I have gone to a few car lots in my life time....must say this one has been the best ever!!!! Before we went there I was feeling the dread of wheeling and dealing but after the moment we got there the dread was gone. No high pressure...no one following us around. We found what we wanted and it was simple, easy and fast!! In fact the experience was so positive my husband and I went back the following week and bought another truck!! Sonny tried to apologize for not being very social which wasnt necessary...he had not been feeling well. He was wonderful when talking about what we would get for our trade-ins...VERY reasonable with us!! Lynn was a delight!!! She was fun and we laughed a lot. She too wasnt feeling well on our 2nd venture there but it didnt deter her in any way. She was just as friendly and fun.If you need a quality used vehicle...want a calm and enjoyable experience...please please PLEASE go see Sonny and Lynn at Used Car Market Wholesale!!! You will not regret it...... :)
Never again.....run away screaming from this place. They lie, cheat and have no idea how to properly fill out paoerwork.I think they are now out of business...thank goodness. Now they cant rip good people off anymore
My mom bought my first car for me from this dealership and it was one of the worst decisions we have made. Just a couple days after buying it the engine light came on and now after having it for over a year we have had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs because they were not honest about the issues with the cars. They will fix their cars up to make them look good, when in reality there are many hidden problems. I would never suggest buying a car from them, no matter how good it may look.
This car lot sold my kids a vehicle that was not structurely sound, nor was it mechanically alright to be driven on the road!!In turn the car blew up while being driven and they still want to hold them responsible for the payments. My child could have been seriously injured if not killed, after speaking to them, they still insist and claim NOT RESPONSIBLE.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOT OF CARS TO ANYONE
Slimy, greasy dealershipI felt like I had to take a shower after leaving this place. These guys are the motivation for all the cliches you hear about used car dealers. Lying is so obviously a way of life that they dont even know any other way.Something as simple as when the boss would be back with the car I wanted to see turned into a total lie and a guy literally doing anything he could to keep me there. I finally had to sneak out for fear of my car being blocked in the parking lot.... or worse.fwiw... the only other review about this place is so obviously written by the owner Id hope most people would see through it. In any case, be EXTREMELY carful dealing with these guys.
My Service was OK....but when it came down to it. I was told I would get a full tank of gas when I purchased truck...which I DID NOT....due to them needing to put $900 (apparently) to fix a bad miss at idle. In all honesty that is there responsibility to sell a car that is safe and runs correctly. So NOW 3weeks later they send me a check for the Tax AND Licensing of the vehicle....which was agreed upon when purchased and FIGURED into the loan. From what Im told ( today after receiving the check) they DONT KNOW HOW to figure exactly what the tax and license is going to be so they GUESTIMATE what It will be and send you what they think it is ($100 short) so I called to let them know and I was told THAT IS MY PROBLEM NOT THERES......!!!! Im sorry I work in CUSTOMER SERVICE and have for 13yrs....when you agree upon something with a consumer....THATS IT!!! When it comes to running a business that is just obvious....!!!!! So now that Im needing to tax and license the vehicle, I have to come out of picket for emissions test(thats fine), and now to take care of what they SHOULD HAVE and pay the difference to license my truck.
Financed a car through them and within a week we had to go back because there was a high pitched noise from the transmission. There were no reported mechanical problems and they stated that the car was in perfect running condition. We tried talking them to fix the car but they would only pay half of repair costs and that was them being generous. I mentioned that the laws state that because he failed to mention or neglected to see such an obvious problem, he was in violation of state laws such as UDAP and UTPA. The owner began a whole planned speech about how he isnt legally reliable and that he doeant even need to offer 50%. He couldnt even stay in the same room and talk like grown adults. When he got fed up he left saying pick whatever loaner car you want.In the end he CHOSE the car for us and gave us a beat up dirty car.I have no issue with the sales people, the cars, or their business, I however take personal offense to the owner for his rudely unprofessional behavior.Dont make the same mistake as us. Although the cars are reasonably in good condition, the service and business that the owner provides is not worth it.I will NEVER return to that dealership and will make sure no loved ones make the same mistake.
Never have I experienced such horrible customer service from a car dealership. You always expect certain behaviors when buying a used car, but I have never had the F bomb hurled at me by 2 employees when asking for the presumed owners name because I was going to write a complaint. When we asked to have a vehicle inspected by a mechanic everything went downhill. We were told they do not allow people to take vehicles to their mechanic, because they did that once and the person came back with a different tire and wheel. That is ridiculous. The truck we were looking at clearly had transmission issues, and before we could negotiate we needed to know what the cost of repair would be, hence the mechanic. The man we were dealing with, who I believe was likely Masood Sanaie or Saeid Sanaee, wanted us to simply take him at his word that there were no tranny issues. Seriously? The person I was speaking with told me to get the F out when I asked for his name, and then continued with the profanity by both he and his employee. In all honesty I must admit I responded inappropriately at that point. After we left, and had left the key to the vehicle on the desk where we were all talking, he called threatening to call the police because he didnt have the key. Twice. Finally when he stopped screaming and we were able to tell him where the key was, he said he would look and if it wasnt there he was calling the police. Of course he never called to apologize after he found it. Because he would not give me his name I had to look it up on the Oregon Secretary of State website. It appears this company has 4 different registry numbers, 2 that are currently active and 2 that are not. This company and its owners are shady, rude, belligerent, and threatening. I would avoid them at all costs.
