Been waiting 2 weeks for glasses. Was told 1. Call to ask whats going on and get told they dont know anything but if I call again at the end of the week then they will look into it. Why not now? Lady was very rude. Will not use walmart optical ever again.

I had my vision checked at this location less than 4 months ago. The eye doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable. The script provided for me was perfect I didn’t have to go back and ask for any adjustments.

Very professional and knowledgeable. All of the staff was very friendly and the Dr. was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and easy on the eyes (pun intended). Thanks for the help!!

I just called to try and schedule an appointment and have them check my insurance as this is where my work told me to go and the girl who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was able to go to the alpine location and they were much better thankfully. But very poor service at Grandville.

If i could leave zero stars, i would. every time i’ve ever called there, i’m treated like a giant inconvenience. even when i went in for my appointment, the two girls were more interested in hiding behind a curtain and complaining about scheduling than they were with helping me. they didn’t have my prescription in stock, so i had to order them and was told they’d be delivered to my house.. over 3 weeks later, I call to ask about the order, they were put in to ship to the store and they didn’t know where they were. the lady i spoke with was so incredibly rude, i laughed out loud at one point because i was so flabbergasted by how i was being treated. never again.

The staff is very friendly and when ever I have problems they take care of it right away. Ive been going here(grandville) for a very long time.

Went there for years and have been getting disappointed at the personelle there. They were very rude to me the past few times I’ve went, and this past time I had decided to not buy their glasses bc they are way overpriced. They did not appreciate that, and the lady didn’t even take my PD while I was there! Called them when I went to order glasses to ask what it was, and the lady snapped at me that she didn’t take it bc I didn’t want to buy their glasses! I paid $85 for a damn eye exam and they treated me like scum. Save your money and go somewhere who cares.

The ladies offered to call my insurance company for me to figure out my benefits which is above and beyond. They found out they do not accept our insurance contract number so I cancelled eye exams and they were still very kind and professional.
