The location has the best customer service. The different fees is what gets me. The insurance is $155.00 + tax which only protect the side of the truck and down. Theres a difference insurance for the top of the truck if something happens. That was strange. With truck rental plus insurance $1300.00 per the location that was in included with discount. Yeah right. My next move will be with moving company only $200.00 more and I could have gotten a moving company with helpers.

I’m an older, retired OTR driver that works for a large temp agency periodically. And as such, I have worked several accounts in the Grand Prairie area, providing me with the opportunity to fuel at your location in various different trucks. And although I have not experienced any problems or long wait times, there is one employee that seems to stand out above the rest. Brian who works your day shift, always has a kind word, a smile on his face and seems to cherish the opportunity to meet and greet his drivers. This is while providing speedy service and maintaining a clean work area. Thanks Brian. You are a value added employee. Hope Penske recognizes it!

Do not rent from this place if you leave your car there youre taking a great big risk of your car being hit by one of the employees and then they will tell you that they did an investigation and that none of their people said they didnt do it when of course nobodys going to admit it and that they are not going to be responsible

This place is terrible. You make a reservation for a truck to show up and find out that that they dont have one. When you ask them what happened, all they do is make excuses and tell you that they will put you on a waiting list. Wasting my time!!!

The Penske team at 2765 N Great SW PkwyGrand Prairie, Texas are awesome! They have the newest trucks around, and great customer service. We rented from them and drove over 2000 mile, and not a single problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The salesperson was very professional, kind, and supportive of what we needed. I did have to call to find a lift truck because the online website was not clear enough for me. Calling once was effective. The charge and deposit were as expected for a day use but the actual charge with the return of the deposit came in less. That was a nice refund. Truck was able to move us out of the apartment and transfered a baby grand piano (needed the lift gate) from one local place to the next.

Need to be better at cleaning the inside of the trucks and tractors.Drivers are part of the work force too.Check over the DVMR for repairs before sending back out .

They crew at Penske is great, but the supervisor at night needs to learn manners on how to handle his crew and the public, female tech worked on my truck, she was very good, also she saw I was hot and offer me a drink to make my wait a little more tolerable.

Its definitely a who you know not what you know spot.

Incompetence from start to finish.Everything went downhill from the moment the lady who took my order incorrectly wrote down my email address, so I never received the confirmation of my rental.I still showed up at the location she told me over the phone. Then the girl at the reception area was super rude and dismissive. She kept giving me attitude and making snarky comments when I wanted to note a scuff on the truck. She even forgot to give me a hand truck

I own a trucking company in dallas area I always rent trucks from penske in gand prairie when they do not have it they try to get it from some from other offices.But that was in the past now they change manager and are different people do not satisfied customer service attention, they threat me like owner operator and I not.they do not check their trucks very well and leave up to the driver to find their mistakes.

This location anyways does the PMs on my truck and they do good work.
