Lots of little odds and ends done over the last couple of weeks! A front end issue that was under recall! Complete rear brake job! Complete rebuilding of front end! And repairing a badly damaged drivers seat! All well done!
I went to have my car serviced and was given the wrong information. I drove up from North Scottsdale to Gilbert which is about a 30min drive. I was told that warranty covers routine maintenance but once I got to Berge Mazda I was told that my warranty only covers first maintenance. Knowing that I was upset, Service Advisor, Brandon Nichols went out of his way and had my car serviced for me no charge since he knew I drove all the way there. Thank you so much Brandon! Every time I come here they continue to go above and beyond. 🙏
Made an appointment week prior was never told until after they had the keys to my car that my car was going to sit there another week before it could be seeing and if I left and came back at a later date I would lose my place in line so I had to get a rental car which cost me $400 and then they tell me they cant even do my car until the next following day after I return the rental car rude an informative unfriendly especially a guy named Bob in the service center
Had a lot of work done recently on my 2012 Mazda 6! Even had some 9-year-old recall work done ; which was covered..... Its about like a new car!?
We went for a test drive, and my son says this is where he will buy from when he is ready, since they honored our request, not to harrass us.Other car dealers have bugged us, and gotten me in trouble for continuous calls at work. (Yeah if I lose my job talking to you, I cant afford a car)

Ok, I like most people would rather get a root canal than buy a car. These guys are fair and pleasant. Really, Im not related to anyone here. Their service department seems great. I hesitate to write such a glowing review. I have never had a dealership be an almost fun place to go. I have bought two cars here now

Where do I start I inquired about a BMW X5 they have advertised and was interested in buying it. Than I received 4 emails regarding my interest. I than received a call from Shelly Anderson with the internet Dept and set up when to come see it. I live close by and drove down to look at it. Than a sales lady greeted me and never Shelly. She than proceeded to tell me that the bmw X5 didnt pass emissions and was being auction off which I proceeded to tell the manager that I worked with a local dealer and would purchase that way. Well the sales lady proceeded to show me where the vehicle was and about 100 yards into the back lot told me its on the back wall. Well it wasnt and could not find it anywhere on the lot. Then proceeded to walk back in to see what happened to BMW X5 and got the run around. Complete waste of my time and very poor customer service and even MORE Sad was the lack of communication. Making a customer walk around looking for a vehicle they advertised they sent me 4 emails regarding how much they wanted me to do business with them. But when it came to doing business they treated me very poorly. I have been in the Automotive industry for over 20+ years this is a poorly run store by upper management. Not enough experience and lack of respect for customers Time, always remember your time as a customer is valuable you take the time to drive down and look a car or truck they should show you that same value with respect to treat you right not a number. I had cash and ready to buy today only to be . Treated like a fool. I wont recommend this store to anyone. And far as my dealership doing future business we will have to look at that going forward.

Had a pretty great experience with Rommy Tartir here. A lot of car salespeople are pushy, but he let me make my decision at my own pace. Ended up buying a new car at a great price days after first meeting him. Would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a new Mazda.

Berge is always amazing. I mean at a dealership you pay dealer pricing but you get genuine parts and top notch service and ill take that off shaving fifty or a hundred bucks any day of the week and wondering when parts are going to fall off my car.
Avoid buying the Soul Red color. Do your due diligence and read up on all the issues with this paint, and Mazda is not handling the problem professionally. They give you the run around, and stall for weeks. A total nightmare that could have been prevented if they did the right thing. They know this color is causing all sorts of problems...it chips for no reason....yet they continue to sell people vehicles with Soul Red. No decency. No ethics.
Service was good the only issue was they never call with updates when they saud they would. Always had to call them. Other than that no real issues

Went in to get an oil change. Asked to have the door hinges lubed. When supposedly finished they presented me with estimates of work that they say needed to be done totaling over $2,500. I had an oil change 6,000 miles prior and they checked the same systems and mechanical which was just fine. Now, 6,000 miles later magically all this stuff went wrong. I did not just fall off the turnip truck. Went over to another valley VW dealer and showed them the work estimate. They did the same inspection and none of the original estimate was true. Berge is a bunch of liars and thieves making up false work estimates to pad their pockets. By the way they couldnt even handle lubing the door hinges. I will be running this situation up the line to VW corporate to let them know that Berge is cheating people. Scum sucking pigs.

Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible vehicles. Tried to charge me $380.00 For an oil and diagnostic when we were promised $150 diagnostic and$ 90 for an oil change...? Dishonest with no integrity.
