I went to Drive Time in Gladstone September 2021 and the employee Dominique was very unprofessional and bad attitude the guy never smiled he doesnt seem like he likes working with the public. He told me that I needed to put down $22,000 on a Dodge Charger the Chargers price was $26,000! I had never heard anything like that regardless of credit. I ask him do you mean $2,200? He said Nope $22,000 I will never return to Drive Time again. Same day I went to another Car location and they got me right in a nice vehicle for a little money down

Sold me a car that needed an engine with in 5 days off me purchasing that vehicle told me that it was my fault how I’m the heck can I make a engine go out in 5 days (when I have videos and pictures of sealant from a blown head gasket in the reservoir on day 5) … customer service line is extremely rude TORRENCE to be exact if I could give 0 stars I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!! - I understand its a used car but come on now? Not even 5 days of driving! Slum lot like matildas daddy - GO ELSEWHERE!!!

They were misleading and untrustworthy. We were finalizing the transaction and they had my wife sign a “Vehicle Delivery Checklist” without going over the checklist. She felt uncomfortable doing this but was told she didn’t need to go through the checklist because if anything on the list needed fixing she had 30 days and they would fix it. I asked about the jack location and I was told there was no jack. But was told “The location FOR the jack was there.” When I asked about the spare tire, there wasn’t one BUT there was a can of inflatable sealant instead.They told us the car didn’t come with either and they weren’t going to correct the situation. I told them this had evaporated any trust we had in them. I asked about the safety issues involved with driving the car on the freeway with no spare or jack. They were unconcerned and told me it was normal for a car to have no spare or jack.

Bought a vehicle in June of 2021. Temp tags expired July 23 2021. Almost 2 months of not having the documents for my vehicle forced to drive it illegally some days not even attempting to drive to work because Ive had multiple warnings from local law enforcement I will eventually get a tickets if I continue to drive it without renewing my tags. I called bridgecrest they said I needed to contact drive time so I did and they told me it would be a couple weeks over a month ago. Now Im risking getting tickets I cannot afford and missing work because of it.

Staff was very friendly and professional as soon as I walked through the door. The sales rep who helped me was very nice and patient when I asked questions, answered, showed and explained to me what I asked it all made sense not confusing. Above all it was fast and simple. They will work with you.

Michael and Mark at gladstone and trevor at independence are extremely helpful and kind. All the cars are not so great so make sure you test drive them very well. I would also recommend that if u purchase a vehicle take it somewhere and have them check it out. You have 5 days and a 300 mile limit so do your diligence to avoid being stuck with a bad car. They also offer an extended warrenty that based on comparison of other companies is not that great but you do have 30 days to go over it and decide to keep it. Thats if car dont break down first. Make sure you have a large down payment regardless of what that online approval say.

First payment is roughly same amount Drive time or bridgecrest not willing to work with me to extended first or help with deductibleBridgecrest is stating that if first payment is not made by this Saturday I car could possibly get repossessed.Would not and am not going to promote drive time to anyone and in fact the 3 people who were going to go check them out is no longer doing so.Do not entertain drive time for any vehicle needs

I bought a car from them less than a year ago. Throught my time with the car I have over $5000 worth of shop repairs done to the car and thats the value of the car. Worst mistake of my life, I thought I could get a reliable vehicle for my family but I was wrong. Ive kept up with maintenance on this vehicle and have had the scheduled regular maintenance done. I hope no one ever has this same experience. $16000 left on a money pit.

They are a bait and swap type of place. Not only that but they up your interest without telling you and make it so that you have to pay more than the car was worth. They didnt even clean my car and my battery had corrosion on top of it so I couldnt even charge it.

My car buying experience through DriveTime was effortless!I began looking for a car in March and went to DriveTime to look at vehicles and figure out my down payment; however, due to my work schedule and other unavoidable situations, I wasn’t able to return until May to purchase a vehicle. During my visit in May I found the vehicle I was looking for, but was unable to complete the paperwork due to some issues with my insurance company. I was finally able to get back there on Friday to iron out all of the details and purchase a vehicle. This was my first time buying myself a car and they made it the BEST experience for me. I first saw Alex and he was GREAT I had cars in mind and he was honest and true, with his opinion and if it would be a right fit for me. We went over everything and I was very satisfied with it all. Kate was super nice and funny and got us through the entire process of helping me and my dad find a car we both loved! We drove it off the lot the same day and the manager was super nice from the moment we walked though the door! We were offered water, coffee, and popcorn while waiting and I loved they had a kids area where other dealerships have nothing for kids. He never returned any of my concerns and pretty much gave me the feeling that he wasnt caring about my interest trying to get into a vehicle. This place takes advantage of people with less than perfect credit. Came out of a divorce but always paid my Bills onetime. Sold me a car for 13k said it was below BB. Come to find out BB had it listed at less than 10k. Then tacked on fees and interest. All in all Im payin over 20k more for the car with interest and fees. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have say this: LITERALLY THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP THAT I’VE EVER BEEN TO! The application process took a minute but it went smooth and easy. My fiancé and I walked in around almost closing time but they were willing to stay open just for us. Greeted us, asked us if we wanted some water or snacks. Connor was our sales guy and he took care of us within 30 minutes maybe less! But after we got all our info we went right outside to look at my options that were in my price range. I have been to other car lots were the sales person was not honest and the cost of the car with the interest rate was ridiculously high. The down payment wasnt what I originally agreed to when I told I approved. This wasnt the case at Drive Time. I was so impressed. My down payment was what they said it would be. Conner my sales person was nice he helped me with understanding everything and making the car buying process easy. The greatest thing of all is that the sales tax is included! I ended up with a 2014 Nissan Altima 😍😍😍😍😍
