He was very conversational with me and it really helped to calm my nerves. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed me. Overall he made the entire experience a good one.

I came into the showroom knowing I needed a newer car, but unsure if I was able to make it work with the lower deposit and the fair credit score. I also havent bought a car in many years and really just unsure if it was the right thing to do.Damian was so extremely helpful and friendly, really made my worries go away. I also felt he was really on my side and would do everything he could to get me a new car. I wasnt able to get the first car I looked at but we didnt give up. I got a Mazda 6 and I LOVE it! Damian even kept in contact to make sure I loved the new car and was happy I got it. We LOVED Libby! She was great at making conversation and answering our questions.However, if a customer says they are paying cash, they shouldn’t have to sit for 4hours to sign the check and leave. Kiara was awesome! She stuck with me through multiple phone calls and emails. Also, since my car had died and I had no way of getting to the dealership from Salem, once the financing was finalized, Kiara drove down to get me.

Such a terrible experience. Worst ever! I spoke over the phone to someone that helped me through the process, applied for credit and explained my situation. They told me they could definitely help me and made an appointment to come in. When I got there for my appointment, the gentleman that I was supposed to meet with was not there. They brought someone else out to help me and we had to start the whole process over again. 4 hours later and they finally came out with paperwork. After signing all the paperwork I was told that I needed to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. So I made another appointment! The dealership was about an hour from my home so the next day before I left I called to make sure everything was ready. Again the sales person that was helping me was not there. No one knew what was happening or was even aware of my appointment. They said they would have someone call me back. 2 hours later still no call back. Called again and was transferred to someone that told me that the vehicle wasn’t ready and I had to make yet another appointment for the next day. I asked if there was a problem and was told that they just needed to get everything ready. The next morning I received a voicemail and text that I couldn’t get approved and they canceled my application. I was never made to feel important. Never treated with respect or empathy or as priority. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Jason and Amanda went above and beyond to help me get into a car thats a great fit for me. I had a very tight budget, and they still made it work. More importantly, I really felt taken care of. I can not recommend this place more!!!!

First of all I’d like to say thank you to the whole Dick Hannah team, everyone was so helpful and really worked hard to get me in a new car! I’ve had the same car for the last 10 years it was my first car so it was scary going in and I don’t have the best credit so I had been told before I couldn’t get financing. They made it really easy and I ended up in a beautiful 2017 Chevy sonic. I could not be more pleased and thankful. Definitely check them out when looking for a new or used car!

Ian was great, shot it to me straight wasnt trying to beat around the bush or get me into something I didnt like. Lance was also great. He acknowledged my situation and was able to work within the parameters I needed. Id recommend you see them. Only downside was how long I was there (about 3 hours) but given the circumstances, and how Ian kept checking in, it didnt seem as long as it was.

Everyone worked really hard to get me into the car my family needed. Which with special needs children was very specific requirement I had to have 3rd row seats and because of the weather conditions in my area all wheel or 4 wheel drive was a must. They found me a vehicle with 3rd row and all wheel drive bonus was bluetooth backup camera and blindspot monitoring.

This was the most Painless car buying experience I ever had. I am trying to recover from a bankruptcy and from the moment I walked in to the place Ian stepped up, listened to what I wanted, checked on my approval, then showed me to some selections to look at. A couple hours later and I was driving home. As I walked off the lot with a car that is much newer than I thought I would be able to get financing for, with an interest rate that was 10 points lower than the previous person I was working with at a different dealer got me! It is important that I have a reliable car, and this 2017 Jeep renegade is perfect!Ian made this so easy that I will definitely be calling him when we are ready to trade in our other car.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Where do I start?! I currently have an open chapter 7 bankruptcy. When I turned 18 I got approved for almost every credit card I could apply for and got myself into WAY too much trouble. I just couldn’t keep up with payments and had to get a fresh start-it happens with most young people now a days. However, my attorney told me to check these guys out because my old car started having transmission issues, and I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed with a credit card with an OPEN bankruptcy. So I came in and spend literally 6 hours here trying to get approved on a specific car I wanted (shout out to Lance for ALL his hard work talking to creditors and banks to try to get us approved, Lance is the BEST!) After hours hanging out and Takoda just chilling and talking to my husband and I, we finally got approved (my mother co-signed my car with me), for $0 down on the car I wanted. Downside-the car was in Vancouver. So Takoda drove my husband and I all the way up to Vancouver and as our test drive on the car, we drove it from Vancouver back to Gladstone. It drove BEAUTIFULLY!When we got back to the dealership, I was told by another finance agent (Lance had gone home), that they were able to get the car for an even cheaper price. They basically gave me the warranty and gap insurance for free (over $2,000 off of the price of the car they were originally asking) and got my payments to be lower than originally quoted. These guys make dreams come true -especially if you’ve messed up your credit and need a good way to rebuild your mistakes. I would 110% recommend these guys to all my friends and family, so if you’re looking for a new ride, give these guys a try. Best dealership I’ve ever been to! I was treated like an actual person-even though I had an open bankruptcy, never once was I treated poorly or dismissed because they didn’t think they’d be able to get me into a car. These guys are the best!
