My husband and i were very pleased with josh our sales person . He could not have been any nicer.The only thing were were displeased about after we decided on the car and signing paperwork we were told the car that was brought from another lot then had 200 miles on it .Would have liked to know that when we laid eyes on the car first.would have thought we would have been told right off.All the people were helpful and kind.Josh was so helpful . The svc Dept refused to give me a receipt for my cash payments . I will forever wonder why.

Avoid at all cost for service. Over an hour for a oil change. Second time I have waited this long, only reason I came back was because they offered me a free oil change. Over priced, slow and lacking actual customer service. Go anywhere else but here.

Our salesman, Steven Dee, was so considerate of our budget and what we needed. This is coming from two brokeish college students buying their first car together. He helped us get a better car for our budget. Every other sales person we talked to was incredibly kind as well. Cannot recommend enough. Worth the hour drive even though we live by other VW dealers

I used to go to the another location, but not any more. Now, I only go to Northtowne. All of the guys in the service department are great, especially Bobby and Brian! When I call them, they ALWAYS call me back. They can usually get my vehicle in for service within a day or two. Other locations told me that they couldnt get me in for 3 weeks. Whenever Ive been in a jam, these guys have gone out of their way to help. Its Northtowne all the way for me.
