went out as the car was getting loaded up on the truck to let me know it was on its way and was in communication with the driver along the way to make sure I received it on time.Again, highly recommend purchasing your next Mercedes from Tim Hatem.

Jamie was great. Very little pressure other than what was needed to seal the deal. He and his sales manager were willing to meet me at the price I was willing to pay. Every step of the way he informed me of what was going on and was very helpful with the end product. As an aside, he gave me a key fob with a dead battery. But I got that fixed quickly at his suggestion. No marks off for that. He also gave me me a very nice key chain, too.

I’m now stuck with a car with still a yr of factory warranty left but cannot get my car repaired due to the lies... Long story short MB HQ will not repair my trunk and other rear issues for a basically new car due to the car being touched by an unauthorized party which I had no clue. I have called and texted MB of Gilbert to help with the issue but the most they gave me was that they can exchange the car for another one in inventory... I have never felt so wronged as a customer let alone from a well known company such as Mercedes Benz. The salesperson Sean who sold the car is no longer employed and their sales manager Kevin does all the talking but no action...Now I have to do the repair out of pocket and its over $1000!!!!!!

I bought my first car here recently and one of the salesmen Eddy truly ensured that my experience was seamless. I didnt even make an appointment and he let me test drive, showed me other models that he thought I would like (which I ended up liking one of them more than the model I was initially interested in), and most of all he was incredibly patient with me as I navigated through the process of buying my first car. I’ve been a longtime BMW X5 owner and was going to purchase another X5 but decided to visit Mercedes just to be sure I had exhausted all my options. Craig Rusin helped us. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted in an SUV and he showed me the GLE 53 AMG and I was hooked! The design and luxury blew me away! Craig went with us on a test drive and took his time showing us all the features and the performance of the vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured. He made sure to get to know us and asked lots of questions. I was dreading purchasing another vehicle but Craig made it fun and painless! Tara Price in finance was great too. She was friendly and didn’t pressure me. She took to time to explain what they had to offer, but then let me decide what was best for my situation. I had such an amazing experience buying my first Mercedes here at the Gilbert location! I originally went to the one in Scottsdale and they completely dismissed me. From start to finish I had an amazing salesman! Tim Hatem goes above and beyond for you! He even helped us with our energetic 2 year old that was running around. I never once felt rushed or pressured and he really did work with us. Everyone there was very pleasant as well! From the minute we walked in to ending the night with financing. Definitely one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever made!I look forward to possibly adding another car in the future! Highly recommend!

We Cant say enough about this dealership! We called about a vehicle on Saturday morning and was greeted on the phone by Salina. My husband wrote a review but I feel like I need to write my own review. We had a lovely experience at MB Gilbert, mostly bc of our sales person, Eddy. He was so very nice and he went above and beyond for me. MB Gilbert was our first stop on our car search and though the first 2 cars I liked sold before I could purchase them, I knew I wanted to buy a car through Eddy. He had a great vibe, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and he was just overall very kind. After finding a car I liked, he made the process very easy and even had it delivered to me so I didn’t have to make the drive back down to Gilbert from North Scottsdale. He really went above and beyond and I was grateful for his help! His customer service was impeccable and if you do go to MB Gilbert, please see Eddy! You will not be disappointed.

I just bought a used Kia Optima from this dealer and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Tylor Davidson, Service Advisor, referred me to Salesman Ed Shah and I had the best time. Tylor is amazing at what he does, such a friendly and helpful employee here at Mercedes. He made sure my car was serviced and ready to drive same day. Ed Shah made me feel very comfortable and explained everything top to bottom, even went out of his way to help me find good insurance so I could take the car same day. I love my new car and am so pleased with my experience because of these two men. Thank you!

6/8/21 Update to review: downgrading to 2 stars. I later realized that the sales rep did not give me any introduction or orientation to my car and the functions/features. I bought the upgraded lane assist package but have no idea what it actually does. I called service because of vibrating in the steering column. Was told it’s not under warranty so didn’t have them look at it. After doing some investigation, I discovery that vibrating is the lane-assist activating to tell me I’m driving into another lane. If I was oriented to my new car, that would have been explained to me.Also upon purchase we saw the tire rims were neatly damaged so they agreed to resurface the rims. Upon hand washing the car for the first time, we discover a dent in the lower passenger door. Which only makes sense with the high volume of wheel/rim dents. We called to notify the dealer and they have no read of the dent so they washed their hands of it.I previously purchased a BMW and must admit the experience and level of service was far superior. I’m very disappointed in the rushed salesman aspect of this “luxury” dealer.

Inquired about a vehicle online. After informing me the vehicle was available and saying they would send me all the info about the vehicle as well as how much it would be to transport it to my state, they sold it to someone else instead. They knew my interest was placed before this vehicle was sold and i made it clear i wanted the vehicle, being it was hard to find. Hence me getting one out of state. Spent hours waiting between responses. At times i had to respond multiple times just to get a response back. Then, after waiting for hours between responses all day, they tell me they sold it to someone else. Just an overall super unprofessional experience. I would recommend any other Mercedes benz dealership if possible. As you can see from their six word apology that wasn’t even checked for grammatical errors. Their concern is very genuine, and it is greatly appreciated. 😂

Came in not knowing what to expect. Luckily for me I had an amazing sales associate who not only helped me with my purchase but also was willing to work with me on the price. My sales associate Craig made me feel comfortable with the vehicle and the purchase. The customer service was beyond amazing! I felt like I was at home! Bought my first Mercedes from Arnold Lim a couple years ago and had a great experience. Service has been super easy. Just bought another vehicle from Arnold for my wife and had a better experience, so now Im jealous of her car.

Great car buying experience from beginning to end.Pros:1) Found a used car at their dealership below market value on cargurus.com2) No hidden or unnecessary add ons/fees.3) Straight forward price on their website that included tax, license, doc4) Salesman (Jamie) was courteous, didnt waste time, and didnt pressure me. Highly recommend him as your salesmen.5.) Finance manager (Tara) was super quick and efficient. Not much to say, she was the best.6) They let me take the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice, then upon returning they topped off the gas tank. Their waiting area was very family/kids friendly. It seemed like every employee in the building said hello and made us feel welcome. These are small things but they added up to a pleasant experience.Cons:I honestly cant think of anything. I spent weeks researching and I knew the market value on the car I wanted. The price was right and I came prepared so the entire process was quick and easy.

All the high end dealers want to pamper their customers. This dealer was average. Very clean. Greeters were the only humans working there that went above and beyond.
