I trusted this guy to do work on my car that had my kids in it daily. I asked TIM to let me know anything that was wrong so that I could address it and pay for it properly. After three months of complaining not getting through on the phone line having a full voicemail and severe frustration —I had to send a friend there in order to get some answers. I told him I wanted to pick my car up that same day like I said it had been three months and demanded that I could come and do that.When my friend brought me to pick up my car later that day the brakes immediately began to fail. Once I pulled up at home thank God which was only a couple of miles away —and I watched as all of the brake fluid drained from my car into my driveway at a rapid rate and you could hear it as well it was going so fast.Upon inspection, my car carpet was pulled up and Taped back down with duct tape!! Mind you not one repair was made I got my car back in worse condition and ended up spending thousands to have my entire brake line repaired at a new company the following day!!Tim promised he would make it right but still to this day months later his voicemail stays full and he does not respond to people who are desperately in need of their cars. He takes advantage of women and he never does any of the work and blames it on other people at the shop.After weeks now I’m trying to have this situation reconciled I have finally filed a lawsuit.

My fiancee and her family recommended Tim and Ill never look back. He is as honest as they come and will work with you to diagnose and fix your issues because he genuinely cares about his clients. If theres something he cant do, hell try to steer you in the direct to get it resolved.There arent enough stars or praise on a review to truly rate the experience, so please do yourself a favor and take your issues there and see first hand.

TL; DR: Premier Auto & Truck are amazingly honest, phenomenally fair, knowledgeable, and capable auto mechanics who seem to be able to fix anything car related, from the very routine to the very out-of-the ordinary and complex car issues. Awesome, down-to-earth people who are pleasantly customer oriented.When a specialty mechanic shop you trust recommends another mechanic shop to you, you know you are about to be in good hands. Glen Burnie (GB) Transmissions recommended Premier Auto & Truck to me when my car was significantly losing power while driving. I had been to 2 other shops before GB Transmissions who both convinced me the issue was the transmission, but GB Transmissions told me it wasn’t a transmission issue. I asked for a recommendation and they told me they were confident that Premier Auto & Truck could take care of whatever was going on.I really thought my 2008 Subaru Legacy was just dying on me. It was an hour before closing on a Tuesday night when I drove into Premier Auto & Truck. Tim took me on last minute, listened to what was going on, helped me get a rental car, and then he and his team went to work on my vehicle the very next morning.It is now Thursday evening. My car has been returned to me and it is working just as it should be working.I rarely get to say this: They do everything the smart way. They used cameras in every internal part of my car to find out exactly where the issue was and to make sure they were only fixing what needed to be fixed. They did a great job at a fair price. I actually had several issues going on with my car, 2 of which no other shop or even the dealership could fix over the last 18 months. Tim and his team took care of both issues in about 2 days and at reasonable prices. Tim even followed up with me a few hours after I left the shop to make sure everything was still driving right.I live in Montgomery County (2 counties away) and I will happily be driving back to Tim and his shop when a car of mine needs any future services. I’ve always heard of auto mechanic shops like this existing. I’m really happy that I finally found one. I only wish I had known about Premier Auto & Truck sooner.

Tim is the best mechanic I’ve ever met! I have had experiences with several different mechanics and they pale in comparison to Tim. Always reasonable

Tim here at Premier Auto & Truck is truly a gentleman and a scholar. Not only was he professional he was extremely honest. He came highly recommend by Glen Burnie Transmission. He fixed my jeep in the time that he told me it would take. Did a great job and I am very thankful for his service. If you ever need an auto repair Tim is your guy. Plus his bulldog Milo in the shop is very friendly too.

Brought my car to Tim after a year of playing around with another mechanic to get my emissions issue fixed. Tim had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. Charged me the estimate even though he did some extra things. Today, my car passed the emissions test with flying colors. Tim has a new loyal and grateful customer.

Was referred to them from GBT thought my trans was going out GBT sent me to them to check car out . He pick the car up next day said bad plugs an faulty coil missing spring .Plugs i had put in 47,000 miles ago he had shown me looked like 147,000 miles . Gave me a very reasonable price considering I get Discounts on parts from son in-law . Wasnt worth me doing the work after he said what it was and for the price he Quoted me.
