After a nightmare experience with Ashley Furniture who overcharged, over promised and literally couldnt deliver, my wife and I decided to go to AFW in Glendale.We got the exact same bedroom set that Ashley tried to aggressively sell us for hours but then couldnt get delivered to us for months in less than half an hour with less than a weeks delivery time.The price was $2000 less, the delivery and assembly was the most efficient and professional that weve ever seen and it was the exact same set (Ashley brand) that we had gotten the run around about at Ashley.The AFW experience was well beyond anything that we could have expected. This is the only place that we will buy furniture from in the future!

I have had furniture delivered 3 times in the past 6 years from American Furniture Warehouse and it is always a 5 Star experience. From the sales person I work with, to the hard working and courteous delivery team. Something you should never take for granted is the hard work and dedication of others. My recent delivery was nothing short of perfect, and the gentleman who braved the Arizona Summer heat to carry very heavy furniture up three flights of stairs, deserve to be recognized. If you tip your pizza delivery person, you should truly do the same for you furniture delivery team. I absolutely recommend American Furniture Warehouse.

Ian Brown is the best salesman. He was kind and informative about the products. We felt like family. When the furniture was delivered the 5 star experience continued. The gentlemen who delivered were polite and made quick work setting up the furniture. They even helped move it in place. If you shop anywhere else, you are settling for 2nd best.

Great experience here and the staff are all wonderful and helpful! Top quality furniture. We furnished our entire home a year ago for roughly 6K and everything is still in amazing awesome condition. We bought a full dinning table set, 2 large entertainment stands, 2 TVs, a chaise chair that pulls out into a twin bed, a hall tree and a three seat, 2 seats recline leather couch that plugs in so you can charge your phone from the middle seat. Also a full bedroom set, king bed frame, mattress and box spring, two nights stands and a large dresser with a mirror. The one entertainment center has a fireplace in it.

We got our furniture when we wanted it and a convenient time slot as well. Great service in the store and great service at delivery.and the quality of our items are top notch. Definitely buy here again!

My wife and I were shopping for new kitchen & dining room chairs. We were able to purchase the kitchen chairs with delivery within a few days, but the dining room table & chairs must be stuck on a container ship off Long Beach, CA harbor, because they said it may be June of next year (8 months) before they would be able to deliver them! We went ahead & completed our purchase because we liked the set.

We were able to find a gorgeous media cabinet at an excellent price. The sales staff and the delivery staff were all awesome!We were also able to find chairs that will compliment our custom built dining table, again at at awesome price!

Nadia was helpful with giving us all the information we needed while shopping, making sure things were in stock and if not, she would provide us with the expected ship dates for every product we had our eyes on.The delivery wait was only a week which was not bad considering the long expected wait times had I went anywhere else.At the time of delivery, the delivery men were considerate and made sure everything was adjusted and placed exactly where we wanted it to be. They did a clean job as well. No bumps or scratches. Couldn’t be more happier.This will be my go-to furniture store from here on out.It was such a pleasant experience!

Absolutely amazing store to get amazing furniture from! We bought a beautiful dining table for my kitchen and they set it up so quickly as well as neatly. The employees on the showfloor were very helpful. The facility was clean, too! It was very easy to shop there but hard to make a decision because all of the furniture is beautiful. And please believe...THEY DO beat Wayfair and Amazon prices 😊👍💯 The deliverers were kind, courteous and actually came 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Loved it! Delivery and set up was scheduled, and our selections arrived on time... My wife is still getting a few more items, and American Furniture Warehouse is always her first stop... Great customer service. One of our pieces needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service and it was easily scheduled, and we were very satisfied...

They have got great collections with the best price in the valley. No gimmicks such as 5 year warranty and additional money for that. I have bought 2 furnitures from afw and both are in excellent condition. Timely delivery and cant ask for a better price than what I paid for.

Ive ordered online from them and picked up. Ordered and had deliveries but I never had been in the store! Wow what a fantastic place. Im older and walking can be an issue they had plenty of little motorized scooters and they really zip. We were able to find what my son was looking for. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Delivery was fast and easy and hes very happy with this furniture.

When we were told our original order was pushed back until December (we ordered in June), we decided to go to the store and see if they had a suitable replacement in stock. They did and we actually like it better. Delivery was smooth and easy. I would definitely warn folks to look and be sure what you want is in stock. If it is, buy it. You wont be disappointed.

We have bought a lot of furniture from them over the years. Always good quality product. Always felt like their pricing was reasonable as well. They also offer a year of financing interest free which is one reason why we like them so much but my husband and I bought a few things this past time and have been very disappointed with them. Everything we bought was on back order which is fine, we get it, times are tough right now, but we waited 2 months for our furniture. And when we finally got it half of it was the wrong couch! The delivery man said the numbers matched up but thought it looked off when loading it up. Very upsetting since we already waited this long. Now were looking at another 2-3 weeks. 😡 Not happy.

We went in looking for a new bed for our son. His height and age let us know he was ready to graduate from the twin size bed hes had since grade school. There was surprisingly a great selection for simple teen furniture! When you see a salesperson in a red polo theyll always be glad to help you out. Even if youre browsing dont be shy and let them know any thoughts it helped us find exactly what we didnt know we wanted. The price for what we had gotten seemed fair and their delivery and assembly service was top notch!

The recliner set we wanted was not in stock and had to be back ordered whish took about 8 weeks for it to arrive, however that was pretty much exactly what our sales rep told us. When our rep notified us of the arrival, she asked for a convenient delivery date and we provided several options. The date was scheduled and we were notified the day before delivery of the 2 hour time window. We also received notification the morning of the delivery of the exact time the team would arrive to deliver the furniture. The delivery team was professional, efficient and courteous. Overall this was one of the best purchase and delivery experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend AFW! I have not had good luck buying anything of quality here. Furniture used to last for years. I have two recliners ready for the dump after 3 years. Maybe buying something like a table might be ok but my experience is items dont wear well. Hopefully you have better luck.

By far best selection of furniture in the area. I was looking for a sleeper sectional with an actual mattress, not the futon style sleeper. Couldn’t find what I was looking for until I got to American Furniture Warehouse. Not only did I find what I wanted, the price was extremely competitive. AFW also offered quick delivery options (purchased on a Thursday, delivery on Sunday) and the delivery price was cheaper than the other stores I had been to as well. Now for the real MVPs…the delivery guys were amazing. The elevator in my building was just barely too small for the couch to fit. They carried it up FOUR FLIGHTS. I would highly recommend AFW and will for sure go back for any future furniture needs.

False advertisement! The display couch was not the same as the one we bought! It had no feather to be found on the display but the one we received has turned our living room into a what looks like a hit and run of a bird farm! This is ridiculous you can’t even sit down to watch a movie without feathers getting in your hair and poking you all over. Also, the floor is covered with feathers 24/7. They’re visibly just sticking out everywhere! Buyer beware, you will not get what you pay for!!

After buying from Ashley and being guaranteed to have our furniture by a certain date, and to be told the day of arrival the furniture would be another 30 days out, we went over to AFW to look. Sonia took could care of us on two leather couches we upgraded from what we originally were waiting on from Ashley. We canceled the Ashley order and even ended up buying a giant dining room table. Couches arrived today and were very pleased. They delivery guys rocked. They even helped us set up the throw down carpets and were extermly patient. Good delivery services- fast and efficient. The table was in mostly good condition, though there are some minor water stains that spread across about 2 square feet of the table top. The wood seems sturdy.

As far as an AFW store it was door it was OK. Doesnt. The selection was really good as expected and the floor personnel were average.When it came to the delivery 1700 miles away at our home in Southern Alabama the 2 delivery guys were absolutely outstanding. Showed up at 9:30 at night when they were due the next morning.. Arrived just ahead of a storm and set up all of our furniture in record speed very polite and very efficient. They could not have done a better job. Excellent service.

We stopped in looking for a new mattress. This store offers a wide variety. The sales representative was very helpful and let us explore the different types without standing over us. We made our selection and completed the purchase. The sales representative was very helpful in ensuring that we were able to get the mattress in a timely and friendly manner.

I bought my daughter a bed 3 months ago and it collapsed while she was watching TV. Their warranty only covers it being repaired. Okay fine. Last Saturday they come out to repair it, one man shows up and says he cant repair it because hes alone...I sent pics they knew what they were dealing with. Fine...today I sit around for their guys to show up ( window was 1:15-3:45) I called twice for a call back to see whats happening about 4:15 and again at 5...no call backs! No show still and its coming up on 7pm. I am so disappointed with AFW.

Bought an area rug with the understanding that they needed to install padding etc. Just one guy came and I don’t think he knew he was supposed to do that. He did the best he could, but where the padding was too big he just folded it. So the rug does not lay flat and has many wrinkles. Hoping in time it will lay down flat. It really should have been a two person job. Not completely satisfied.

Several items that I want are out of stock and the wait time is horrendous. But if you want it you have to pay for it up front which I dont think is right since you have to wait several months before you can get the furniture.

Furniture will last only 1-2 years. This includes the color on tables (fading or rubbing off), bar stools( wood breaking) and stitching on leather sofas. No company will do repair on the furniture. Its cheap and disposable if needed for a quick staging of houses. But, furniture is not good for personal use. Oh, the mattress are decent. Those I would buy again.Off to buy a new leather couch from another company.

I bought a new Cal King mattress. The delivery tracking was extremely accurate. I got a text and call 10 minutes before delivery. The 2 delivery guys were very fast, courteous, and professional.

The product quality of the first sofa we purchased was poor. The frame broke and the cushions started to compress and bow after only one month. However, AFW was good about an exchange and their customer service was acceptable.

Not too much to complain about this this store, lots of choices, delivery and set up went well product was worth the price….10/19 I’ve taken three stars away here it is not even two weeks later and the bed is broken I left it at two stars because they are coming to replace it

Very disappointed. We have been loyal with our purchases from American Furniture Warehouse for many years. We have spent several thousands of dollars. Today we purchased a bed and mattress( in a box) Waited for well over an hour, when we got the text that our order was ready, they refused to load the furniture in our truck because my husband had a hitch in the bed of the truck. I understand they have procedures to follow but my husband said he could make it work and offered to load it himself, they still refused. Unfortunately the customer service representative inside didn’t care one way or the other about our issue so we requested a refund. The salesman apologized. But not one person offered to try and make this work without having to cancel the sale. After many years of purchasing from American Furniture sadly we will be taking our business somewhere else.

We had been there three times. Fell in love with a sectional that had recliners and a chaise, but they did not have it in stock. They said it was back ordered for at least 8-12 weeks. If we wanted to pay for it now we could but if it doesnt come back in stick they would refund us in August... seriously?! We pay over two grand and get nothing for 3 months. At least put a sign on the sectionals, or any other furniture that is out of stock and/or back ordered. Our sales lady was sweet and knowledgeable. She knew we really liked the backordered.sectional so she showed us a similar sectional. She let us know we could trade out the pieces and it came with pillows. Sold! We love our new comfortable and modern sectional. Although it doesnt have recliners, it does have incredibly firm yet super comfortable chaises.

Sales people were very helpful, yet not pushy. Delivery people were extremely helpful (took old recliner out of house) and explained the warranty on the new one, explained how new chair works. The double recliner loveseat feels great, comfortable, and works reliably. Love it!! Highly recommend that you check out products and prices at American Furniture Warehouse! =-D

Very nice furniture. Very few places have actual leather and here you can find so many options. Service is excellent, always on time, respectful, reliable. Prices are good, not expensive. Quality is also very good.

We put a purchase in for a couch and was told that it would be delivered in a month and a half. We waited for its delivery and got no update. When we called, we found out that it had still not arrived and would at least be another month. Customer service was extremely poor.We ended up buying another couch from living spaces that was delivered for free the next day. I advise that you do not waste your time and shop somewhere else.

Not only that I had to pull this sign I wanted to buy off the wall only to get to the register and the lady said she had to call the warehouse. I asked what the issue was since there was a price on it and she had no answer. Of course nobody from the warehouse answered the phone and I said forget it. I dont have the time to wait around as Ive already been here over an hour and nobody on the floor wanted to assist me either. I will NEVER shop there again

Bought this table a month ago. Called to see if there was anything they can do about the water ring and fading that have already appeared on the table. Laura the CS manager told me there is nothing they can do and people use coasters on their tables and I should Google it. I have 3 teenagers that live in this house ( so good luck with that ) . Ive seen tables with water rings before but with years of use not 1 month! So if you live in house with kids do not buy your tables here! Also purchased a couch that was shipped and delivered with cardboard bugs, that I didnt even mention Laura.
