2 1/2 stars. Picking up the truck we rented was easy. Got on the road to our destination and the check engine light came on and the truck started running really rough about half way there. The u-haul in the city we are moving to tried to switch the trucks to come back and this store would not allow it. Something about needing their truck back. The store in Longview sent is back in a better truck anyway. The rental was for 4 days but 2 days after we rented the truck I got a call from the store saying we would be charged because it wasnt back on time. The whole thing was a nightmare. Will not use this store again.

I forgot the name of the main employee or maybe it was owner of this uhaul location but he was awsome,friendly and worked with me.Right away this guy made the renting experience very calm and nice. Gave me a MOM & POP feel. Thanks again for this location treating you like a neighbor and not just another customer

Larry was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and moving procedures through uhaul. I was nervous about moving across the country and he helped - I would definitely recommend this location

This is by far the best U-Haul location in Grand Prairie. I have about 4 that are all within 6-7 minutes of my office, and this one takes the cake. Larry is such a great guy and is incredibly easy-going. They always have my equipment ready to go by the pickup time, drop-offs are a breeze, and everything is always in great shape. I cant recommend this location enough.

I tried to submit a review through Uhaul but it kept failing. I have moved all over the country and used Uhaul many times. These guys were awesome. I was tired, beat up and disorganized and these guys were very understanding, helpful and accommodating! I am glad I chose that location to rent from, best Uhaul experience ever. Thanks for all your help! Top notch service you just don’t find nowadays!

I made 2 reservations over the phone the first one the call was dropped and I did not get a call back to see what had happened and the employee of uhaul made the reservation without me confirming it the second time I called to call back I got another employee and was able to make the reservation with him and I talked to both of those different employees in which they both stated that their auto transport trailer could tow the vehicle I needed to bring back to my house. I drove over 5 hours on their word that they’re trailer could handle the weight of the vehicle I needed towed and I arrived and they told me the trailer couldn’t do it it wasn’t recommended that I use it. I’m really upset that this happened
