I was greeted shortly after entry and was assisted in a friendly manner to prepare for my eye examination. The doctor I saw was friendly and helpful to find out if I had any serious issues. It was good to hear from him I did not have any major problem once he examined my eyes

My wife was able to make an appointment soon after a recent emergency room visit . Staff and Dr. Choryan friendly, professional and thorough. Waiting time at the office was very reasonable. Dr. Choryan answered her questions. Any concerns she had after her emergency room visit were taken care of.

Dr.Choryan was friendly, professional, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. I felt like he took his time and did not appear rushed during my appointment even though it quite a busy day at the office.

Dr. Choryan was efficient and friendly and did an excellent job completing the exam. The office staff did a good job getting me checked in and completing the exam. But the high light came when I went to pick out new frames, and the gentleman who assisted me encouraged me, stating that my frames looked great and that I would not have to replace them. He offered to clean my glasses up, replace the pads, and even gave me a new case. I have two insurance types, but I could not use both, so he checked and used the plan that saved me the most money. So I will return on Monday the 30th to get my new Lenses and I and extremely happy with the service. I have used the GR Opthamalogy on 68th St. For years, I have never received such excellent service. I will continue using the Grandville office, and I am pleased with their service.
