Not sure why male mechanics assume ALL women are clueless & just agree with there recommendation for vehicles. If your check engine light comes on Tell me WHY? And it shouldnt take two days to tell me WHY? Now I can have it repaired & I wont have to guess if what Im having repaired is done correctly & by genuine mechanics!! And it wont take two days!! Do better Firestone😡😡

I was at the shop this afternoon for alignment and new tires. Greg, the staff who received me was very attentive and friendly. He gave me as much discount as he could and it helped me save quite some $$. Both jobs were done less than 2 hours, and Mark, the staff who checked out for me, was also very friendly. Best auto shop experience ever! I am going to their shop from now on!

Good guys. Diagnosed my problem quickly and gave us a couple of options for repair. We ended up saving a couple hundred dollars. Give them a try.

My husband called to get a quote on 4 tires and a front end alignment. This happened this afternoon 7/28/21. Kimberly answered the phone. She was rude. Belched in my husbands ear and did not say excuse me. We needed 245/45 ZR 20 tires. She said we don’t have any. She did not care. I suggest you get someone who answers your phone have better customer service. I will go else where for tires.

Definitely would recommend this location for your car needs. I made a reservation online and YOU WILL RECVIE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IT IS SCHEDULED!!! BUT!!!!!! Please call to verify. I made an appointment online for Sunday at 12pm and i was shocked to see availability but i read a review prior to scheduling that said that when they showed up to their appointment there was no reservation in firestones system. So before my “appointment” i called and like the person who left a review before me they had no record of the reservation so just call before showing up.Called on a Sunday - my tires were so bad my car was vibrating from the uneven tread. I had one tire that was almost bald.- Mr. Mark helped me he didnt have any tires my size in stock on such short notice but he told me he would call around to a few locations and call me back. I genuinely didnt expect a call back but about 40 minutes later he told me he only could find one tire and the other 3 he would have to order. I told him i was hoping to get at least the one tire put on because i really didnt feel comfortable driving on it . Mr. Mark squeezed me in to get the one tire put on and the other three were put on 2 days later.I really really appreciate the time Mr. Mark took to try and call up a few locations and really taking the time to help a customer in need. He wasnt even supposed to be working that sunday and he still came to work with a positive attitude . They also took a peak at my breaks for me for no charge just to get an idea of why a light may be on in my car as a courtesy.I really appreciate the gentleman at this location for going above and beyond. Because a-lot of other places probably wouldnt have done that.In total i paid around $680 for 4 new firestone all-season tires with an alignment.

I had a great experience. The general manager Greg went out of his way to make sure i was taken care of and he has my business for life. Its quality service like this that keeps people coming back!

Tried to charge me for a new tire because they was too lazy to plugged my tire. They claim the tire had a sidewalk puncture, but when I looked at it was tread puncture. So I had to plugged the tire myself. It was unbelievable how they was trying to charge for a whole new tire instead of a 15 min job that cost less than a brand new tire.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, as I was unable to actually get service at the scheduled appointment time. They scheduled me for a 1PM oil change, sent confirmation email, then when i showed up, the service associate informed me that I had to call to confirm the appointment, despite the email stating that I’m confirmed, and that if my time was going to be unavailable, they would be calling me. Then the service associate begrudgingly added that if I wanted an oil change, they would have to keep the vehicle until the end of the day. I wound up getting service a mile away & my oil change was done in under 20 minutes.

Had a nail in my tire was told they were only taking appointments. How am I to predict getting a nail in tire in order to make appointment. No attempt was even made to try and help. No appointment no service.....

This is the best, most trustworthy auto care place I have been to. As a young female, I have tried SEVERAL auto care places with my brand new bought car and have always been taken advantage of, being told I need unnecessary services, have a nail in my tire and need a new tire, and so on on when I clearly know what my car needs. This is the first place that actually listens to what I need or what I want, and never recommends more. I even replaced some parts myself ahead of time that I knew I would need and instead of getting rude comments, they congratulated me and told me that is awesome. They may seem busy at times and very quick on the phone, but their services are worth it and I rather wait than get taken advantage of at another auto care. Stay away from the Odenton Firestone as that place has been my worst nightmare. Come here instead.

What a joke.I called this place on a Saturday to make an appointment for four new tires and an alignment. They told me I can come in late afternoon. Once I got there they told me they wouldn’t be able to do that day because they didn’t have enough mechanics (didn’t tell me this over the phone). They then asked me to leave it overnight and I could pick it up the next day. I reluctantly did that. Then guess what?!?! The next morning they call me and say they can’t replace my tires because they don’t have them in stock.What a joke! They kept my car overnight to just call me the next day to tell me they don’t have the tires in stock!

This was the worst auto care center I’ve ever been to on my life. The attendant Steve wanted to do work on the car that it didn’t need. Steve was very Rude and didn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car. Beware of trusting this car center

My experience was great. I had early morning appointment I scheduled online. Very professional I reccommend.

Scheduled appointment for 11am, took them 6 hours to replace two rear tires, when I called about it they got rude with me on the phone. Upon pick up they didn’t even bother to wipe the wheel /tire down, covered in Grease and dirt from the shop.

Never more than one technician and unwilling/unable to fix their own mistakes

We took our vehicle their to get the ac fixed. It was making a hissing noise in the back vent and blowing hot air out. So they put dye In and told us that should hold us for a while. It then was blowing cold air out but not even 5 days later started to make hissing noise and blowing hot air out again!!! Ill never take it to that place again. Ill try somewhere else instead....

My family has been going to Firestone for normal maintenance and tune-up needs. They have always been Fair priced and they get you in and out of there as they promised. They call you if any extra work needs to be done that way you can approve or disapprove the price.

My car broke down suddenly after a loud knocking noise. It was towed to Firestone. I was told I needed a starter. They had my car 16 days and then called after I paid 500 and said they couldn’t fix or diagnose any further. I pay to have it towed and spoke to two different mechanics who explained that I paid way too much money and the starter isn’t going to work if the engine is bad. It was my engine and I had to have it replaced. I called and spoke to one of the mechanics explaining what I had been told and he said “you authorized the transaction” no apology no solution of acknowledgement nothing! Do not take your car here!

Love this location.The crew is very helpful, respectful, and passionate about their careers.They figured out the issue with my car in less than two (2) minutes and was able to service me within thirty (30) minutes of closing. ❤️.

This Firestone used to be a great place to go. Used to be!!!! Not anymore. Twice I’ve called them to fix an issue on my Chevy Tahoe and twice I’ve been told they don’t know how to do it! One case was an air conditioner issue and another was a battery. Not sure why they call themselves a complete auto service center. All they seem to want to do is change a tire or change oil. Lost me as a loyal customer!!!!

Shawn(sp?) Went above and beyond to make sure all customers were satisfied. He kept me up to date and looked into multiple options to ensure I got the best price for my money. I went there for a tire repair but ended up purchasing a full set of tires based off his and the mechanics recommendation. They pointed out something that could have been a safety nightmare. This is a top notch location with great customer service.

Tire low-pressure light was on 2 days. Arrived at Firestone 15 minutes before closing (7 pm). I explained the problem and they graciously fit me in. After filling the tires they answered my questions. Service was no charge but I gave them a tip. Was very pleased with their service and professionalism. Thank you !!!

Not all Firestone Auto Care Centers are created equal, this one is no different. From excellent customer service at the front desk to the skilled mechanics in the shop itself I have yet to be disappointed. The prices are very fair and the work they have completed on my vehicles has been exceptional. I was even able to get scheduled last minute for a tire emergency I had the day before traveling on the 4th of July with no issues. Thanks team, your my shop, see you in the future!

This morning I had a nail in my tire. First, I tried going to Mr Tire and they were not open at the time it says they should be. I was lucky to see Firestone across the street. Front desk associate was friendly and welcoming and let me know I would be serviced right away. I’m thankful for the sense of urgency as I have to get to work as soon as I can since I’m already late. Thank you Firestone I appreciate the great customer service.

Firestone Jeremy and Dawn and the rest of the Gang, have done a wonderful job on my personal vehicle. Having to take my wifes vehicle in to have the window repaired, was a bit of a challenge. Fortunately they got it all fixed up and working properly again. Do their ingenuity and craftsmanship everything is working order. I would not take my vehicle any place else for the repairs that it needs. These are people who go out of their way to make it as simple to complete a task and for the right amount of money.

The service was fast and complete! We got a quote on our brake job on July 19th, and our final bill was less than the quote. It took them less than 2 hours to complete the job. They are always nice to us, and made sure we knew how long the wait time was. For over 15 years they have served us well with our different cars. Will always go back!

Amazing service! I had an appointment at another tire company to repair my flat tire. I get there only to be told they did not have time for me. This was on a Sunday and almost every other place closed at 5 and it was a little after 4 already. I called multiple place only to be told they could not do it. This was the Sunday before new years eve so I feel it was not a problem with time but rather did not feel like doing so close to closing time. Firestone was my last hope and the lady who answered was super friendly and said she could do it but may be a small wait since they were dealing with someone who had an appointment. Now all these other places didnt even try to see if they could squeeze me in. It was just a plain ..Not happening today but can put you in for tomorrow now some of these places it may have been legit but doubt all of them. Either way this place told me they would do it and even had other appointments. I will come back to have all other car repairs done at this location.

I scheduled an appointment on Friday and had to reschedule for Sunday, I spoke with a guy who rescheduled me on Sunday. When I arrived I was told my appointment wasn’t logged. However DAWN was absolutely amazing 😉!!!! She saved the day I absolutely have to travel out of state this afternoon and because of her and the staff preeminent customer service, empathy to my service needs to include just the warm good hearted atmosphere I felt I was treated like family! I asked for the corporate number to express my concerns and let them know I’ve been a customer of 5 years and today they again completely WOWED ME!!! I would have been devastated it I couldn’t attend a love ones funeral. Thanks for providing safe and friendly service! I know there are many options but Believe me! This place should be your first option!!! THANKS DAWN and staff!!!!

BEWARE!!! My wifes front brakes were squeaking, so we brought her SUV in. We were told that the rear brakes were under warranty, so theyd change those out at no cost. I received a call later on telling me the front brakes were in fact bad and again told me no charge for the rear brakes. When we got to the store to pay, they argued with us and said that there was a $145 charge when we were told TWICE thered be no charge. On top of that, we were charged $18 for a battery cleaning fee. I didnt authorize that nor did I agree to it. I filled out a survey and the store manager called me. He apologized and said the rear brakes were under warranty and hed refund the $145. When my wife got there, they refused to refund the money even though they told me on the phone they would. So we were lied to 3 times, charged for services were didnt agree to, and were treated very poorly. Stay away from this place.

Great and timely service!

This place is where Ive always gotten my tires from since Ive had my first car. The lady at the front desk is always polite and helpful and she has remembered me each time Ive come in for a service. Ive gotten two tires and two alignments here and each time what I needed was done within the same day in a reasonable amount of time. Ive never had any problem here.

Went in for a Rotation and Balance. Price was pretty reasonable had to wait a little though they got my car done relatively quickly. Would have given 5 stars but they used outer rim weights for the balance job instead of sticky low profilers on the inside of the rim. No complaints other than that. Would recommend.

Great service. Blew two tires and bent a control arm on a business trip. Staff made an extra effort to find parts and fix the car quickly to get me back on the road. Really appreciated.

Thought today was a good day to get some work done on the car and so did a lot of people. However the service was very good and technicians had good customer service.

I went in on a busy Sunday morning to have my TPMS sensors reprogrammed after swapping over my winter wheels for summer wheels. Dawn got me scheduled right away and recommended a good spot for breakfast down the street. I was expecting to wait awhile since there were multiple customers ahead of me but I was still in the middle of my breakfast sandwich when Dawn called and said I was all set.My experience with the staff was great and their customer service is on point.

Initially rated this shop w/2 stars b/c I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time just for them to say they couldnt get my car on the alignment rack due to the lip on my front bumper. They were extremely courteous though. Changed my rating to 4 stars b/c after I took off my front lip, they were able to align my left rear wheel, which nobody has been able to do for years. I trust these guys to do a good job and am only taking off 1 star because of the initial hassle I had to deal with.

Left my car there for them fix. For more than $100 they didnt diagnose the problem, wouldnt even touch the car for a fix because its a direct injection engine, and (the biggest problem by far) the car was not taken car of properly. They left my car in the parking lot overnight with all the doors unlocked, the hood open, and (this is a professionalism thing) the odb cover on the floor. Guy at the front said hed talk to his techs the next day, so i assume there will be no talk and more cars will be treated the same. Huge waste of money.

The front desk lady who works here is always helpful. I cant remember her name, I think it may be Dawn. The service here is quick and efficient.

We used this location on the recommendation of a family member. We needed new tires after a severe slash on one of four old tires. In addition to new tires, we were recommended to repair and replace our rear brakes, which another Firestone location had missed entirely only about a month before. They also offered to try their hands at a couple repairs wed been told were only capable of being repaired by a dealer. Im really impressed at their prompt responses, great costumer service, and thorough work. My family will certainly be using them for all future work on any of our vehicles.

Been here twice. Great service both times. Marcus and Chris were very patient with me and all my questions and needs. They had no problems explaining and showing me what my car problems were and how they were going to fix them. Its nice to know I can count on them being new to Maryland.

Ive been going to this shop for years, and Im likely more than a bit biased as they have always been the closest shop to my home (walking distance, even), but the relationships Ive legitimately built with the mechanics at this location specifically have made every experience awesome. I run into the techs randomly throughout Glen Burnie, and we end up sharing friendly hellos. While the upper management has done its share of churning, Im okay with that so long as I keep getting to return to top notch techs more than willing to show complete transparency in the work theyre doing on my car (113,000+ miles and counting!).

We have visited this store twice and had Shawn as our mechanic both times. We got exactly what we went in for at a fair price. Every employee we encountered was more than helpful!

My mother took her car here to get her AC fixed. First of all, it’s extremely overpriced. Second, she received her car back with extreme damage to both the drivers side and passengers side door. Dents. Deep scratches. When she confronted them about it both the mechanic and the “manager” said that it must have happened in a parking lot and that it did not happen there and “what do you want us to do about it”.Poor customer service. Poor service in general. Over priced. And now she’s left to deal with a damaged car. DO NOT give your business to this place.

Just all around good service, not so crowded that you are being told 3 hours off the break . This is my 2nd time. Mrs Dawn is very inviting and they just worked fast not alot of office hanging out...

These guys are great! We were on our way to the beach, car packed, when we noticed our back tire had significant damage. Called Firestone and they squeezed us in and replaced 2 tires on very short notice. Such great customer service! Thank you, Jeremy and team!!!

I was told to get my rear wheels aligned i needed cam bolts. 2009 chevy equinox does not have rear cam bolts!! also they stripped 3 lugs putting on the front tires. I picked up the lugs but when i went back i was told i must buy the lugs thru them.

Amazing customer service!! Fast and friendly stayed open past their closing time to put a new tire on for me! I will be a customer for life! Highly recommend that you come here for your tire needs!

The people were friendly and the lady gave us a good recommendation for where to eat breakfast while we waited. My concern is that they say they performed an inspection, yet I received no inspection report with the specs etc to support their recommendations of the things that need fixing. They didnt have all of the information when I asked questions and then the car had been dropped and moved out, so I couldnt get the information I need. As the daughter of a mechanic, I am well versed in automotive knowledge, so I dont just take peoples word for things...I ask questions and do my due diligence before just paying hundreds to get work done (Id do my own oil change and brake work if I had the space & tools).The last time I took the car in, they couldnt tell me what had caused the flat tire. They just said it wasnt repairable and they didnt show me where the damage occurred on the tire how other Firestone locations usually do, so I paid for a new tire. That being said...Ive been going to Firestone locations (as a company) from Colorado to here for 17 years. I will set my expectations with them the next time I go in and see what happens. I believe in second chances! 😊

Watch out for the quote, its much lower than the final bill. Ive been dealing with 2 other local Firestons and have never ever had this done. Very upsetting.

Great place! Had a issue with a tire from another firestone off of eastern ave that just got installed a week ago and took it here instead because of past experience at the eastern ave location and these guys are Great! I only had a hour before I had to leave for a trip to VA and they pulled me right in and fixed my leaking bead on the rim in a hurry! Very fast service and friendly workers! The tech was nice, didnt try to upsale me anything, they just got me in and out in a hurry! Thank you guys I appreciate it very much! Youve earned my business for tires from now on.

There are two managers ( at Firestone who worked July 5th and 6th, 2019 are dishonest!! I went to the Firestone on July 5th for a tire replacement. I called twice to verify if tires were in stock. When I arrived they stated there was no tire due to inventory. I found out that the tired may be able to be repaired. When I came back on Saturday, July 6th I asked the managers to check to see if it could be repaired Shawn Day Jr (Store Mgr.) seemed to catch an attitude and Dawn Baker ( Mgr. of Tire Sales) lied to me and stated they were going to just replace because I wouldnt know if repair would hold until I left. When pressed she relented and told tech I wanted to check if could be repaired. If Firestone executives are monitoring your social media, I would advise you to check into their dishonest practices. I went to this place on 04/02/2017 to get four new tires for my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I am originally from New Jersey; Therefore I explained the whole situation and asked the representative the was working at that time if they could replace my tires on the same day since i had to drive back home. She told me yes and gave me a quote for over $900.00 dollars for four Bridgestone tires and alignment. The price was not an essue because i did not feel safe with my old tires and i had a long drive to go. The front desk representative told me to leave the car and they were going to have it ready by 5:00 p.m. I came back at 5 and the car was on the same place I left it, the representative told me they did not have time to fix it. I was upset because now I had to dive back home with my unsafe tires and the fact that I was lie too, I would had appreciated if she had just told me the truth and I would had replaced them somewhere.

Employees are always very nice and do good work for reasonable prices for a auto repair shop.

Firestone has a horrible reputation for adding on work and parts that you dont really need. I have to admit that they are great at conning people out of money and making excuses on why the quotes are so high.There are literally dozens of places you can get work done on your car in Glen Burnie so save your money and leave Firestone for the suckers that dont know any better.

Overpriced by more than $500 for quote on brakes. Will take advantage of women. Too bad I wasn’t born yesterday.

I tried calling this location at 6:45 on a Monday to schedule an oil change later in the week and they just let it ring for 10 minutes. I called the location on Hanover at 6:56 and they picked up immediately. In the past when I have gone for other routine maintenance something was always wrong( 1-screwed the cap to my oil filter on too tight to the point where they ended up breaking it trying to get it off.2-asked them to check my tires because the tire light was on and the next day I had a flat tire!) the list goes on! Dont go to this location!

I made an appointment for an oil change, when I arrived they said it would be 2 hours. Why did I make the appointment? Went again recently for a tire. They said the only one they had left was 130 dollars. They tried to convince me that my Toyota Corolla had a rare tire size. Everyone else said 70 dollars. Scammers at this place.

I pretty much only get regular oil changes here (synthetic blend), always with a coupon (and if i dont have one, the coupon price is usually honored anyway, sometimes before i even ask). A handful of times, ive had appointments but had to end up waiting up to 40 minutes for my car to get into a bay but as for quality of service and attentiveness of staff, im very pleased. Techs regularly recommend services and products (on the receipt) but havent been pushy about getting other services. The waiting area is pretty small (7 seats, i think, maybe 6) but i dont care. Ill continue using the glen burnie Firestone store whenever possible.

After I booked my appointment over the phone, I showed up at 7am on a Saturday and the person refused to perform the service on my vehicle. I guess they wanted to continue sitting around drinking coffee and eating donuts instead of earning my business.

I go there for oil changes and battery issues as well as tires only.

I made an appointment for an alignment at 1pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, with only one other person in the shop, and was told that it would be 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, they hadnt taken my car inside. I asked about it and was told that they were going to get started in a minute or two. I waited another 15 minutes and they still hadnt even taken my car inside. I asked again and was told that they were going to look at it in another 5 minutes or so. I asked for my keys and left. I dont know what I did to offend them, but they clearly didnt want me as a customer.

These guys try to say $120-150 per axle just to look at the brakes, this doesnt include the price on any parts. They also showed me a bogus brake fluid test claiming my lines need to be flushed when it was done not even a month ago.

Worst service ever !!!! I was told 2hours and come back after 2 and a half hours and my car hasnt bin touched !!! Wasted my entire day off waiting for nothing !!!!! Worst place ever !!! I had an 11am appointment no phone call to let me know they havent even looked at my car !! The manager sits right in front of me ignoring me !!!!! Worst service ever!!
