When I first walk in, there was just one person at the desk, she was handling what later was a very irate customer. She had to replete herself several times to this individual, but she had the patience of Job, and gave, what I thought was excellent customer service. My wait was long, but I said to myself I know I will get the excellent customer service as she gave the man on the phone. Her name is Chasity. She took the time with me, showed me two units, and I walked away renting one of them on the spot. Thank you very much Chasity. This company is endow with a good, talent, quality person. Thank you so much for your time with me.

The process was seamless, within 2 hrs of calling we were able to have access to the storage, the same day. I appreciate the service. The site manager called to welcome us. Thank you!

Both gentlemen were very helpful in satisfying my storage needs. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable with others in the area. I liked that I was able to obtain the large size compartment with complete enclosure and not just an open cover.

Nice storage facility that is temperature controlled but since they bought the facility they continue to raise their prices. I was not even notified of the last $40 increase.

I recently rented a storage at this facility and was so surprised that they allowed us to use their company trailer free of charge! That was such a blessing and one less expense that we would have incurred! The staff was friendly and helpful with the rental process and we also received 2 free months! They also have cameras that monitor the vehicles coming into the facility! Thats a major plus! I would definitely recommend this place to store your belongings!

Climate control storage, very clean and well lit storage units and property, gated secured access and awesome customer service.

The staff was always extremely polite and helpful.

Staff was very knowledgeable and curious.. In times of transition people are very anxious and sometimes overwhelmed; the staff was to the point with getting business done quickly and efficiently.

Needed a spot to park my camper and wanted it out of the elements. This place has fully enclosed RV spaces and has an on site dump station. This will come in handy this summer! I sleep well at night knowing my camper is plugged in and secure in my unit. Having a great experience so far!

Clean facility with monitored access. I like that you have to log in your code before you can enter through the gates then log out with your code before you can exit out the gates. This extra measure makes me feel my property is secured and I am safe while I am there.

Ive had better experience with other storage facilities. They kept running the wrong card information and called me every month to tell me that my payment was denied without updating their system to my correct information. My final month I was there for only a week and they would not prorate payment.Overall disappointed in customer service, only rented there because the owner sold a family experience that didnt deliver.

This place suck s !!!!!! The staff is racist! Rude customer service..I lost my job, and had some financial difficulties. Being so close to the holidays,it has been extremely difficult providing for my children. I rent a storage here. And have been late making my payment s! All my other cridters have been very helpful. And understanding! Expect for this place I get rude and racist voicemails from the staff. Saying we dont need your kind of people here! We are going to sell are your stuff. Mind you I have been late on payments but always manage to pay them all moneys owed to them. I think its sad that this company would treat there customers in this way!!!!! They call and scream at you in a very treating way! I get worried having to even step in there office to make my payment. Fearful something might happen to me.

The manager has no customer service courteous at all...he is smart mouth & short with me in person & phone. My fought I moved in. It is my strongest opinion the the manager demonstrated his behavior because of my race. I am a Customer in no way he should he ever speak to me in his minor and tone.
