Really an easy, non-stressful buying experience. Clark was knowledgeable, and found out the answers to technical questions that I had. There was a certain amount of give and take before a deal made, but much lower pressure than other dealers. I recommend this dealership.

Bought a CX-5 and the process was great! Tyne, Daniel and the rest of the team were great to work with, accommodating of my requests, and patient since I was selling my old car to another dealership. Just bought a CX-5 from them. Did a lot of researches online and went through hassles contacting multiple dealerships. Their process is by far the most simplified and streamlined one. They also offered the best deal without forcing you to go to the dealership. They were patient, kind, transparent and helpful without putting pressures on you. They turned a car purchasing experience into a very enjoyable one. I would highly recommend them. If you are going there, check with Erin.

Erin, Sou, and Dan were all wonderful to work with. They made this process simple and straightforward. This is my fifth or sixth car purchase and it was the best! No pressure. I spoke to this dealer about a CX-5 and ended up with a fantastic sales person. The challenge with this dealer is they slam you with a Green Package that is already installed on their vehicles. I repeatedly told the sales manager that I did not want the package. In the end I felt slammed on this package and want to make sure that ANY prospective customer knows that in the end, this results in an increase of $895. Additionally, pay attention to your money factor.. I was quoted just 2 days earlier at Mazdas tier 1 credit rate of .0010 and ended up signing a lease at .0017, which makes a huge impact to your lease payment. All in all, I enjoyed working with the sale person, Tine.. But this dealership is slamming Green Packages and will NOT negotiate at all.. I would return again if they changed their sales practices as I really felt that the dealer would take advantage of me any avenue possible. +++ Sales people - - - Dealer will increase your money factor or APR and Slamm a $900 Green Package that will by far make this the WORST deal on a lease in the area.. BEWARE and PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I would not send anyone to this dealership and feel comfortable that they would not be taken advantage of.

Jenny the service manager always makes me feel comfortable. The entire staff is wonderful. She has wonderful customer service. I’m greeted friendly at the front counter . She does such a great job every-time. I’m offered a rental car if it’s going to be a long wait. Coming into the dealership, the staff always recommends what I need done without over charging or asking about things I don’t need done. I have my car serviced regularly here. When I’ve gone to “other” places my car has been ruined . Or not ran sound.I love everything about the service they have provided. Especially how my car runs.Thank you kindly!

Tyne from Gladstone Mazda was an amazing car salesperson. She drove four hours to pick me up and take me to the dealership so that I could get a car. She quite literally went the extra mile. She worked hard to show me many cars that were in my price range and she showed me different years and styles. She gave me the run down of what the car had to offer and answered all of my questions. When I finally found a car that I really liked, she was able to get me monthly payments that I could afford. She also connected me with a Geico representative that was amazing and quoted me a great rate. Tyne had a lot to offer and a great deal of knowledge for someone who hasnt been in cars long. I left the dealership yesterday with a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport and I absolutely love it. I really love and appreciate the customer service that Tyne showed me yesterday. If you want to feel well taken care of, Id recommend Tyne at Gladstone Mazda.

Came in and test drove two CX-5s (one pre-owned 2018, the other new 2021) and worked with Erin Perez. She was able to show me the important differences between the two. They were also able to do a side by side comparison of the two, but I wasnt yet ready to buy. Come buy day Erin and team were so helpful and were willing to work with me. I actually drove all the way from Seattle to purchase the one of only two black RF Miatas in the NW at the time. They had the better price and a MUCH friendlier staff. My process started with their online express shop, which broke down the costs and made the buying experience easier. Once I moved on to talking with someone, Matt helped me work out the details and get everything in order before I came down.I worked with Bob once I got down there and he walked me through some of the interesting features in the car and set up my infotainment for me. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. Tom helped with my financing and did all he could to get me the best deal possible. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I ended up walking, I mean driving away with a brand new Miata at a great price :)! I have no reason not to recommend them to anyone in the NW, and definitely those in the Portland area. Thanks a bunch for the great car!

I recently purchased a Mazda3 from Mazda of Gladstone, and I am so glad that I did. I am not one to make a review especially about a car dealership, but I feel it is definitely worth noting. Let me first start off by saying that I am not a person who enjoys the process of buying a car. I spent the last week going to a bunch of different dealerships, trying to find a good car, in my budget and the last place we ended up at was Mazda of Gladstone. The guys there, specifically Jeff and Sterling were incredibly helpful and just fun to be around. They made the experience so much better and helped us get exactly what we were looking for, for an amazing price. So glad we decided to go with them, and would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

2 stars only for the super nice, welcoming and professional sales agents lydia and Renze.Unfortunately the 2012 jeep wrangler Sahara I drove 3 hours to look at had some electrical issues in the dash(navigation and air consitioning), listed as remote start which was not on the unit, broken turn signals, a non matching spare tire, and the 4 wheel drive shifted super hard.They told me it was put through a safety inspection and they are a transparent dealership. But when I asked about the carfax and if the open recalls had been addressed they shined me on, telling me the paperwork was inside and just wanted me to test drive it. After the test drive I told them about the issues the sales manager stormed out to check the vehicle, never acknowledged me and told his associates that the Ac worked fine. They tried to get me to stay and tell me they were waiting for something or someone, and if they could fix the turn signals would I buy it. I reminded about the navigation and was told oh well that was after market product. Not sure why that matters, if its as is and no warranty just state those items do not work and move on. I finally said no thank you, this is not the jeep for me.Maybe get your own pre-purchase inspection?...

Did 90% of negotiation online for our cx5 including our trade in where we got the best offer out of 3 dealerships. Changed our mind 3 times as to what trim and Matt was very patient, straightforward and quick to give us the offers via email. Xavier, our sale guy, was very helpful as well. It was late we had to do all the financing/paperwork way past their closing, we made their team stay behind on a Saturday night. They got us food and they were just super friendly. Bob Greig was an excellent Sales Associate and I highly recommend everyone to utilize him for their car buying needs! He was incredibly patient, well spoken, and spent a lot of time with me. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was purchasing and every aspect of the buying process. His follow through was top-notch and I felt like I had a lot of attention and support. I was upfront about what I was looking for, I was upgrading my CX-5 and gave him a specific criteria told him I would be there in 20 mins. He had the perfect car right out front with all the criteria met and in my price range. He not only listened to what I wanted but he was attentive and efficient in his timing. First time around the experience was wonderful, but unfortunately the car that we purchased was totaled less than 2 months later. Considering we enjoyed the car and had a good experience we went back for the same car. This time around they knew we were serious buyers and were very pushy. We thought maybe we would check out Toyota (which they share a lot and are under the same owners) we were talked out of that and pressured to purchase the same vehicle. Fast forward; we needed to utilize the Gap Contract for the vehicle that was totaled, and what we learned would frustrate anybody. The dealer never paid the Gap company and that meant we had no Gap Contract, and two car payments. Well I called the dealership very understanding this first time and patient and still 5 months later the Gap Contract has yet to have been funded. I have been consistently following up with the dealership and today I decided I have had enough. I reached out and requested to speak to the General Manager and from there all I got was sass, nasty attitude, and hung up on. Of course I was upset and probably not the nicest customer he had spoken to, but to hang up in my face after waiting patiently for five months just to hear that he had never heard of the situation going on... I think that if you are going to consider purchasing here just make sure you read everything you sign, be very diligent, and make sure you ask questions. This is the kind of dealership that treats you as another dollar rather than family and a loyal customer.

I have purchased 5 cars now at Mazda of Gladstone since 2013, and yesterday we got our 6th. Spoke with Renze via text from the start and he made the process SO easy. He was extremely respectful. I have a toddler and a baby, so I told him I couldnt be at the dealership for hours (plus, it was Mothers Day!). He worked with me and sent me all the links to fill out and get started online. Just had to go to the dealership and actually pick between two cars to finish it off. While we waited, my husband and two year old son kicked a ball around the parking lot, and Renze joined in a bit too! He always offered us water and snacks and made sure we were comfortable. We also worked with Jonathan, the General Manager, and he worked quick to get the numbers we wanted and were comfortable with. He actually called me way before we decided to come in, so we could go over some numbers as well. We were offered a bunch of extras (of course) but I did not feel pressured one bit to add anything. There was no, are you sure...? after I declined the extras, which I think we all appreciate. Tom in finance was also working quick to make sure we could get out at reasonable time. My 2 year old started a little tantrum in his office because he wanted to go back out to play, and Tom was so kind about it, telling us not to worry!All 3 gentlemen were extremely kind, helpful and made our trip to the dealership a breeze. We all shared a lot of laughs while we were there.I think its safe to say that I would highly recommend Mazda of Gladstone!

They tried to use police interrogation techniques to get me to buy a new car instead of my current one. I was there for three hours and I spoke to 6 people. Each one talking about the 2021 and how I need all wheel drive in Oregon. Ive been driving a two wheel for years and its been ok. If you go in there to buy your lease do not crumble.....do what you came in there to do. I commend them for the efforts though. It was a good show. It definitely takes a special person to do this to people and I dont understand it. Granted it was totally my fault for sitting there that long. I should have just left. Driving to the Beaverton Mazda sounded terrible though. Now I get to go here for service! Yay.

Truly, the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Only went to test drive but the car was perfect. Decided to go ahead and purchase. I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 from them a couple of years back. The process was as expected and it was a good car but I felt they where a bit too pushy and walking away I felt overly pressured. They lost my business this weekend on a 2021 cx30 because of the same attitude - when I clearly state I want no phone contact and to use email and Ill call when ready to come in I mean it... they called me within 10 minutes of my relating that clearly, and over a period of 3 or 4 days sent approx 20 emails. That was pushy, and whats more it comes off rather desperate.Herzog Mazda in Beaverton got our 35k purchase for a 2021 turbo premium plus this weekend because of honoring that request, not flooding me with emails, and not being pushy. Herzog was fair, balanced and a totally non pressured experience. I would highly recommend them over Mazda of Gladstone.

Each time I came in, I was greeted by Joey (with Sou not far away :)) and he was always incredibly friendly and willing to do whatever it took to have my business. They allowed me to try whatever car I wanted to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Even with COVID holding shipments up, as soon as I made my purchase, the car was there in 2 days! My partner and I were very disappointed with this dealership. My partner has purchased from this dealership before, and had a pleasant enough experience. We test drove a car that we were interested in purchasing, but our sales rep was disappointing. Not only was he unable to answer our questions about the car, but he also wasnt able to answer our questions about the process of getting into the vehicle. He kept having to refer to his manager. He constantly keeping trying to have us fill out the paperwork before giving us any figures or reasonable information, thats when he dropped the bomb. We havent sold a single car today, and we hate having to close the day out without a single sale. You would really be doing us a favor by signing on today... Wow. Not my problem much? After that, we told the sales rep that we had an offer at another dealership and wondered if they could match that offer, out of the modicum of loyalty left. He immediately went to the Sales Manager, Sou Chao and he keeping shutting our other offer down in an attitude of Well hopefully you dont get ripped off, and when you do, you can come back to us. Needless to say, we had no problem going with a competitor to Mazda of Gladstone, and we will not be returning.

The good (and only reason Im giving 5 stars): Renze Cadua, my sales person, remarkably likeable and fun to work with, along with being very attentive and careful to make sure hes on top of the process. Sometimes you just luck out and really like your sales person and that was my experience with Renze.The bad: The finance department. This is my second time buying a car from Gladstone. The first time I told the finance guy that Id listen to his warranty pitch and to please respect my decision to pass. Instead, he kept at it and soured the whole process. Yesterday, my second purchase, I told the finance guy (different person) the same thing AND shared my story about the bad time I had the first time around. I listened to his pitch and decided to pass. He brought it up again and it knocked me down a notch; either their finance people are incapable or, or unwilling to, listen. As a customer, I dont care if its your job to sell warranties, I get it, and am willing to listen. But if you blatantly ignore my specific request that you dont do something, I cant find anything good to say about that part of the experience. Im not sure Id go back a third time since being thoroughly upfront with them doesnt seem to make a difference; you cant claim any version of we appreciate our customers when you choose not to listen to very specific requests, literally please dont do this, it really soured my experience last time.

I recently brought my 2016 Mazda CX-5 in for service at Mazda of Gladstone.I had been to another repair shop and was told I needed a transmission service and front differential fluid replaced.When I arrived at Mazda at 8AM, I was promptly greeted and the service advisor took my information. She asked if I was dropping off or waiting and what time I need the car back by. I told her I was dropping it off, and if at all possible before noon.The process as seamless and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.About an hour later I got a call from Mazda of Gladstone, they let me know that my car didnt need those services that I thought it did, and instead recommended some other services that I was due for.I went ahead and decided to have the suggested services done, and the service advisor said my car would be ready to pick up at 11:30 AM.I was really blown away by the level of customer service I received from this dealership.It was such an easy experience.I will most definitely be bringing my car back here for service

I had approached all three of the Portland area Mazda dealers, plus one down in Salem, and Manny was the most responsive and helpful of all of them. I had done my research long before and new exactly what I wanted, and was on a tight schedule. Manny picked up on that and helped move the process along. Best of all, Manny helped me to get a great deal, including a Mazda loyalty bonus, better than what the other Mazda dealers eventually got around to offering. In general, I enjoyed my experience with Mazda Gladstone, but Manny demonstrated professionalism and great customer service.

Our salesman was very high pressure after we made it clear to him that we were not interested in purchasing the car or discussing fees that day because we were still deciding which SUV we wanted to buy. When he followed up with me the following day I politely informed him that we decided on a different vehicle at a different dealership but appreciated his help. He then asked if there was anything else he could’ve done to earn our business. I informed him that we were off-put by his pushy sales tactics (we did not want to meet his sales manager when only test driving the car- we don’t play that game) and he was more pressuring that competing dealerships. And his response to me was “ Sorry to hear I was significantly pressuring.... Just wanted to introduce you to my manager.” I felt this was very unprofessional and rude and will not be returning to this dealership again.

Amazing experience purchasing a CX-5 - awesome team!Manny and his team blew us away with their customer service and vast knowledge about the car and the competitors. I greatly appreciated the time Manny took to walk us through the cars features as well as the need to knows in the manual. They even brought the car into the show room and put a bow on it so we could have a picture with it. They made something that most people dislike and I did not want to do, into a very pleasurable experience! I would highly recommend Manny and his team, and the CX-5, its a dream! Thank you Manny!

Lynn Sanchez was wonderful throughout the process - starting to look at a car, the test drive, the negotiation, and the delivery. Once the initial contact was made with the dealership, Lynn checked in, asked questions, answered my questions, was flexible with the test drive timing. I also felt like she was on my side during the negotiation process - making sure she understood what was important to me and what was less important to me. Lynn was very knowledgeable about the car, including options and features. She was a good listener and was very enthusiastic. I did not feel pressured. Re; Mazda of Gladstone Service Dept.I am the owner of a 2004 Rx8. I love this car. But it has been plagued with several Recalls for Minor design or engineering issues since 2004. About 4 years ago (2014) Mazda like many others issued Recalls for Both Front Air bags. Now only a few years later they added Recalls for the Gas Tank and the Lower A arms on my 2004 Rx8.I had Reached out to Several Dealers in Oregon and Northern California only to be given the “Recall 8” Run around and ignored. That All changed when I reached out to Mazda of Gladstone and Found Brennam Duncan.While I did invoke the Assistance of Mazda NA corporate, They were of no help at all and really made me want to Divorce myself from Mazda for good. But, once I was able to find Brennam at Mazda of Gladstone that all changed,.I drove 360 miles to Gladstone by-passing several other Mazda dealers that simply never called me back or did not possess the Equipment or the Staff to do these Recalls. This Rx8 is Very low Miles in Showroom shape and I expected it back that way.Once I got to Mazda of Gladstone and gave them my Car, I went over every inch of the car and the issues I have had with other Lesser Dealership breaking JDM and Mazda Speed parts.So Brennam made it a point to show his service Techs all of my concerns and made sure they heeded my warnings.After an entire day of working on my car it came time for the service Dept to go home.. But my car was not finished. And I was not in any place to take a loner car away and come back later as I live so far away.Again Brennam came to my rescue and found a way to get the service techs to stay after hours and get my baby back to me. That Was Awesome!. In most cases this would not happen, however in my case coming from so far away and having 4 open Recalls on the car, 2 that were so serious Mazda tells you not to drive it. This in my mind and in the Dealerships eyes was in desperate need to be resolved. So after waiting for over 4 years to get the Airbags done, (lack of Final Airbag Parts from Mazda and lack of Dealerships with a clue) and the addition of the other 2 recalls. The Team at Mazda of Gladstone made sure my Rx8 was back to Spec and then some.I was concerned about Squeaks and rattles inside the car after the Airbag work..It had None after the repairs!. The inside of the car looked exactly as it did when I gave it to them.I was concerned about Gas fumes form the Gas tank Recall work .. It had Zero, !I was concerned about the Alignment. This was the biggest reason to take it to Mazda of Gladstone, as they seem to be one of the few Mazda Dealerships that have their own Alignment Rack. And for me that was the Major issue with the other lesser Dealerships that I had reached out to. The others wanted to job out the Alignment to a non Mazda Sub contractor! And for this repair that seems crazy.They gave me the Rx8 back and it actually handles better than it did before. And that seems impossible as the Rx8 already drives like its on rails!.All in all Mazda of Gladstone is Awesome!. They took care of me. Put up with me when I got Frustrated near the end of the day and had some choice words.. And still got the Car done and got me home Safe!.If you are in the State of Oregon and you’re in need of Service on your Mazda, Do not hesitate to Contact Mazda of Gladstone ! This Dealership gets it done.Mazda North America should Acknowledge them for going the Extra mile to get it all finished.Thank you to the Entire Staff, and especially the well trained Techs, and of course Brennam Duncan for the Excellent Service. Jason was nice. The service was fine. I checked many places and got the best deal on new tires from Mazda of Gladstone. The BIG problem I have is that they sell your phone # to extended warranty companies. I have twice taken my car there for service and both times, the next day, I start getting robo-calls from car warranty sellers. It lasts for months. I know car dealers make most of their money from service and I dont appreciate them selling my personal information to add to their profits.

My vehicle maintenance was done on time for the scheduled appointment and they took exactly the amount of time they estimated when I brought it in. While in the waiting room I was asked several times during that hour if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed. Mazda of Gladstone is the friendliest car dealership I’ve ever been to and they really show they care about their customers. I bought my car there about six months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The car is amazing and Mazda of Gladstone gets and A+!
