Told us they wouldn’t charge us an extra fee and then they did. Employee was completely rude and unprofessional. Do NOT recommend unless you plan on spending way more than they originally tell you.

Went to go get propane and waiting for 45 minutes and no one ever showed up . No one is in the office called and knocked on several doors no one available to assist in no one to answer any of the calls. Complete waste of time coming here. Hope they address these issues !

Do not come to this uhual. They will lie to your face and charge you for extra things! Whoever I talked on the phone was yelling at me because I was given misinformation from his employees!

I have uses this place several times whenever I needed a motorcycle trailer. They have always been fast and courteous.

Poor service with the Propane, nobody on place and you need to wait long very long time for service

We called and reserved our truck ahead of time. Ryan helped me on the phone and in the store. He was super helpful and definitely gets an A+ in customer service.

Reserved a unit before moving to Dallas and when I arrived it still took 1.5 hours to get setup. Except the person working admitted to not knowing how to do it so I was never actually setup. Had to be let in by a staff member when I finally put my foot down and said Ive been here for 1.5 hours I have other things I have to do. Came back the next week and found out the owners had been canned and the location had been taken over by someone else and entirely new staff due to too many complaints. They told me the old staff scratched off the serial numbers from all the clickers so I still couldnt get one. They also still couldnt make my pin work. So again the staff had to let me in the gate. Came back a third time a week later. They could not give me a working clicker (they had them but couldnt make them work) and still couldnt make my pin work. This has repeated literally at least one week out of the month (often more) since I moved in January. So for 5 months they havent been able to give me anyway to access the gate. Staff are at least friendly but it is ridiculous. The only reason I dont go elsewhere is I cant find any other RV parking even remotely close. The only positive I can take from any of my current experience is that my stuff hasnt been stolen. So at least uhaul is clearing the bare minimum hurdle of a storage facility.

They never answer the phone no matter what time you call

Excellent service from the person inside. I just needed boxes, and they were happy to accommodate, suggesting a better size and combination than I had considered. Again, the kind of customer service thats hard to find. I would make the trip to rent here based on my experience.

Employee very attentive. Despite being alone and very busy, he handled the customers ahead of me quickly and let me know he was doing his very best to address my needs. Customer service earned this five star

The 1 staff upon arrival greeted every customer but then it took over 30 minutes to get checked out. She convinced me to go there because there are no lines. It was out of my way and i will never waste my time waiting again. I have used Budget for the last 5 years and regret going back to U-Haul for this move. #1staff=longwait
