I took my sister in law up to see an Acura that looked like a decent deal online. We asked the guy if there were any known issues with the car before we drove it and he wasn’t aware of any, fair enough. The car sent a warning through the speaker system immediately warning us to stop the vehicle and take it to the closest dealership. Seems a bit strange that this wasn’t mentioned beforehand.I will say that the guy we talked to was very nice and helpful when needed, pretty nice hands off kind of guy, was pretty refreshing compared to a normal salesman. Thank you for helping us.The main issue that we had was that we drove a truck that had an issue with a knock sensor and was throwing a service engine code. We were willing to purchase this vehicle for $9200 cash in hand instead of the $10,900 asking price. This was the amount my sisters insurance covered. My sister offered this and wasn’t provided a counter offer other than the current asking price. Our offer was very reasonable considering the Kelly Blue Books estimate on the vehicle. There really weren’t any issues until I called the older gentleman that owns the company presumably. He apparently hasn’t provided his employees the power to negotiate as I wasn’t given any type of counter offer. He also didn’t answer phone 4 times during normal business hours. You guys should really learn from this review and take on some drastic measures to improve your business. I should also note that we were not greeted when we arrived at the business, we needed to walk into the small office in order to realise the business was even open.
Arrived on time, no one there to greet us. Went to see a truck that looked decent online, in person was clear that the truck was in terrible shape. They tried to hide several flaws. Would not recommend.
Terrible customer service offered cash price not much under asking and laughed and said I was mad I cant afford their truck. Cant believe this joke of a business is still open.
The customer service Alissa provide was the best experience I have had when it comes to car shopping. Very happy with my purchase and will use them in the future as well as recommend them to all who are in search of a good quality vehicle!
Bought a Rav 4. Less than 23 hours and 30 miles later the check engine light and VSC light came on. Notified dealer and was told to take it to OReilly to turn off the lights and not to worry about it. Customer service was condescending and more than unhelpful. Cars are priced cheap because they have issues. Read the other reviews.****BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE****
Got my car in Oct 2019 no title then or now. Try charging me for a title I never got. Cant get my tags w/o a title. Says they have a copy why wheres the original one. Dont leave without a title you will never get it Alyssa helped me, she was okay till I started asking about the title then the owner was rude...
Worst experience with a business in my life. We test drove a car on Thursday. The dealer offered no warranty so we wanted to run it to our mechanic before making a purchase. The employee, Jay, told us to schedule the check up on Saturday. The next day I received a phone call from Rick, the owner. He told me that they were closed on Saturday and did not know why Jay told us otherwise. I rescheduled our appointment with our mechanic to Friday. Hours later I received messages from Rick informing me that the new time didn’t work either and I would have to wait a week before meeting again. When I told him that this inconvenienced me he told me that he “could sell this car to whoever he wanted whenever he wanted.” He made me feel like I had caused him major problems and refused to sell me the car, for which I was prepared to pay for in full. No one should support this business. The employees did not know any hours of business nor when anyone would be around the shop. When I test drove the car Jay did not make a copy of my license or rode with us. We also knew more about the car’s history than Jay did. The entire establishment feels very “fly by night.”
Alyssa a sales rep picked up the phone as I asked about the 2006 MINI Cooper S hatchback on your website. I showed my interest in the vehicle and she hung up on me when I inquired about the value of the vehicle.. Unacceptable customer service and would never buy from this dealership ever again. Also they said a safety recall was performed when I contacted the MINI dealer and a service adviser informed me it was not yet performed.
Awsome place! Good service
Went to look at a car that was 500 - 1000 under market value. Had a lot of hail damage, burned seats, stains, rear bumper damage. Took it to my mechanic, had bad rotors and breaks, dry rot on the tires, rust underneath, several repainted body parts and the trunk didnt seal properly and was unaligned. Went back and was told thats why its priced cheap i mentioned the price was lowered because of the hail, interior and rear bumper damage and Rick scoffed at me said he wouldnt replace anything and would just sell it at auction then walked out. The guys across the street seemed interested in working woth us, but GRC which is run by Rick seemed only interested in fleecing a customer and making some money. Strongly dont recommend this place. If you get a car there, make sure you have it looked at by a mechanic and dont expect them to fix anything thats wrong with the car or reduce the price for any damage or repairs needed.
