I absolutely appreciate them. Very Friendly, very professional, and super helpful. The two ladies me and my wife encountered were Great at their jobs. Truck was also clean with no problems. I highly recommend.

This place is a nightmare the old white lady manager is rude and unprofessional she charged me for dolly and pads that I never got. I try to go back and she say no she no do refund. Nobody was inside office and came out of a door in front with black man hug and kissing and laughing at me.

Rudest employees Ive ever dealt with. Had a reservation for a truck but they gave it away because we were an hour later than the reservation time but was never told there was a time limit. The wench at the desk didnt care and was extremely rude. Will never do business with that rat hole again!

Great storage great service

Horrible management for this location. I have a unit that was canceled by myself months ago because I dont need it. I have been traveling for business the past months and have no way of personally going on and canceling I have made several calls about this and thought it was resolved. I have not had a call from this office in months(even though they claim they have called and emailed me). I have 2 call phones on Mmee at all times, both are associated with the account but havent gotten a call, text, or email from any of them. Now uhaul says I owe them 350 dollars( which is an out 150 more than my rent would have been since I canceled). This is so absurd that I have to follow up on this situation and come to find out its worse now than it was when I first called in to cancel the unit. There is literally 1 washer in the unit that is worth more than 2 months rent. I have them permission to sell it to cover any existing rent owed(this was months ago). I guess the manager never got the message, so now it falls back on me. This is absurd and I will never rent from this location and possibly any other because of it. There are more Storage places and truck rental places that have less hassle. I hope this gets settled before it becomes a legal matter on either end

Worst uhaul place around. Do NOT use them. Constantly telling you one thing than doing something else. Always blames the customer. Doesnt take ownership of anything. Bunch of cowards running this place (Paul & his wife). Office wreaks of cigarette smoke. Useless. Go somewhere else.

This is the worst place to deal with. I was transferred 5 different times and was told there was nothing to be done to solve my issue. I paid for 24 hour access and for some reason it was taken off and they tried to charge me twice in the same month for a storage unit. Dont use this place. They have very bad customer service.

Their guy on yard helped me back my 18 wheelers all way around the yard very patiently and very effectively

The facilities are clean only the storage units are connected from the inside and collects lots of dust, I do not know about the conditions of the climate control ones.
