The best mechanic shop in Maryland. The owner by the name of Tom and his sons name is Tom also,they are good guys and they are the only ones that I trust under my hood. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I love the Auto clinic in Glen Burnie. Very honest and professional. They dont just work on your car they fix it.

Since I work close by and needed service, took car that had ABS light on. They were not busy so could look at the car right away. Was hoping they could replace just the part that was broken but they prefered to replace the whole assembly. I understand their position, do repairs that wont come back. Not the cheapest but fairly priced and the convenience was huge for me. Would recommend for general repairs. Honest and straight forward.

I’ve been patronizing this business for years now they’ve always fixed my vehicle explained the issue they don’t try to get over because I’m a female I’ve referred family members and friends I’ve even moved out of the area and I will travel just to bring my car to the shop. I Iove this place.

THE TECH THAT WORKED ON MY CAR WAS QUINCY AND HER WAS VERY GOOD AS FAR AS I CAN SEE AND A FUNNY KOREAN GUY AT THE FRONT DESK AS WELL WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN. I have been going to the Auto Clinic for 12 years now since my first car accident and have brought over 6 cars to them since. I have referred all of my family and friends to them as I truly believe they are the best in the business. They are more then fair with their prices and will go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best price for what you need, even if it sacrifices money out of their pocket by providing you with a less expensive alternative. They are personable, knowledgable and honest. I have moved 25 miles away from where I was when I first started going there but will happily go out of my way just to bring my cars to them. Wouldnt trade Tom and his team for anyone!

I took my Dodge caravan in for bad brakes I thought it would need brake pads, I was called after work was done and all it needed was brake pad cleaning. Im glad I wasnt taken advantage of! My daughters Honda Civic needed repairs and options were explained to me and again so glad I wasnt taken advantage of! One of the repairs for my daughters Honda Civic they preferred not to get into it and I was referred out to an unaffiliated company that was very reputable as well. I will be returning for any of my household vehicles. I appreciate their honesty and hard work. I recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience with Auto Clinic today. I had a Maryland Safety Equipment Repair Order that needed to be addressed. Even though they were busy, the employees were kind enough to inspect, verify and complete the required paperwork. The two employees I interacted were both personable and friendly.

This review is long over due! I cant say enough good things about Auto Clinic. They are honest, prompt and knowledgeable. I wont take my vehicle to anyone else. I always refer people to them. Thank you Tom and Junior!!

Although I did not have my vehicle inspected personally here, the vehicle I privately purchased was, and when I called from the mva to receive my perm tags (I will admit i had temp tags bc the title # originally had 1 typo on the original inspection paper) but when I called 2 days ago from the Annapolis mva in tears, mr. Lowman and I at 1st thought Id have to be inspected again bc I was past 90 days. At the last minute he saw my actual certificate date and honestly told me I had 3 days left to do it. He very well could have had me come in to redo it and I would not have been the wiser. He was so honest, and when I picked up my new paper (which the Annapolis mva told me I HAD to have, glen burnie ended saying I didnt) at 745 in the am he saw me walk in and immediately had my paper already printed and waiting for me like promised and like a dad would tell his daughter, told me to not leave the mva without my perm tags and to not let them tell me anything different bc everything was and had been correct all along and I only had 3 days left til my inspection actually did expire. I thank you and your auto store for helping me SO much for your assistance!

In regards to mrs.bayne.we at the auto clinic are a trusted and certified repair facility that has been serving the community for 33 years,not a handyman service.mrs bayne brought her 14 year old bmw in at the end of the summer for a window regulator replacement.some 3 months after the repair mr and mrs bayne returned claiming that there had been a water leak ever since the repair was made.after spending 4+ hours on the car we re-sealed a hole that was chewed through a rubber gromet on the fire wall and charged the customer less than an hour labor.they again returned last week with more water in the car. we explained to her that we are not a body shop and that we usually do not get involved with water leaks,but since we value her business and she was referred by a friend we would check it again if they could drop it off since we were busy at the time and that if we could not find the leak i would recommend a body shop that could take care of it.at that point our office manager and a good customer went out to the car to see if they could determine where the leak was coming from without mrs bayne having to leave her car.once it was re-determined that the water leak was not a result of the regulator replacement mr and mrs bayne proceeded to curse and become aggressive to our female office manager as well as a 74 year old war veteran who is also a model citizen and well known in the community

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.
