Great service, as soon as I got out of the car Nicholas came right out to greet me to help me. The car that I was interested in ended up being at another lot so he took the time to drive with me to go get it. There were a few issues with my process (not his or the dealerships fault at all) and he was wonderful, helped me way more than i’ve ever experienced at a dealership and walked me through the whole process. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I was honestly nervous, but he definitely helped a lot and made the process easier than expected! If/when I buy a car again, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Nicholas and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a car! Super understanding, patient and just a great personality overall!

He was also just an all around pleasant, friendly, and kind person. Small talk and time with salespeople can sometimes be painful. Our experience was the complete opposite. I can’t recommend him enough. We appreciate all that was done for us.
Place will definitely, not offer a good deal, and will try and sell you a stock 2018 kia 16,900. Thats just insanity plain and simple. Dont waste your time here, unless you like over paying for things.
Based on 1 visit: We thought we were getting the Costco buying experience, and even after we confirmed that was what we came for, we most definitely did not get that experience. We got the whole sales manager, some pressure, ridiculous prices to start on a quote. The salesperson was nice, and overall I am not sure I believe in the tagline they have as it was not nice to give us a different experience than we expected. We were looking for a car for my wife, and she is the decision maker, and they still were looking at me most of the time.
This dealership is the closest to me so I was trying to check out their new Nissan Frontier. I clearly indicate that I do not use voice phone for communication but they keep calling and not responding to texts. Inattentive and impossible to communicate with. The Beaverton Nissan emailed right away so thats where I am going.
I was able to purchase my new Nissan online in a very short time. Karina was incredible with her friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge and speed in getting the job done. Ive been driving Rogues for a long time and the 202 is the best one yet!
They were great and really helped make the Nissan Leaf purchase happen on a weird timeline. As a family with two working parents our schedules are really funky and its hard to find time to do many things during normal times.They went out of their way to help us, and were very thankful.

Overall my experience was frustrating. I felt disrespected on a couple occasions during my four hours there. My sales associate and my second Sales Manager was great at least. They were the only good part about the experience. Unfortunately I will not be recommending this establishment to others and I certainly will not be back.

Working on a cash deal from 4 hours away on a weekend. Carson stated, well, there is a lot of interest in it and a man is driving it now, but if you apply for credit, I can charge your debit card $2000 and hold it until you get here Monday. I applied. Never heard anything. After several texts and calls, not Carson called to tell me they sold it to the man. Meanwhile my EXCELLENT credit was pulled. Carson denied that it was pulled. Carson also denied the entire conversation leading to my credit app. He went further to tell me he had phone conversations recorded that would prove he was right. He went further to say, Sorry the world didnt spin your way.If the owner of this sham reads this, please DO pull the phone convo.

Extremely rude and aggressive service manager. Came in having recently purchased a preowned vehicle that had a lug nut lock, asked if there was a way to access the wheels to have the brakes inspected so as not to risk the safety of my wife and child. The service manager refused to offer any flexibility or support for my request, offering an appointment to weeks in the future and then told me I would need to “gamble” My decision of knowledge and safety versus time it takes to fit in a 30 minute service.When I mentioned that such a suggestion is it a direct liability concern for someone in his position he got extremely aggressive, tried to backpedal and explain that “gamble” meant I should sit around in the lobby and wait until the end of the day and see if they are able to fit in the service today or that I will have to choose whether to use the vehicle over the next two weeks or not. I continued to suggest it might be possible to drop it off any day next week and leave it all day from 8 to 5 in hopes there would be an opportunity to fit in the brake inspection at an Earlier date.At this point he flat out refused and continue to mention my “gambling” and that there was no way in hell I was going to get fit in before 10 to 14 days and then it’s up to me whether or not I want to drive my vehicle in the interim.Needless to say I left, and will not be going back for service or a purchase at any time in the future. I completely appalled that I came in humbly looking for help and assistance and to make a purchase of a required part for my Nissan and was treated with such disdain and animosity for no apparent reason. I hope that management at the dealership. This person had long brown hair and a goatee or beard of some kind and appeared to be And acting service manager. Have a nice day.
I brought a coupon to use, it didnt qualify for my brake repairs so I opted to pay the extra $100/to get completely done. When I came back to pay, Skye had found a coupon & applied it to save me $50. He also researched for 2 estimates for me, for tires & windshield wiper. I was very happy with all of that.

I decided to I wanted to look into leasing a Nissan Leaf. I contacted a few local dealerships to get quotes and see what deals they had. Angelina emailed and texted me about their deal the next day. She answered my many questions I had as well. Some other dealers went right in to having me try to come in first. i like to research and didn’t want to feel pressured into anything before I knew the other options. I asked for the out the door price and she gave me an estimate.We set up an appointment, came in, and started the process. It was a long process - but there was no pressure to level up on the car. Even when discussing warranties with the other person (Ben I think) it was very low pressure to sign up for them. Her estimate matched with the out the door price. Plus they have a deal where you get an additional 500 off for being a recent graduate.Anyways - it took a while (which seems the norm for all dealerships) but it was a really great experience. They had the best leasing deal I could find for what I wanted, and a good amount of stock to choose from. I really liked Angelinas easy style of customer service via email and in person. Her emailing me with the information so quickly was definitely one of the deciding factors of choosing this dealership.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess. This isnt a beautiful car so dont advertise it as such, and when I ask is everything right with it over the phone might want to mention clear coat is peeling on half the door of the car. Made me waste time and money driving up and getting the cashiers check. Very disappointed just be honest and upfront.

Sales staff were truly nice, as advertised! Sales process at the dealership was unexpectedly slow, as they had more customers than planned (even though I had an appointment) which slowed the final paperwork phase. My sales rep was diligent in his attempts to conclude the process as quickly as possible. Part of the problem was beyond their control (a hiccup with Experian and holiday weekend). However, when my new vehicle was stuck at a charging station 2 days later, the service department refused to allow me to speak to a technician for help (neither did the 2 other dealerships contacted, some policy thing), and Nissan roadside assistant did not cover thus issue. My rescue took 3 hours and was facilitated by someone who services the charging station, who drove an hour to help me. This turned out not to be a Nissan issue, but one with the charging station provider. Still, I was disappointed by what seemed to be little interest in a new owners distress.
Ben was great! The whole service process was simple. Just dropped off my car for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Waited the allotted time. Then went on my way. Very painless.He let me know what the team did that day of the appointment, and what to expect for my 60k appointment. Great communication.
After spending 800 dollars on repairs my car wouldnt start when i pick it up.Pointing out some problems skye took off mad and did not want to listen to all the problems that was still not fixed that he say was. I wanted to talk to Kai but he still has not contacted me. I am trying to go up the latter to see if someone will respond.
The people there are nice however I paid $600 for them to patch up something that didn’t even solve the problem that I brought it there for. On top of that my car started stalling on my way home from picking it up. It stopped on the freeway several times and I almost got in a car accident because my car just was not running. The fastest my car would get up to is about 40 miles an hour on the freeway and my car never drove like this before I dropped it off it was a new car. Like I said the people they are very nice however I lost a lot of trust in the company because they put me and my son at risk driving home by not putting my car back together right and fixing what I brought it there for.
After arranging my deal online, I visited to receive delivery of the vehicle. I dealt with people who were friendly and helpful despite it being near the end of the day, where it would have been understandable for them to be a bit drained and on edge. Instead they were patient and explained every question I had. I was given time to read every document carefully before signing. There were some details of the process that could have been a bit smoother but I have no substantial complaints. This dealer had the best service during my negotiating and price comparisons between dealers...AND the best price.

I had a great experience for my first time purchasing a car they were very helpful very understanding.
Took care of the oil change, but quoted me ~50% higher than blue book value to replace a transmission that is starting to fail (within the mileage warranty, just outside time warranty) for a known CVT issue. There was no offer to support financially, and Nissan corporate refused as well. Will not be purchasing another Nissan vehicle; there are plenty of car brands with quantity products they stand behind.
One of the worse places I have been to. They say that they will help you find a car with bad credit but will tell you they will not help you with keeping the car when some bad things happen to you and are quick to shove the paper work back in to your face. Also they will not let you get your stuff out of the vehicle.
Sky was extremely helpful in resolving an extremely difficult issue on our Leaf.The guy deserves a raise and 10 stars and the Presidents award!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My husband and I came in to look at their Ford Mustang, the manager working got really mad because “someone” put the wrong price sticker on the car, treated us like trash the whole time like it was our fault and only kept the price we saw for that night and will change in the morning if we said no, offered a very insulting price on our newer vehicle trade in. Made us run our credit then was nice to us after he knew we could buy it. He would not work with us on numbers. He kept adding warranties that we did not want and told us it came with the car he will not take them off which he cannot do. When we decided no on the car because of the managers horrible attitude he then got in the mustang to park it and revved the engine the whole time😡 I was so upset with the experience and I was in tears with the way we were treated. I would avoid this place if I were you. We have now bought elsewhere and will not go back.

Went in for a lease they have advertise on there website for a lease special for a leaf for $99 but when you get there the price goes up with the dealer add ons the manager Carson Ties is the definition of a jack in the car business is a term you use for sales people that lie to get you in the door and try to up sale you when you get to the dealership, Im not sure how he became a manager. avoid him and this dealership.
Called in spoke to the sales person Angelina to get a quate on a leaf lease after 4 hours with her no call back I called and spoke to managers Carson Ties who told me would be $99 a month if I pay for all the fees or $115 if I had to fees included he said I would be in-and-out in 30 minutes, when I got there I had my 2013 Toyota Prius Appraised they offer me a $100 for it, after the show me the 1st quote it was a $179 with all the documentation included they were trying to charge me $500 for edging which is just a sticker that they put all over the vehicle for a anti theft, it wasnt a pleasant experience walked out. Called the salesperson the next day to get a copy of my quote And I havent got a response. I dont recommend this dealership if youre looking to buy a vehicle they dont respect your time and theyll lie to you just to get you inside the door.

I purchased a used vehicle from here on a Saturday. On Sunday the engine was making a horrible noise, took back to them and was told sorry nothing we can do but make you a service appointment but its automated, so who knows when. Oh and also there is no cooling off period in Oregon. I gave them every opportunity to fix problem and received nothing. Buyer beware with these guys I guess. Update..2 weeks later they are still trying to figure out the engine chatter.

Got an email reminder that my 20004 Frontier was due for service. The service was done and as far as I can tell, it was done correctly. The truck runs a little better now.
