I had to drive to several locations to get semi gloss paint. This is ridiculous. I will start shopping at another paint store. This location did a good job

My experience at the Grand Prairie Sherman & Williams store was great. The sales associate was courteous and helpful. I definitely will purchase paint again at this location.

I bought more than a thousand dollars worth of paint online. I did not hear back and after 5 days, I had to call to check on my order myself.I experienced TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: A lady answered the phone and stated she had called and that I didnt answer. That is incorrect, I had 0 missed calls from sherwin williams store on my phone.Furthermore, the store should have contacted me by email since my online order prompted my email info and they stated they would contact me when my order is ready (this never happened).The lady working in this physical store answered the phone very rudely and hung up the phone on me!!I had to physically go to the store in person (Wed Feb 10th) to talk to her to see what was going on since she refused talk or explain to me over the phone. I tried calling back several times and she never picked it up..she was actively trying to avoid me.Overall, due to this experience with this specific representative, I will never buy anything else from your store and would never recommend your products to anyone. This store should provide better customer service training to their representatives! (she was working by herself and stated she was the manager!.. which is shocking!). I have already filled out the feedback form on website.

Today was not a good day usually Preston takes care of us with no hesitation, today the manager Hispanic lady was so rude and while she was talking to us she literally just walked away like really wow at that point we are walking out. Thank God for the other lady working today at least she was willing to try to fix the problem. Sorry I am disappointed but our company will no longer use Sherman Williams. Home Depot did take care of us three minutes later and we got our loyalty discount. Store is a good location and clean but the service from the management is horrible and that wasn’t my first time experiencing rudeness from her this week.

So I came into this store today to return some caulk that I had purchased a few months ago. It was a box of 950A caulk and had never been opened and was in mint condition. The associate told me he could not process a return because the purchase was too old. I actually had to show him how to look up the receipt and he kept typing my last name wrong (Lambert). He said he couldn’t do a return on a correction but then said he couldn’t do it because it was so old. Which one is it?? I don’t know if he didn’t want to do the refund because it was old or because he didn’t know how to do it. There was literally no one in the store so he wasn’t busy. I spent around $2K at this store last year and worked with Dan but apparently this store is under new management. I still have future projects to do for my house but I will consider going to another company going forward.

The paint is expensive but nice. I cannot say enough good about Daniella, our sales person. She spent a lot of time with me in choosing the correct paints for our single-family rental and I really appreciate her help.

Go to the larger store on pioneer that is 8 minutes away from here!! I went into the Grand Prairie store because it’s the closest to me. I needed to get a 5 gallon bucket of paint tinted from museum tower white to a shade of tan, cork wedge. The manager, Diana Gomez, said they couldn’t do it because they were having issues with too many people returning paint and they are too small to take the risk. They refused after me asking me several times and assuring them I didn’t care if the color was off a little bit. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of paint at this store previously. I was told to go to the larger store 10 minutes down the street on pioneer parkway. I will never go to the smaller sherwin Williams again. The larger store on pioneer was great. They have a wider selection and friendly staff. Even had free coffee! Justin helped me out and was able to get the exact color even though I told him I didnt care if it was off a bit.

I normally loved this place but their sales associate Darlenee is so rude. She always has a bad attitude and answers in such an unprofessional manner. She seems like she doesn’t care what comes out of her mouth. I have stopped going to that store completely due to her attitude.

I like their exterior paint is very easy to work with very good quality and durability you can paint with weather as low as 35 degrees is awesome

Great experience. I had to call my contractor to confirm the paint and the worker listened to our convo and swapped out the paint for the correct one before I even hung up! Very pleasant and even put the 5 gallons in my trunk for me.

They have all the paint, tools, and supplies as well as free advice for any painting job.

I liked the personal service, the fact that it wasnt a big box store. They deal in this specialty and know their products well.

I visted the store to get a stain for my wooded stairs. I brought a piece of my floor which needed the color to match. We picked a stain and went back home. The stain did not match at all and I messed up the wood.So I went back to the store and like told by the friendly gentleman, I brought a sample of teh color, a piece of the bare wood which I would like to stain and the old color. We left all those things at the store and he took his time to match the color. Next day it was ready to be picked up - free of charge. Now the color matches perfectly and I could not be any happier! Great service and friendly staff! Any time again!

Sent my son to the store for paint. Staff was around front desk. Did not acknowledge him but two other guys walked in shortly after and were greeted. Total disrespect. For the cost of paint customer service should be beyond Home Depot customer service.
