Scheduled an appointment to see a truck for 2 days away. Got there and had to hike around looking for the truck. It was just being worked on/cleaned. It had damage that wasnt mentioned, the interior was atrocious and part was duct taped. If they posted the vehicle and knew they had 2 days to prep it, why didnt they? They used a stock picture as the pic for the truck. I wasted my time going there.

My parents bought a car at Henry Brown Buick in Gilbert AZ after they were told it cost several thousand of dollars to fix a car they bought from Henry Brown several years ago. Their Salesman was terrible and the worst we have ever had to deal with.First he started showing them used cars with 30k on the vehicle. We told him they were not in the market for used vehicles and told to show new cars. A new car was found. Once the new car was purchased and financing was complete several the Salesman was basically done and wS customer service friendly. My parents are seniors in their late 80s and have handicap plates. They told the Salesman when they decided on the car they wanted to purchase he was told they wanted to transfer their handicapp plate to the new car. Well last Saturday they got new plates and they were NOT handicapp plates. Now they have to go to DMV and hassle to get a handicapp plate. My dad uses a walker and both have some dementia. My mom has list 85% of her hearing. This will not be an easy task to complete and probably cost more money.It took the a couple of hours to get the car ready after the financing was completed. We waited outside in 90 degree heat with the items they took from their old car. Their Salesman was nowhere to be found. Finally another Salesman walked by and provided us with water bottles. The next we saw Salesman he said he was sorry for the delay but they had to get the car prepped to take home. All that was done was washing the outside of the car. The floors had not been vacuumed and the dash was so dirty you could write your name on it.One other thing is the Salesman did not show them how to work any of the accessories, such as basic items how to turn on the windshield wipers, how to use the lights or where everything was located. I sure he would have no problem figuring things out but due their age and health issues it is not a simple thing to do.I told the Salesman if you treat them right we would be back at the end of the summer to replace our 2009 SUV. Well based on the service we had he and the dealership lost a potential sale. We will not be looking for a vehicle at any Henry Brown dealership.For Fathers day we went to the Parts department to order a dash cover for their car. We were told it would take take a couple of weeks to get it. Several calls were made to the Parts Department to check on the order and several messages were left. It has been 3 weeks and we have not received any update or a follow-up call from the messages left.My recommendation is DO NOT BUY AT ANY VEHICLE AT ANY HENRY DEALERSHIP as they have terrible service. The sad thing is my dad has been a dedicated customer with the dealership as he has had all is maintenence done on his old car.Henry Brown is NOT customer friendly.

Took longer than expected and then I had to turn around and go back before I got home because they created a new problem in the process of initial repair. It was obvious to me that they did not test drive my vehicle after initial repairs.

My appointment was at 9 am. I didnt get my truck back until 2:20pm; 5 1/2 hours later. Took it in for the break recall as well as the computer kept saying Service Trailer break. The trailer break switch had a short and was replaced.The shuttle service was Amazing and unexpected. They would have driven me home to Apache Junction and came back to pick me up but I went to the San Tan Mall instead. Very nice and engaging drivers.

Always had a great experience with maintenance at Henry Brown GMC. Pricing on maintenance items like oil changes are on par if not less expensive than chain oil change establishments, especially with the specials they run constantly. Ill be the first to admit that Ive NEVER been the kind of guy to go to the dealership first. In my head, theyre always double the price of anyone out there. Well, more and more, it seems like some of these mom and pop shops that you used to be able to trust to take care of your vehicle arent so trustworthy anymore! I think I finally got sick of trying to find a decent place who could offer me a simple oil change without trying to upsell me on every. little. thing. On top of that, if it seems shady at all, why would you trust them to take care of your vehicle? At least at this dealership, I know things will be up to par with their manufacturer guidelines. If theyre not for some reason, theyll make it right!In addition to regular maintenance, I also had an extra key made here. In all honesty, it ended up being about $40 more than a local locksmith that was going to create the special key and program the FOB. I know in the past, for older models, it was far cheaper to do yourself- but in this day and age, with everything relying on your cars computer, why risk everything for $40??Im always treated with respect and like my business is valued. The ability to make appointments also helps me plan my day-to-day but theyre crazy quick and efficient, regardless. I have no reason to try anywhere else!

The car selection and service experience were both great, however when it came to the finance side every bit of that was terrible. We had difficulty finalizing the payoff on our trade in vehicle. When resolving the matter between the dealer and our bank, the finance department got very rude and defensive with my wife. She was trying to help and it felt like the dealer was not willing to help, leaving us to figure out how to proceed. We have bought 4 vehicles through Henry Brown and sad to see things not at the level that continued to bring us back.

I bought a white GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali here and the salesman and I agreed on a price. When my wife and I went in to the finance office to finalize the deal, having been there for a few hours already, we were beginning to feel fatigued and my wife and I signed some documents that should have, in retrospect, been reviewed more thoroughly before finalizing our deal. One of the red flags to watch out for at this place is when verbal promises are made that are not on paper that your finance officer assures will be taken care of after you sign his papers.---Exhibit A---Finance Officer (FO):Would you like an extended service contract? It will be free.Me: How is it free?FO: After you leave here today I will negotiate your current interest rate with your lender so the $3,600 you would normally pay for this service contract will be paid for with the savings of the newly negotiated rate and you will be due no extra monies. *adds $3,600 to loan*Me: Sounds good, I trust you *signs documents*......finance officer does not ever do what he said he would do and my loan is never adjusted. I contacted my salesman TIM RUSSEL, a month later and asked him what the deal was. He gave me the run around and said there was nothing that could be done but he would give me a call back after speaking to his finance guy. Of course, no call back. After reading the fine print of the service contact, you will realize that you may cancel this nonsense at any time...of course they will not explain this to you and god forbid you go in there on another occasion to cancel the contract, be prepared to wait two or more hours before being helped.These are just one of the tricks they will use to squeeze more money from you. Go to AutoWits instead. They are honest and very helpful. Henry Brown are unethical. 2/5 stars for a nice truck with shady business practices.
